测量了中子辐照熔融织构YBa2Cu3Oy样品从1.5K到85K之间一系列温度下的磁化曲线。磁场H平行于c轴时,在6K观察到磁通跳跃。中子辐照可使临界电流提高一个数量级。分析了临界电流的各向异性,辐照增强与磁场的关系和主要的钉扎中心。讨论了磁通跳跃的物理模型。 关键词:  相似文献

在不同直流磁场、交流磁场和频率下测量了熔融织构YBa2Cu2.99Li0.01Oy样品交流磁化率的温度关系.基于非线性磁通耗散理论,研究了交流场的大小和频率对χ″的峰值温度Tp的影响,获得了磁通有效钉扎势与温度、直流场和电流密度的关系,U(J, Hdc, T)(J-(Hdc-0.75(1-T2/Tc2)3/2,其中μ约为0.13与理论预期的μ=1/7相一致,表明该样品中可能存在涡旋玻璃相变.  相似文献

采用人工掺杂Y-211相的方法以及熔融织构生长结合顶部籽晶工艺制备了不同211粒子含量的 准单畴熔融织构的YBCO块材料,样品致密度高,体密度大于62g/cm3,机械强 度好,振动样品磁强计测量结果表明,样品在温度30K、磁场06T下,其Jc仍 达到123×106A/cm2.在温度70K、磁场2T条件下,Jc 仍高达135×104A/cm2,而且临界电流密度对磁场不敏感.扫描电 子显微镜分析也表明,Y-211相的人工掺杂,能改善织构样品的生长状况,减小微裂纹,同 时,掺杂的Y-211粒子能作为强的钉扎中心,因此,这种工艺能精确地控制样品中Y-211粒子 的含量,所制备的样品中Y-211粒子分布越均匀,尺寸越小,其钉扎效果越好.从大量实验结 果比较得出,1∶05是最佳的掺杂比例. 关键词: 准单畴超导体 熔融织构 c')" href="#">临界电流密度Jc 磁通钉扎中心  相似文献

利用半导体霍尔探头测量法在液氮温度下研究了低场下圆柱状熔融织构YBa2Cu3O7-δ样品的局域磁通蠕动行为.对瞬时加减场样品端面局域磁场的磁弛豫,磁滞回线以及不同扫场速率下局域磁场的变化进行了测量,观察到了对数时间磁弛豫的行为,发现由加场和去场数据所得的激活能U0有明显的不同.磁滞回线测量中,局域点的磁场随外场几乎同步变化,不同扫场速率下局域磁场随外场变化的差别不大.实验结果表明,外场除对样品侧面外,对端面也有明显的穿 关键词: 局域磁通蠕动 激活能 磁弛豫  相似文献

制备了银包套的Bi1.8Pb0.4Sr2Ca2.2Cu3Oy带材。微结构观察证明样品是高度织构化的Bi2223单相。输运测量发现Jc(T,B,θ,φ)和R(T,B,θ,φ)均与θ有关,与φ无关(T=77K,B<1T),式中的θ和φ分别表示磁场与ab面和电流的夹角。求得了磁通运动的激活能。提出了热激活磁通弯结的形成与运动模型,并用London理论计算了弯结 关键词:  相似文献

测量了2H-Nb0.9Ta0.1Se2单晶样品在不同电流下电压随磁场变化的曲线V(H),并从V(H)曲线得到V(I)数据.使用标度关系V=α(I-Ic)β进行了拟合,得到了临界电流随磁场Ic(H)和微分电阻随磁场Rd的变化关系.在微分电阻随磁场变化的曲线中,电流较大时,靠近上临界磁场Hc2附近出现一个强峰,而在低电流下,该峰消失.同 关键词: 磁通涡旋 标度定律 临界电流峰效应  相似文献

在0—7T磁场范围内,测量了不同测量电流密度下YBa2Cu3O7-δ外延薄膜的电阻温度关系.实验结果表明,临界温度以下,混合态的耗散电阻率能很好地用热激活磁通蠕动描述.有效钉扎势的电流密度关系遵守Zeldov等人提出的对数关系,有效钉扎势的温度和磁场关系遵守U∝(1-T/Tc)H关系,其中α=0.63,与热激活磁通点阵位错运动模型相一致,表明样品具有2D涡旋性质. 关键词:  相似文献

Boundaries of morphotropic phase transitions region in the system of solid solutions K2Pb4Nb10O30-Na2Pb4Nb10O30-K6W4Nb6O30 with the structure of the tetragonal tungsten bronze have been specified. Presence of the second morphotropic phase transition, perpendicular to the first one has been revealed. The temperature dependences of the structural parameters of some compounds have been investigated. The compounds with high values of Curie temperatures and working temperatures have been obtained.  相似文献

An experimental study of proximity effect in La0.67Sr0.33MnO3-YBa2CU3O7-La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 trilayers is reported. Transport measurements on these samples show clear oscillations in critical current (I c) as the thickness of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 layers (d F) is scanned from ∼50 ? to ∼ 1100 ?. In the light of existing theories of ferromagnet-superconductor (FM-SC) heterostructures, this observation suggests a long range proximity effect in the manganite, modulated by its weak exchange energy (∼2 meV). The observed modulation of the magnetic coupling between the ferromagnetic LSMO layers as a function of d F, also suggests an oscillatory behavior of the SC order parameter near the FM-SC interface.   相似文献

