溶胶-凝胶TiO2和SiO2光学膜的结构   总被引:10,自引:4,他引:6  
本文研究了TiO2和SiO2溶胶-凝胶光学膜在低温热处理下的组分、形貌特征、光散射特性.AES分析结果表明,在TiO2膜和SiO2膜的交界面处,Ti和Si相互扩散,从而证实了在多层膜中,膜层之间、膜层和基底之间有Ti-O-Si(或Si-O-Ti,或Si-O-Si)化学键形成.AES和ESCA分析结果显示溶胶-凝胶膜经过低温处理后C的含量较高,这归结为溶胶—凝胶膜的工艺特点.AFM测试结果显示,溶胶—凝胶TiO2光学膜的表面形貌具有显著的柱状结构,薄膜表面起伏大约是7.5nm.TiO2,SiO2单层膜的表面散射率随着热处理温度的提高而变大,对于不同陈化时间的溶液镀制的膜有不同的表面散率.  相似文献

硅基光波导芯层材料及波导分束器的制备   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有紫外感光性的SiO2/ZrO2/H有机无机复合薄膜,利用分光式椭偏仪测得该薄膜在光纤的常用通信窗口0.85 μm、1.31 μm和1.55 μm波长附近折射率分别为1.556 9、1.548 9和1.547 2,与下包层SiO2的折射率(1.46)相比,其折射率差比δ分别为6.64%,6.09%和5.97%,可作为芯层材料用于光波导的制备.通过控制提拉速率可以制作出厚度分别为1.29,2.20,4.00,5.44和6.82 μm的SiO2/ZrO2/H芯层薄膜,以满足0,1,2,3和4阶导模的传输要求.进而利用该薄膜自身的感光特性结合紫外掩模法,制备出相应厚度的1×8Y分支光功率分配器.通光实验表明,该光功分器能够将1.53~1.56 μm波长的光限制在波导内,实现光的传输和分束功能.  相似文献

Ta2O5/SiO2 and ZrO2/SiO2 high reflecting (HR) coatings are prepared by ion beam sputtering and electron beam evaporation, respectively. The laser-induced damage thresholds (LIDTs) of these samples are investigated with 2 μm femtosecond pulse lasers (80 fs, 1 kHz). It is found that the Ta2O5/SiO2 HR coating has a higher capability of laser damage resistance than the ZrO2/SiO2 HR coating in the 2 μm femtosecond regime. The scanning electron microscope results show that the damage sites of the ZrO2/SiO2 HR coating have a relatively porous structure, the loose structure of coatings will provide more sites for water molecules, and the LIDTs of HR coatings will be reduced as a result of the strong water absorption at the wavelength of 2 μm.  相似文献

介绍一种用溶胶-凝胶方法制作掺铒Al2O3薄膜的工艺.实验测量了薄膜样品的光致发光光谱特性.结果表明光致发光光谱的峰值波长为1.536 μm,半值宽度为34 nm;同时测量了光致发光光谱的峰值强度与泵浦功率、掺铒浓度及退火温度之间的关系.  相似文献

本文采用溶胶凝胶法合成了紫外波段有机染料DMT掺杂SiO2薄膜和块体材料薄膜中掺杂浓度高达124×10-2mol/L,块体材料浓度掺至15×10-3mol/L由于SiO2“笼”的束缚作用,在荧光光谱中未观察到荧光猝灭现象;由于SiO2“笼”的极化作用,370nm的发射峰较其在环己烷中发生了34~44nm左右的红移;580~590nm的发射峰的量子效率比370nm的发射峰略高.  相似文献

 分别以ZrOCl2·8H2O 和正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了性能稳定的ZrO2和SiO2溶胶。用旋转镀膜法分别在K9玻璃和单晶硅片上制备了ZrO2/ SiO2多层膜。采用溶剂替换和紫外光处理等手段,有效地解决了ZrO2/SiO2多层膜中膜层开裂和膜间渗透等问题。应用扫描电子显微镜观测了薄膜的表面和剖面微观形貌,并用椭偏仪测得薄膜的厚度和折射率,研究了薄膜厚度、折射率与热处理温度、紫外光处理时间的关系,对所获得薄膜的紫外-可见、红外光谱进行了分析。用输出波长1064nm ,脉宽15ns 的电光调Q光系统产生的强激光进行了单层膜的辐照实验,结果发现溶剂替换后激光损伤阈值有所提高。  相似文献

