建立了在线固相萃取/液相色谱-串联质谱法检测饲料中5种喹噁啉药物的方法。准确称取2 g饲料,用10 m L 0.1%盐酸-甲醇(1∶1)提取,提取液用0.2%甲酸稀释10倍,通过双三元液相色谱采用反相在线固相萃取柱在线富集净化,以0.2%甲酸与乙腈梯度洗脱,同时转移至C18色谱柱上进行分离,串联四极杆质谱检测。实验结果表明,5种喹噁啉药物在50~25 000μg/kg含量范围内线性良好(r0.999);方法的检出限为25μg/kg,定量下限为50μg/kg;方法回收率为72.6%~84.6%,批内和批间相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%。本方法较传统固相萃取柱净化法更简捷、经济和稳定。  相似文献

建立了阳离子交换模式在线固相萃取-液相色谱串联质谱法检测牛奶中14种磺胺药物方法。取5 g样品用15 mL乙腈提取和除蛋白,提取液于50℃氮气吹干后,用1.00 mL 0.2%甲酸溶解,溶解液通过双三元液相色谱用阳离子在线固相萃取柱在线富集净化,2%氨水甲醇/0.2%甲酸(50:50,V/V)洗脱。然后转移至C18色谱柱上进行分离,再用串联四级杆质谱检测。结果表明,14种磺胺类药物在0.1~10μg/kg含量范围内线性良好(r≥0.999);方法的检出限为0.05μg/kg,定量限为0.1μg/kg;方法回收率在60%~90%范围内,批内和批间相对标准偏差都小于10%。本方法较传统固相萃取柱净化法更简捷、经济和稳定。  相似文献

建立了用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(LC-MS-MS)测定蜂蜜中5种头孢菌素残留量的方法.蜂蜜样品用磷酸盐缓冲溶液溶解,经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化.5种头孢菌素在C18柱上以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱条件下完成分离,电喷雾电离串联质谱在正离子多反应监测模式下进行测定.添加浓度在2~100 μg/kg范围时,回收率为84.2%~103.6%; 相对标准偏差为3.89%~9.08%.本方法头孢唑啉的定量限为10 μg/kg, 头孢匹林、头孢氨苄、头孢洛宁、头孢喹肟的定量限为2.0 μg/kg.  相似文献

采用MCX固相萃取柱净化,以超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)法建立了香辛调料中曲托喹酚的测定方法。样品采用0.2%酸性乙醇提取,经MCX柱净化浓缩后,在ACQUITY BEH C18色谱柱上以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,UPLC-MS/MS以MRM方式进行定量分析。结果表明,曲托喹酚在0.1~50 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)大于0.998,方法的检出限(LOD)为0.2 μg/kg,定量下限(LOQ)为0.5 μg/kg。化合物在不同基质的4个加标水平(0.5、2、10、100 μg/kg)下的回收率为74.5%~98.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.1%~9.1%。该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于香辛调料中曲托喹酚的测定。  相似文献

本文建立了猪、鸡、鱼肌肉及猪、鸡肝脏组织中喹乙醇代谢残留标识物3-甲基喹喔啉-2-羧酸残留量的高效液相色谱分析方法.样品在酸性环境水解,经乙酸乙酯、磷酸盐缓冲溶液依次提取,Oasis MAX固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱紫外测定(HPLC-UV).3-甲基喹喔啉-2-羧酸标准曲线相关系数(r2)为0.9992(10~1 000 μg/L);不同动物组织样品中3-甲基喹喔啉-2-羧酸工作曲线相关系数(r)为0.9995~0.9997(2~100 μg/kg).在2~100 μg/kg浓度范围,3-甲基喹喔啉-2-羧酸回收率为69%~104%,日内相对标准偏差<15%,日间相对标准偏差<20%.检出限(CCα)为1.2~4.3 μg/kg,定量限(CCβ)为2.0~5.6 μg/kg.  相似文献

