Materials Lao.8Sro.2Gao.83Mgo.17_xCox03_6 with x = 0, 0.05, 0.085, 0.10, and 0.15 are synthesized by laser rapid solidification. It is shown that the samples prepared by laser rapid solidification give rise to unique spear-like or leaf-like microstructures which are orderly arranged and densely packed. Their electrical properties each show a general depen dence of the Co content and the total conductivities of Lao.8Sro.2Gao.83Mgo.085Coo.08503_6 prepared by laser rapid solidification are measured to be 0.067, 0.124, and 0.202 S.cm-1 at 600, 700, and 800 ℃, respectively, which are much higher than by conventional solid state reactions. Moreover, the electrical conductivities each as a function of the oxy gen partial pressure are also measured. It is shown that the samples with the Co content values 〈 8.5 mol% each exhibit basically ionic conduction while those for Co content values 〉 10 mol % each show ionic mixed electronic conduction under oxygen partial pressures from 10-16 atm (1 atm = 1.01325 x 105 Pa) to 0.98 atm. The improved ionic conductivity of Lao.sSro.2Gao.83Mgo.085Coo.08503 prepared by laser rapid solidification compared with by solid state reactions is attributed to the unique microstructure of the sample generated during laser rapid solidification.  相似文献

为了进一步理解极端条件下物质的电离特性, 特别是超短超强激光脉冲辐照超薄靶时等离子体的形成与分布, 本文以超薄碳膜为例, 细致研究了超短超强激光脉冲辐照下原子的离化过程. 分析和比较了强激光场直接作用电离和靶内静电场电离等两种场致电离形式, 在碰撞电离可以忽略的情况下, 发现更多的电离份额是来自靶内静电场的电离方式. 研究了激光脉冲强度对电离的影响, 发现激光脉冲强度越强, 电离速度越快, 产生的高价态离子所占比例也越高.当激光强度为1×1020 W/cm2时, 尽管该强度高于电离生成C+6所需要的激光强度阈值, 但该激光脉冲并不能将整个靶电离成C+6离子, 对此本文进行了详细的分析. 在研究激光脉冲宽度的影响时, 发现激光脉宽越小, 电离速度越快, 但越小的激光脉冲电离获得的高价态离子越少.  相似文献

Energetic ions have been obtained irradiating a tungsten target with a Q-switched Nd:Yag laser, 1064?nm wavelength, 9?ns pulse width, 900?mJ maximum pulse energy and power density of the order of 1010?W/cm2. The laser-target interaction induces a strong metal etching with production of plasma in front of the target. The plasma contains neutrals and ions with high charge state. Time-of-flight measurements are presented for qualitative analysis of the ion production. A cylindrical electrostatic ion analyzer permits measuring of the yield of emitted ions, the charge state of detected ions and the ion energy distribution. Measurements indicate that, at a laser fluence of the order of 100?J/cm2, the charge state may reach 9+ and the ion energy reaches about 5?keV. The ion energy distribution is given as a function of the charge state. Experimental results indicate that an electrical field is developed along the normal to the plane of the target surface, which accelerates the ions up to high velocity. The ion velocity distributions follow a “shifted Maxwellian distribution”, which the author has corrected for the Coulomb interactions occurring inside the plasma.  相似文献

An intense laser radiation (1012 to 1011 W/cm−2) focused on the solid target creates a hot (≥1 keV) and dense plasma having high ionization state. The multiple charged ions with high current densities produced during laser matter interaction have potential application in accelerators as an ion source. This paper presents generation and detection of highly stripped titanium ions (Ti) in laser produced plasma. An Nd:glass laser (KAMETRON) delivering 50 J energy (λ=0.53 μm) in 2.5 ns was focused onto a titanium target to produce plasma. This plasma was allowed to drift across a space of ∼3 m through a diagnostic hole in the focusing mirror before ions are finally detected with the help of electrostatic ion analyzer. Maximum current density was detected for the charge states of +16 and +17 of Ti ions for laser intensity of ∼1011 W/cm−2.  相似文献

We demonstrate an all-solid quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) narrow-band source tunable to sodium D2a line at 589.159 nm. The source is based on sum-frequency mixing between lasers at 1064 nm and 1319 nm in a LBO crystal. The 1064 nm and 1319 nm lasers are produced from two diode side-pumped Nd:YAG master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) laser systems, respectively. A 33 W output of 589 nm laser is obtained with beam quality factor M^2 = 1.25, frequency stability better than ±0.2 GHz and linewidth less than 0.44 GHz. A prototype 589 nm laser system is assembled, and a sodium laser guided star has been successfully observed in the field test.  相似文献

