建立了柱切换高效液相色谱法测定人血浆中布洛芬对映体浓度的方法。以对溴苯甲酸为内标,样品经醋酸钠缓冲液酸化后,用V(正己烷)∶V(异丙醇)=95∶5萃取。以Chiralcel OJ-H柱(Daicel Chemicals,250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,UltimateTM SiO柱(50mm×4.6mm,5μm)为预处理柱;流动相为V(正己烷)∶V(异丙醇)∶V(三氟醋酸)=96.5∶3.5∶0.1,流速为0.5mL/min;预处理流动相为V(正己烷)∶V(异丙醇)=99.5∶1,流速为1mL/min;柱切换时间为1.70~4.09min;紫外检测波长为230nm。布洛芬消旋体和S-( )-布洛芬标准曲线线性范围分别为0.21~20mg/L和0.10~10mg/L;日内RSD小于6.5%,日间RSD小于6.1%;方法回收率为93.3%~107.1%,萃取回收率为80.0%~86.6%。本法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于布洛芬对映体人体药代动力学研究。  相似文献

用经典硅胶柱色谱法对石油亚砜 (PSO)进行预分离。PSO被分成 4个馏分 (分别记为PSO1,PSO2 ,PSO3和PSO4)。所用的流动相及洗脱顺序 :苯、二氯甲烷、甲醇 二氯甲烷 (1∶1体积比 )、甲醇。经预分离后 ,PSO中的亚砜成分主要富集在馏分PSO3和PSO2中。用高效制备液相色谱法对这两馏分作进一步的分离和纯化。PSO2的色谱条件是 :色谱柱 μ BondapakC1 85 7mm× 30 0mm ;流动相为二氯甲烷、环己烷、甲醇混合液 ,收集经纯化后的组分PSO2g2 2 ;PSO3被分离为 7个馏分 ,其色谱条件为 :色谱柱μ BondapakC1 85 7mm× 30 0mm ;流动相为 70 %~ 10 0 %甲醇 水 ;梯度洗脱其流量为 80mL min ;进样量为80mL 次 (PSO3用 70 %甲醇 水稀释 10倍 )。取其中较纯的馏分PSO3c ,PSO3e ,PSO3g作进一步的色谱纯化 ,色谱条件为C1 8半制备色谱柱 7.8mm× 30 0mm ;流速 :2 0mL min ;流动相 :甲醇 水 70∶ 30 ,V/V(PSO3c)″80∶2 0 ,V V(PSO3e) ;85∶15 ,V V(PSO3g) ;检测器UV 2 5 4nm  相似文献

建立了高效液相色谱-柱后衍生法测定东盟水果中氨基甲酸酯类农药残留。样品用乙腈提取,提取液经浓缩、氨基固相萃取小柱净化,甲醇-二氯甲烷(5∶95,V/V)洗脱。采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C8柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min,柱温35.0℃。用荧光检测器对涕灭威亚砜、涕灭威砜、灭多威、三羟基克百威、涕灭威、克百威和甲萘威进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明,氨基甲酸酯类农药在0.05~5.00mg/L质量浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9991~0.9994之间,回收率为80.6%~107.7%,变异系数在0.5%~8.8%之间,方法的检出限为0.001~0.003mg/kg。  相似文献

建立了8-硝基-1,3,6-萘三磺酸(硝基T酸)加氢还原的中间产物的HPLC/MS的分析方法。液相色谱条件如下:Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)∶V(乙酸)∶V(三乙胺)=7∶92.1∶0.6∶0.3,流速0.5 mL/min,检测波长234 nm。采用面积归一化法对样品进行定量分析,采用液质联用鉴定硝基T酸加氢还原的中间产物。该方法可用于监测硝基T酸加氢还原的生产过程,并为其它磺酸类化合物的定量和定性分析提供借鉴。  相似文献

建立了液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)同时测定紫菜中三甲基锡(TMT)、三苯基锡(TPhT)和三丁基锡(TBT)的分析新方法。样品用二氯甲烷-乙酸乙酯(1∶1,V/V)混合溶剂进行超声提取,提取液经氮吹至近干,并用甲醇和水混合溶液(7∶3,V/V)定容,经活性炭净化。采用ZORBAX Eclipse plus C18色谱柱分离,流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(55∶45,V/V),流速为0.3mL/min。在正离子模式下采用多重反应模式(MRM)进行监测。有机锡化合物在1~100ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数在0.9902~0.9918之间,TMT、TPhT和TBT的检测限分别为0.2ng/mL、0.4ng/mL和0.2ng/mL。在25、75ng/mL两个添加水平下回收率在72.3%~98.0%之间,其相对标准偏差均小于8.1%。该方法可用于紫菜中三种三取代有机锡化合物的同时测定。  相似文献

建立用HPLC法测定甲醇、乙醇、水等不同溶剂对红景天苷提取率的影响。采用Thermo-C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,V(甲醇)∶V(水)=12∶88为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长275 nm,柱温20℃。红景天苷的线性范围为1.74~6.38μg;平均回收率为99.24%(RSD=1.4%)。所建立的HPLC法可用于测定不同溶剂对红景天苷提取率的影响。  相似文献

建立了用高效液相色谱快速检测反应香精中2-氨基-N-甲基-5-苯基咪唑并吡啶的方法. 反应香精中的2-氨基-N-甲基-5-苯基咪唑并吡啶用二甲基甲酰胺直接超声振荡提取; 高效液相色谱的色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm); 流动相为V(二甲基甲酰胺)∶V(甲醇)∶V(水)=8∶50∶42; 流速为0.5 mL/min; 光电二极管阵列检测器检测波长为UV-327 nm. 10种反应香精中均未检出该种物质, 回收率为78.9%~85.9%, 检出限为19.2 ng/mL.  相似文献

建立了加速溶剂萃取-高效液相色谱法测定土壤中咪唑乙烟酸除草剂残留量的检测方法.加标土壤样品以V(甲醇)∶V(冰乙酸)=5∶1作提取剂,在温度50 ℃,压力9 MPa下静态萃取10 min,提取物用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器进行分析.色谱柱为ODS柱,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)∶V(冰乙酸)=50∶46∶4,流量: 1 mL/min;检测波长: 254 nm.结果表明: 1和10 μg/g的加标回收率分别为90%和86%,相对标准偏差分别为4.1%和4.5%,检出限可达0.006 μg/g.  相似文献

建立了一种同时测定对苯氧基苯酚和对氯苯酚的反相高效液相色谱方法。采用Diamonsil(钻石)C18(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(V(甲醇):V(水)=8∶2)为流动相,在波长为230 nm处进行检测。对苯氧基苯酚和对氯苯酚在20~230μg/mL范围内,峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差RSD分别为0.26%、0.53%,回收率在99.0%~101%之间。方法可用于对苯氧基苯酚的合成工艺研究及成品质量控制。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
