采用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了SrTiO3和SrNb0.2Ti0.8O3薄膜.X射线衍射分析表明在LaAlO3(100)单晶平衬底上生长的SrTiO3及SrNb0.2Ti0.8O3薄膜是沿[001]取向的近外延生长.随着氧压在一定范围内逐渐增大,SrTiO3薄膜的晶格参数减小,而SrNb0.2Ti0.8O3薄膜的晶格参数先减小后增大.同时摸索出制备具有二维电子气超晶格(SrTiO3/SrNb0.2Ti0.8O3)L的最佳氧压为1.0×10-2Pa.另外在LaAlO3(100)倾斜衬底上制备的SrNb0.2Ti0.8O3薄膜中观察到激光感生热电电压效应.

利用固相反应法制备Pr0.5Ca0.5MnO3(PCMO)靶材,并采用脉冲激光沉积法(PLD)在n型Si(111)基片上沉积PCMO外延薄膜,研究了薄膜的输运特性及薄膜与Si衬底形成异质结的整流特性.结果表明:在80—300 K温度范围内,PCMO薄膜的阻温关系符合变程跳跃模型,随着温度的升高表现出从一维到二维再到三维的转变,分析认为可能源于轨道自由度对电子输运特性的影响.PCMO/Si异质结在磁场作用下整流特性得到改善,且在正向电流方向出

应用X射线三晶衍射对LaAlO3衬底上生长的YBa2Cu3Oy薄膜中的应力水平、存在的主要缺陷,以及薄膜与衬底的失配和取向关系等进行了研究。结果表明,薄膜在衬底上几乎完全松弛,应力很小,薄膜存在较严重的晶格取向差缺陷,这是影响薄膜晶体结构完整性的主要因素。此外,衬底与薄膜在垂直于表面和平行于表面方向都存在取向差。

利用射频磁控溅射法在(LaAlO3)0.3(SrAl0.5Ta0.5O3)0.7 (001)单晶基底上生长了镧掺杂BaSnO3外延薄膜. 通过Hall效应和热电势测量证实了镧掺杂BaSnO3薄膜具有n型简并半导体特征, 并且基于载流子浓度和Seebeck系数计算出电子的有效质量为0.31m0 (m0为自由电子质量). 镧掺杂BaSnO3薄膜在可见波段具有良好的透明性(透过率大于73%). 基于介电模型对薄膜的透过率曲线进行拟合, 从拟合结果中不仅得到了薄膜的厚度为781.2 nm, 能带宽度为3.43 eV、 带尾宽度为0.27 eV和复光学介电常数随波长的变化规律, 而且也强力地支持了基于电学参数计算电子有效质量的正确性. 相似文献

采用激光分子束外延技术,在玻璃衬底上制备了La067Sr033MnO3 (LSMO) 薄膜,X射线衍射测量结果表明在玻璃衬底上生长的LSMO薄膜沿c轴择优取向生长.在外磁场3 T和88, 220, 300 K条件下,LSMO薄膜的磁电阻变化率分别达到-378%, -268%和-607%.实验结果表明,在廉价的玻璃衬底上制备大面积和具有应用价值的锰氧化物薄膜是可行的.

A series of Pr0.5Sr0.5MnO3 (PSMO) films with various thickness were epitaxially grown on substrates of (0 0 1)-oriented (LaAlO3)0.3(SrAl0.5Ta0.5O3)0.7 (LSAT), LaAlO3 (LAO) and SrTiO3 (STO), and (0 1 1)-oriented STO using pulse laser deposition. Influence of epitaxial growth on phase competition was investigated. A ferromagnetic metal to antiferromagnetic insulator (FMM-AFI) transition upon cooling is present in both largely compressed situations deposited on LAO (0 0 1) and tensile cases deposited on STO (0 0 1) but absent in little strained films grown on LSAT (0 0 1), indicating that the antiferromagnetic insulating state is favored by strains. On the other hand, the 400 nm films deposited on (0 1 1)-oriented STO as well as LAO substrates show FMM-AFI transition. These results reveal that both the orientation of epitaxial growth and substrate-induced strain affect the FMM-AFI transition. 相似文献

Epitaxial thin films of YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO) have been deposited on Y–ZrO2 (YSZ) substrates by means of the pulse laser deposition technique. It has been found that the initial epitaxy of YBCO thin films grown on YSZ can be significantly improved by using La1.85Sr0.15CuO4 (LSCO) as a buffer layer. X-ray diffraction measurements show that the epitaxial YBCO films have single in-plane orientation with YBCO [100]LSCO [100] and LSCO [100]YSZ [110]. The real-time resistance measurements reveal that with LSCO buffer layers the initial formation of the YBCO ultra-thin films changes from the island growth to the layer-by-layer growth. 相似文献

Structural and electrical properties of La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 films on SrTiO3 and porous a-Al2O3 substrates