用提拉法生长了(1.5 at.%)Nd~(3+):Y_3Sc_2Al_3O_(12)(YSAG)激光晶体,摇摆曲线表明晶体结晶质量优良.测量了该晶体的吸收和发光光谱,表明其适合成熟的808 nm激光二极管(LD)抽运,其~4F_(3/2)→~4I_(11/2)跃迁最强发射波长为1059 nm,发射截面为1.03×10~(-19)cm~2,同时其激光上能级寿命为253μs,表明Nd:YSAG具有和Nd:YAG相近的效率,但其激光上能级寿命比Nd:YAG长约20μs.以LD抽运2 mm×2 mm×6 mm Nd:YSAG激光棒,激光阈值为0.85 W,最高输出功率为1.1 W,激光斜效率为21.1%,光-光转化效率为18.3%.综合表明Nd:YSAG单晶作为激光性能优良的全固态激光材料,更适合全固态调Q激光输出.  相似文献

In this work, the resistive switching behaviors of ferroelectrictric BaTiO3/La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 .heterostructures de- posited by pulsed laser deposition are investigated. The BaTiO3 films show both well-established P-E hysteresis loops, and asymmetric reversible diode-like resistive switching behaviors, involving no forming process. It is found that both the ON/OFF ratio and the stability of resistive switching are substantially dependent on operation voltage (Vmax). At a Vmax of 15 V, a large ON/OFF resistance ratio above 1000 is obtained at a Vmax of 15 V, which is able to maintain stability up to 70-switching cycles. The above resistive switching behaviors can be understood by modulating interface Schottky barriers as demonstrated by I-V curve fitting.  相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate the Coulomb explosion process of CS_2 molecule under a near-infrared(800 nm)intense femtosecond laser field by a DC-sliced ion imaging technique. We obtain the DC-sliced images of these fragment ions S~+, S~(2+), CS~+, and CS~(2+)by breaking one C–S bond, and assign their Coulomb explosion channels by considering their kinetic energy release and angular distribution. We also numerically simulate the dissociation dynamics of parent ions CS_2~(k+)(k = 2–4) by a Coulomb potential approximation, and obtain the time evolution of Coulomb energy and kinetic energy release, which indicates that the dissociation time of parent ions CS_2~(k+) decreases with the increase of the charge number k.These experimental and theoretical results can serve as a useful benchmark for those researchers who work in the related area.  相似文献

The second Born approximation (SBA) theory is applied to the study of electron-atom scattering in the presence of a CO2 laser field.The absolute differential crass sections of e-Ar scattering are calculated with multiphoton exchange in two special scattering geometries G1 (for small-angle scattering) and G2. For geometry G1, compared with the results of two different model potentials for electron elastic scattering by atoms, it is found that electronatom polarization potential plays an important role in laser-assisted electron-atom scattering. Some calculational results in geometries G2 are given. Our results are found to be better than other theoretical results as compared with the experimental data in geometries G1 and G2.  相似文献

An acoustic-optic Q-switched all-fiber laser With a high-repetition-rate, a short pulse width, a wide spectrum, and a high conversion efficiency is experimentally demonstrated. In the laser configuration, a (1+1)x 1 side-pumping coupler is introduced to perform backward pumping, and a 10/130%tm Yb fiber is adopted. The acoustic-optic component operates in the first direction, achieving a Q-switched pulse with a repetition rate adjustable in the range of 20 kHz-80 kHz. Under a repetition rate of 20 kHz and a pump power of 6.76 W, the fiber laser obtains a highly efficient and stable pulse output, with an average power of 4.3 W, a pulse width of 56 ns, a peak power of 3.83 kW, and a power density of 1.39x 101~ W/cm2. Particularly, the optic-optic conversion efficiency of the laser reaches as high as 64%. Another feature of the pulsed laser is that the high reflection mirror reflects the pump light as well, which brings the secondary absorption of the pump power into the gain fiber.  相似文献

An optical atomic clock with 171Yb atoms is devised and tested. By using a two-stage Doppler cooling technique, the 171Yb atoms are cooled down to a temperature of 6 ± 3 μK, which is close to the Doppler limit. Then, the cold 171Yb atoms are loaded into a one-dimensional optical lattice with a wavelength of 759 nm in the Lamb-Dicke regime. Furthermore, these cold 171Yb atoms are excited from the ground-state 1S0 to the excited-state 3P0 by a clock laser with a wavelength of 578 nm. Finally, the 1S0-3P0 clock-transition spectrum of these 171Yb atoms is obtained by measuring the dependence of the population of the ground-state 1S0 upon the clock-laser detuning.  相似文献

Passive harmonic mode-locking of dissipative solitons is demonstrated in all-normal dispersion Yb-doped fibre lasers. A difference equation model of the mode-locked fibre lasers is adopted to simulate the intra-cavity nonlinear dynamics. Hysteresis phenomena around the mode-locking threshold, and the effect of introducing linear phase bias are discussed. The passive harmonic mode-locking as one kind of multipulsing operations is revealed. Moreover, the simulation shows the bistability between multipulsing and single-pulse or period multiplication.  相似文献