Dense composites were prepared through incorporating the dispersed Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 ferromagnetic particles into Sr0.5Ba0.5Nb2O6 ferroelectric matrix. Extrinsic dielectric relaxation and associated high permittivities of the materials are reported in the composites. We used an ideal equivalent circuit to explain electrical responses in impedance formalism. A Debye-like relaxation in the permittivity formalism was also found. Interestingly, real permittivity (ε′) of the sample containing 30% Ni0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 shows obvious independence of the temperature at 100 kHz. Dielectric relaxation and high-ε′ properties of the composites are explained in terms of the Maxwell-Wagner (MW) polarization model.  相似文献

In this paper we report the study of the perovskites La0.7Ca0.3Mn0.5Co0.5O3 and La0.8Sr0.2Mn0.5Co0.5O3 by neutron powder diffraction at various temperatures and magnetization measurements in zero applied field and at low cooling regimes. The replacement of half Mn by Co in La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 and La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 destroys their long-range ferromagnetism exhibiting a cluster glass ferromagnetic order similar to the one observed in many cobaltites.  相似文献

The electronic structure and magnetic properties of new layered oxyselenide compounds La2O3Fe2Se2 and La2O3Co2Se2 are studied by first-principles calculations. Our results indicate that both compounds are Mott-insulators with orbital ordering. The ground states of both compounds are the checkerboard antiferromagnetic states, which are different from the iron pnictide superconductors, although their structures are similar to those of the Fe-As-based superconductors.  相似文献

The influence of the prehistory on the electrical properties of layered ferroelectrics is investigated. It is established that the heating of short-circuited samples of the nonpolarized ceramic material Na0.5Bi8.5Ti2Nb4O27 leads to the appearance of maxima of the current at temperatures below the Curie point only in the case of preliminary ageing of the samples. Incommensurate modulations in Ba2TiSi2O8, Sr2TiSi2O8, and Ba2TiGe2O8 are compared based on their corresponding electron diffraction patterns. The dependence of the modulations on chemical composition provides a suitable model system for the investigation of incommensurations in framework structures using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). A widening of quantitative HRTEM utilising the concept of rigid units is proposed allowing for a determination of atomistic displacements responsible for the formation of incommensurately modulated structures.  相似文献

采用脉冲激光沉积技术制备了Ti/Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3/Pt和Ti/Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3/Pt异质结并研究了La0.67Sr0.33MnO3功能插层对异质结电致电阻特性的影响. 实验结果表明La0.67Sr0.33MnO3功能层的引入有效提高了器件的电阻转变特性,尤其是电阻转变率和疲劳性得到了极大的改善. 对La0.67Sr0.33MnO3插层改善电致电阻转变特性的机理进行了定性的分析. 关键词: 电致电阻效应 电阻转变比率 疲劳特性  相似文献

Electrical and electrochemical properties of the 70Li2S·(30 − x)P2S5·xP2S3 and the 70Li2S·(30 − x)P2S5·xP2O5 (mol%) glass-ceramics prepared by the mechanical milling technique were investigated. Glass-ceramics with 1 mol% P2S3 and 3 mol% P2O5 showed the highest conductivity of 5.4 × 10− 3 S cm− 1 and 4.6 × 10− 3 S cm− 1, respectively. Moreover, these glass-ceramics showed higher electrochemical stability than the 70Li2S·30P2S5 (mol%) glass-ceramic. From the XRD patterns of the obtained glass-ceramics, trivalent phosphorus and oxygen were incorporated into the Li7P3S11 crystal. We therefore presume that the Li7P3S11 analogous crystals, which were formed by incorporating trivalent phosphorus and oxygen into the Li7P3S11 crystal, improve the electrical and electrochemical properties of the glass-ceramics. An all-solid-state cell using the 70Li2S·29P2S5·1P2S3 (mol%) glass-ceramic as solid electrolyte operated under the high current density of 12.7 mA cm− 2 at the high temperature of 100 °C. The cell showed an excellent cyclability of over 700 cycles without capacity loss.  相似文献

The substitutional effect of Ru on the magnetic and transport properties of double exchange ferromagnets, La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.5Sr0.5CoO3 has been investigated. It is found that substitution of 10% Ru at the Mn site of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 decreases the Curie temperature by 20 K than that of the parent compound. However, a large decrease in the Curie temperature, ΔTc80 K and the system undergoes a transition from metallic state to insulating state is observed when 10% Ru is doped in La0.5Sr0.5CoO3. The marginal effect of Ru in the Mn–O–Mn sublattice in comparison to the Co–O–Co sublattice could be due to the magnetic exchange interaction between Mn and Ru by virtue of the fact that Ru exhibits variable valence states, Ru+4/Ru+5. The eg and t2g parentage of Ru+5 is similar to Mn+4 and therefore, Ru+5 ion appears to participate in the double exchange mediated ferromagnetic (FM) interaction. On the other hand, Ruthenium (IV) ion disrupts an intermediate spin state of cobalt (Co+3: t2g5eg1), forcing a double exchange FM state to anti-FM state.  相似文献