Films of La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 (LSCO) have been deposited on specially treated TiO2-terminated (001) SrTiO3 substrate surfaces and on macroporous polycrystalline !-Al2O3 substrates, having a mean pore diameter of 80 nm, by pulsed laser deposition. The films deposited on SrTiO3 are good conducting, (001) textured, and exceptionally smooth (1-2 Å for 100 nm thick films). LSCO films deposited on porous !-Al2O3 are polycrystalline and exhibit good crystallographic and electrical properties despite the large substrate roughness and the differences in lattice parameters and crystal structure between the film and the substrate. Different growth modes have been observed on the porous !-Al2O3 substrates depending on the oxygen pressure during film deposition. Films grown at an oxygen pressure of 10-1 mbar are macroporous, whereas films grown at 10-2 mbar completely cover the substrate pores. In the latter case, strain effects lead to film cracking. 相似文献

The transverse laser induced thermoelectric voltage effect has been investigated in tilted La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 thin films grown on vicinal cut LaAlO3 (1 0 0) substrates when films are irradiated by pulse laser at room temperature. The detected voltage signals are demonstrated to originate from the transverse Seebeck effect as the linear dependence of voltage on tilted angle in the range of small tilted angle. The Seebeck coefficient anisotropy ΔS of 0.03 μV/K at room temperature is calculated and its distorted cubic structure is thought to be responsible for this. Films grown on a series of substrates with different tilted angles show the optimum angle of 19.8° for the maximum voltage. Film thickness dependence of voltage has also been studied. 相似文献

Strained epitaxial La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 films are grown on LaAlO3 substrate. Structural, electrical, and magnetic measurements were carried out. Out of plane lattice parameter of the film undergoes compressive strain and the coercivity is enhanced. The zero field cooled (ZFC) magnetization curve for a field applied parallel to the film plane shows a jump, which suggests a spin reorientation transition (SRT), while ZFC magnetization for a field applied perpendicular to the film plane is featureless. This jump in magnetization is shifted to higher temperatures when the magnetic field is reduced. The SRT is attributed to the strain in the film. 相似文献

High quality epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films have been succcessfully prepared by dc magnetron sputtering deposition, on (100) and (110) aligned SrTiO3, LaAlO3 and yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates. The films showed zero resistance around 90 K and had a Jc (at 77 K, H=0) over 106A/cm2. It was found that superconducting properties and structures of the films were strongly dependent on oxygen pressure and substrate temperature. The epitaxial structure of the films have been studied by X-ray diffraction. Rutherford backscattering and channeling spectroscopy, X-ray double-crystal diffraction and transmission election microscopy. The experimental results demonstrated that the epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-x films had excellent superconducting properties and quite perfect structure. 相似文献

The effect of epitaxial strain on La0.5Ca0.5MnO3 films of various thicknesses grown on SrTiO3, SrLaAlO4, and SrLaGaO4 substrates is studied by Raman spectroscopy, magnetic, and resistivity measurements. The transport and magnetic properties as well as Raman spectra of the films are affected by epitaxial strains. The energy of the Ag(2) mode and the tilting angle of the MnO6 octahedra is affected by the strain imposed by the substrate. In the spectra of the films deposited on the (1 0 0) SrTiO3 substrate strong Jahn-Teller (JT) modes appear, which couple with charge-ordering. In all other films these modes are suppressed and no additional Raman lines are present at low temperatures contrary to the bulk compound. The low frequency continuum scattering decreases at low temperatures indicating a coupling with both the charge and orbital transitions. Comparison of the Raman spectra with the magneto-transport properties suggests an interpretation in terms of a strain induced phase separation between ferromagnetic metallic and antiferromagnetic insulating states. 相似文献

Bi0.5(Na0.7K0.2Li0.1)0.5TiO3 (BNKLT) thin films were prepared on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. The films prepared were examined by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The effects of the processing parameters, such as oxygen pressure, substrate temperature and laser power, on the crystal structure, surface morphology, roughness and deposition rates of the thin films were investigated. It was found that the substrate temperature of 600 °C and oxygen pressure of 30 Pa are the optimized technical parameters for the growth of textured film, and all the thin films prepared have granular structure, homogeneous grain size and smooth surfaces. 相似文献

A parametric study of the growth of La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 (LSCO) thin films on (100) MgO substrates by pulsed-laser deposition (PLD) is reported. Films are grown under a wide range
of substrate temperature (450–800 °C), oxygen pressure (0.1–0.9 mbar), and incident laser fluence (0.8–2.6 J/cm2). 采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)技术,利用LSCO/CeO2/YSZ多异质缓冲层,在Si(100)基 片上成功地制备了c轴一致取向的Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12(BNT)铁电薄膜.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析测定了薄膜的相结构 、取向和形貌特征,考察了沉积温度和氧分压对BNT薄膜微结构、取向和形貌的影响,确定 了BNT薄膜的最佳沉积条件.对在优化的条件下制备得到的BNT薄膜的C-V曲线测试得到了典型 的蝴蝶形曲线,表明该薄膜具有较好的电极化反转存储特性.最后讨论了BNT薄膜铁电性能与 薄膜取向的相关性.