建立了牛奶和奶粉中卡巴氧代谢物喹喔啉-2-羧酸(QCA)和喹乙醇代谢物3-甲基喹喔啉-2-羧酸(MQCA)残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。将样品经0.6%(体积分数)的甲酸溶液进行消化,用Tris缓冲溶液调节pH后,加入Protease蛋白酶进行酶解,样品溶液用0.3 mol/L HCl溶液酸化后,采用阴离子交换固相萃取柱Oasis MAX进行净化和富集。分析样品以0.1%(体积分数)的甲酸溶液-甲醇-乙腈为流动相,经Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱分离,采用负离子扫描,在LC-MS/MS多反应监测模式下进行定性及定量分析。喹口恶啉-2-羧酸和3-甲基喹口恶啉-2-羧酸的方法测定下限牛奶为0.5μg/kg,奶粉为4.0μg/kg。对牛奶在0.5~5.0μg/kg,奶粉在4.0~40.0μg/kg添加水平的平均回收率为68.2%~82.5%,RSD为3.4%~12%。  相似文献

建立了牛、猪肌肉和肝脏组织中卡巴氧(CBX)和喹乙醇(OQX)以及相关代谢产物--脱氧卡巴氧(DCBX)、喹噁啉-2-羧酸(QCA)和3-甲基喹噁啉-2-羧酸(MQCA)残留的LC-MS/MS的检测方法.组织样品中的卡巴氧用乙腈-乙酸乙酯(体积比1 : 1)溶液提取;代谢产物的提取则是经适当处理后的样品加入Protease蛋白酶进行酶解,后采用阴离子交换固相萃取柱Oasis MAX进行净化和富集.分析样品以甲酸溶液(体积分数为 0.1%)-甲醇-乙腈为流动相,经Inertsil ODS-3色谱柱分离,在LC-MS/MS多反应监测模式下进行定性、定量分析,采用正离子扫描.CBX、DCBX、QCA和MQCA的定量下限均为0.5 μg/kg,猪、牛肌肉和肝脏在0.5 ~5.0 μg/kg添加水平的平均回收率在76% ~97%之间,相对标准偏差(n=10)在2.9% ~16.9%之间.  相似文献

建立了同时快速筛查和确证马饲料中39种赛马违禁药物(包含抗心率失常类药物、抗惊厥类药物、止痉挛类药物、抗疟疾类药物、刺激剂、麻醉剂及大麻酚类药物)的液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。样品粉碎后分别经1 mmol/L HClO4溶液和酸化乙腈溶液提取,并通过混合型固相萃取柱净化。采用Agilent Zorbax SB(10.0 cm×2.1 mm i.d.,3.5 μm) 色谱柱,以0.4%甲酸水溶液和0.4%甲酸乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,正离子多反应监测(MRM) 模式下检测。方法对空白饲料3个加标水平下的平均回收率为58%~116%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~20.4%,各类药物线性良好(r2>0.99)。方法检出限(S/N≥3)和定量下限(S/N≥10)分别为0.2~25.0 μg/kg和1.0~40.0 μg/kg,其中超过67%药物的检出限在2.5 μg/kg以下。实验结果表明,该方法分析时间短,灵敏度、精密度良好,适用于马饲料中上述几类药物的快速筛查和测定。  相似文献

建立了动物源食品猪肉、鸡肉和鱼肉中喹喔啉类兽药喹乙醇(OLQ)、卡巴氧(CBX)的高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定方法。样品经0.1 mol/L磷酸二氢钠 (pH 6.0)溶液提取,Oasis HLB 固相萃取柱净化,流动相定容后,采用Waters Xterra MS C18柱(5 μm,150 mm×2.1 mm) 分离,以乙腈-0.2%甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,以串联质谱在多反应监测(MRM)正离子模式下检测,基质外标法定量。结果表明,喹乙醇和卡巴氧在质量浓度为1~20 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.998 1~0.999 9;各基质在0.2、0.4、2.0 μg/kg 3个加标水平下,喹乙醇和卡巴氧的回收率为70%~93%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~16.7%,定量下限(S/N≥10)均为0.2 μg/kg。应用建立的方法对猪肉、鸡肉、鱼肉样品各20个进行检测,并与国标方法进行比较,结果满意。该方法简单、灵敏、稳定,可满足猪肉、鸡肉和鱼肉中喹乙醇、卡巴氧残留的检测与确证需要。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献