KH2PO4 (KDP) crystal with excellent optical properties is a very important element of inertial confinement fusion (ICF) device. However, KDP crystal surface micro-defects severely reduce the crystal laser damage threshold, affecting the crystal service life. In this paper, Gaussian repaired pit is used to replace the crystal surface micro-defects, in order to improve the laser damage resistance of the KDP crystal with surface micro-defects. At first, the physical model of Gaussian repaired pit is built by Fourier model method, and the accuracy of the method is analyzed. It is found that the calculation error can be reduced by increasing the product of the width-period ratio and the truncation constant of the repaired pit. The calculation results about the physical model of Gaussian repaired pit show that the light intensity distribution within the crystal is symmetrical, and there are evidently enhanced light intensity regions in the crystal. Meanwhile, the maximum relative intensity inside the KDP crystal decreases gradually with the increase of the width of the Gaussian repaired pit. Secondly, the Gaussian repaired pits with different widths and the same depth of 20 μm are processed by micro-milling. Their surfaces are very smooth and present the ductile cutting state under the microscope. Finally, the laser damage threshold of the Gaussian repaired pits on the surface of the KDP crystal sample is measured by a 3 ω, 6-ns laser. The results showthat the maximum threshold of the Gaussian repaired pits is 3.12 J/cm2, which is 60% higher than the threshold of initial damage point, and the laser damage threshold increases with the increase of the width of the Gaussian repaired pit.  相似文献

We demonstrate the first use of single layer graphene for compressing self-Q-switching pulses in semiconductor disk lasers. The gain region of the semiconductor disk laser used InGaAs quantum wells with a central wavelength of 1030 nm. Due to self saturable absorption of the quantum wells, the disk laser emitted at the self-Q-switching state with a pulse width of 13 μs. By introducing the single layer graphene as a saturable absorber into the V-shaped laser cavity, the pulse width of the self-pulse was compressed to 2 μs with a lower pump power of 300 mW. As the pump power was increased, multiple pulses with the pulse width of 1.8 μs appeared. The compression factor was about 7.2.  相似文献

The differential cross section (DCS) for electron-helium atom collisions in the presence of a bichromatic CO2 laser field is investigated as a function of the scattering angle θ by employing first-Born approximation (FBA) with a simple screening electric potential. We discuss in detail the influence of the scattering geometry, the photon energy and the number of photons exchanged on the DCSs. These illustrate that the three factors have important effects on the elastic scattering and the screening electric potential is effective.  相似文献

A simple analysis is given for the optimum length of undulator in a self-seeding free electron laser (FEL). The obtained relations show the correlation between the undulator length and the system parameters. The power required for the seeding in the second part of the undulator and the overall efficiency of monochromatizating the seeding determine the length of the first part of the undulator; the magnitude of seeding power dominates the length of the second part of the undulator; the whole length of the undulator in a self-seeding FEL is determined by the overall efficiency for getting coherent seed, and is about half as long again as that of SASE, not including the dispersion section. The requirement of the dispersion section strength is also analyzed.  相似文献

We calculate the lifetime of both the o-Ps and the p-Ps positronium annihilation decay Ps →γγ in the strong circular polarized laser field. We take a strategy of the faztorization to separate the effects caused by the Coulomb interaction and the strong laser 6eld interaction. It is factorized in the time direction but not in the space direction. Our results show that in the laser with long wavelength and high intensity, the lifetimes of those Ps states are dramatically increased. For C02 laser with 10 μm wavelength and 1013 W/cm2 intensity, lifetime of the spin-single positronium is increased by 108 times. Our result is consistent with those obtained by solving the SchSdinger equation. This effect may be useful for the high harmonic generation (HHG) effects provided with the Ps [Phys. Rev. Lett. 70 (1993) 774; Phys. Rev. Lett. 93 (2004) 013601].  相似文献

The low temperature sample stage in a transmission electron microscope is used to investigate the charge ordering behaviours in a Bi0.4Ca0.6MnO3 film with a thickness of 110 nm at 103 K. Six different types of superlattice structures are observed using the selected-area electron diffraction (SAED) technique, while three of them match well with the modulation stripes in high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) images. It is found that the modulation periodicity and direction are completely different in the region close to the Bi0.4Ca0.6MnO3/SrTiO3 interface from those in the region a little further from the Bi0.4Ca0.6MnO3/SrTiO3 interface, and the possible reasons for this are discussed. Based on the experimental results, structural models are proposed for these localized modulated structures.  相似文献

We present a novel precise angle measurement scheme based on parallel multiplex laser feedback interferometry (PLFI), which outputs two parallel laser beams and thus their displacement difference reflects the angle variation of the target. Due to its ultrahigh sensitivity to the feedback light, PLFI realizes the direct non-contact measurement of non- cooperative targets. Experimental results show that PLFI has an accuracy of 8" within a range of 1400". The yaw of a guide is also measured and the experimental results agree with those of the dual-frequency laser interferometer Agilent 5529A.  相似文献