 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含有吸收性杂质和非吸收性杂质的SiO2增透膜,采用波长为1 064 nm的激光对其进行了小光斑激光预处理,对比研究了预处理前后的激光损伤差异,研究表明:激光预处理对于洁净的SiO2薄膜影响不大;含10 μm SiO2颗粒杂质的样品微透镜效应很明显,容易成为损伤起始的种子,激光预处理后情况有所改善;含有CeO2颗粒杂质的样品表现出了很强的吸收性质,损伤阈值降低到不足洁净样品的一半。所有样品激光预处理后损伤形貌未发生变化,透光率峰值均有约50 nm的蓝移。  相似文献

 分别以丙醇锆和正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了性能稳定的ZrO2和SiO2溶胶。用旋转镀膜法在K9玻璃上分别制备了单层SiO2薄膜、单层ZrO2薄膜、ZrO2/ SiO2双层膜和SiO2/ZrO2双层膜。采用原子力显微镜观察了薄膜的表面形貌,用椭偏仪测量薄膜的厚度与折射率,用紫外-可见光分光光度计测量了薄膜的透射率。对薄膜的透射光谱和椭偏仪模拟的数据进行分析,发现SiO2/ZrO2双层膜之间的渗透十分明显,而ZrO2/SiO2双层膜之间几乎不发生渗透。利用TFCalc模系设计软件,采用三层膜模型对薄膜的透射率进行模拟,得出的透射曲线与用紫外-可见光分光光度计测量的透射曲线十分符合。  相似文献

用特征矩阵法研究了由正常色散SiO2/TiO2薄膜组成的Fibonacci序列一维光子晶体在可见光波段的传输特性,并与无色散时的传输特性做了对比。结果表明,随序列项数的增加,相应的前一序列的透射谱中透射率较低的凹带逐渐变成禁带,禁带数增加;初始介质是低折射率的SiO2薄膜时比高折射率的TiO2薄膜时各序列的透射谱中的禁带数多,各禁带的宽度和中心波长基本相同;在总厚度一定的条件下,随SiO2薄膜的厚度增大(TiO2薄膜的厚度减小),禁带的宽度减小,禁带的中心波长基本不变;随入射角增大,禁带的中心波长向短波方向移动,禁带宽度变小。在其它相同条件下,无色散时的最宽禁带和最宽禁带的中心波长比有色散时的最宽禁带和最宽禁带的中心波长都有增加。  相似文献

利用直流磁控溅射制备了单层Ge2Sb2Te5薄膜,研究了薄膜在400~800 nm区域的反射、透过光谱,计算了它的吸收系数,发现薄膜在400~800 nm波长范围内具有较强的吸收.随着薄膜厚度的增加,相应的禁带宽度Eg也随之增加.对Ge2Sb2Te5薄膜光存储记录特性的研究发现,在514.5 nm波长激光辐照样品时,薄膜具有良好的写入对比度,擦除前后的反射率对比度在6%~18%范围内.对实验结果进行了分析.  相似文献

采用含氢聚硅氧烷(HPSO)和二乙烯基苯(DVB)的交联体掺入聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)中,使改性的聚二甲基硅氧烷(M-PDMS)折射率发生1%~1.8%的改变。M-PDMS及PDMS薄膜具有良好的光透射率和低的传输损耗,是低成本制备用于高速芯片间光互连聚合物光波导的理想材料。采用软成型和图案转移法,用M-PDMS及PDMS分别作波导的芯层和包层制备了截面为50μm×50μm,长度大于20cm的聚硅氧烷多模光波导。用数字化散射法测量了所制备波导的传输损耗,测得输入光波长为633nm时平均传输损耗为0.137dB/cm。  相似文献

We report experimental excitation and characterization of surface plasmon modes in planar metal-insulator-metal (MIM) waveguides. Our approach is based on determining the width of the reflection angular spectrum in the attenuated total reflection (ATR) configuration. Owing to its transverse character, the ATR configuration provides a more straightforward and simpler way to determine the loss of plasmonic modes in MIM structures, compared to using tapered end couplers with multiple waveguide samples or scanning near-field optical microscopy. In this Letter, two waveguide structures with Au claddings and 50/200 nm SiO(2) cores are investigated. The propagation lengths measured at λ = 1.55 μm are 5.7 and 18 μm, respectively, in agreement with the theoretical predictions.  相似文献

The UV wavelength region is of great interest in absorption spectroscopy, which is employed for chemical analysis, since many organic compounds absorb in only this region. Germanium-doped silica, which is often preferred as the waveguide core material in optical devices for telecommunication, cannot accommodate guidance below 400 nm, owing to the presence of UV-absorbing centers. We show that silicon oxynitride (SiO(x) N(y)) waveguides exhibit very good UV performance. The propagation loss for 24-microm -wide SiO(x)N (y) waveguides was found to be ~1.0dB/cm in the wavelength range 220-550 nm. The applicability of these waveguides was demonstrated in a biochemical microsystem consisting of multimode buried-channel SiO(x)N (y) waveguides that were monolithically integrated with microfluidic channels. Absorption measurements of a beta -blocking agent, propranolol, at 212-215 nm were performed. The detection limit was reached at a concentration of 13microM , with an optical path length of 500microm (signal/noise ratio, 2).  相似文献

本文分析了SIMOX/SOI和DWB/SOI结构的性能特点。尝试用DWB/SOI材料制备不同波导层厚度的平面光波导样品,并测试了1.15μm和1.523μm激光的TE和TM模的传输损耗。1.523μm光的TE模的最小传输损耗已达0.27dB/cm。说明DWB/SOI材料是一种有潜力的光波导材料。  相似文献

在1.523μm波长He-Ne激光,对于Z切Ti扩散LiNbO_3光波导及其带有金属包覆/介质缓冲层的偏振器结构,理论上计算了单模波导的工艺参数和基模的吸收损耗系数.文中用TM_0模的共振吸收效应,在1.5μm波长首次研制成Ti:LiNbO_3光波导TE_0模偏振器.当器件长度为2mm和9mm时,其消光比分别为20dB和25dB.  相似文献

利用数码相机对离子交换平面玻璃光波导传输线进行数字成像,根据传输线上的光强分布拟合出光强传输衰减曲线,计算出波导的传输损耗.对光波导进行退火处理,研究了波导退火前后的传输损耗特性.退火后0阶模式下传输损耗由2.148 9 dB·cm-1降为0.746 0 dB·cm-1.结果表明,波导的传输损耗是随着模阶数的增加而递增,适当的退火处理明显改善了离子交换波导的质量.  相似文献

Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) and electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) etching were used in the development of silica layers for planar waveguide applications. The addition of GeH4 to silica was used to control the refractive index of core layers with core-to-clad index differences in the range of 0.2%-1.3%. Refractive index uniformity variance of ±0.0003 was achieved after annealing for 4-inch Si 〈100〉 wafers. The core layers with thickness up to 6 μm were etched by ECR with optimized recipe and mask material. Low-loss silica-on-silicon waveguides whose propagation loss is approximately 0.07 dB/cm at 1550 nm are fabricated.  相似文献

对1.55μm波长的Si1-xGex光波导和Si1-xGex/Si多量子阱(MQW)红外探测器的集成器件结构进行了系统的分析和优化设计。优化结果为:1)对Si1-xGex光波导,Ge含量x=0.05,脊宽、高和腐蚀深度分别为8、3和2.6μm;2)对Si1-xGex/Si多量子阱红外探测器,Ge含量x=0.5,探测器由厚度为550nm、23个周期的6nmSi0.5Ge0.5+17nmSi组成,长度约2mm。结果表明,这种结构器件的内量子效率可达88%。  相似文献

A commercial direct laser writing (DLW) system operating at 1070 nm was used to fabricate SiO2 optical waveguides on silicon wafers. A Ti-doped SiO2 Sol-Gel film was deposited on the SiO2/Si substrate by the dip-coating technique, based on which SiO2 optical waveguides were patterned by DLW using a Ytterbium fiber laser and followed by chemical etching. The effects of laser parameters and the preheated temperature of Sol-Gel films on the dimensions of optical waveguides were studied systematically. The differences of etching rate between laser irradiated and non-irradiated areas in Sol-Gel films preheated at various temperatures are characterized by measuring the thickness of the films. Results demonstrate that the available laser power density range for laser densification and the width of the patterned optical waveguides are influenced strongly by the preheated temperature of the Sol-Gel films. The width of the optimized optical waveguide in this work is 25 μm. The minimum propagation loss of the fabricated optical waveguides is 1.7 dB cm−1 at the wavelength of 1550 nm.  相似文献

提出一种采用微细笔直写技术直写聚合物光波导的简便方法,利用该技术成功直写出了氟化聚酰胺条形光波导,并着重研究了气体压力和直写速度对波导宽度的影响规律。实验结果表明:直写获得的条形波导的边缘整齐、表面光滑,而且不存在小孔等缺陷或杂质。当其他工艺参数不变的情况下,波导宽度随着气体压力的增加而增大,随着直写速度的增大而减小。微细笔直写获得的条形光波导成功地实现了通光,在波长为1550nm处的最小传输损耗为0.59dB/cm。  相似文献
