The crystal structure of the title compound ethyl 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-6- methyl-4-oxo-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylate (C20H20ClN3O4, Mr= 401.84) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 20.6215(9), b = 8.5311(4), c = 21.6886(9) A^°, β = 91.607(1)°, V = 3814.0(3)A^°^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.400 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1680, μ = 0.233 mm^-1, R = 0.0718 and wR = 0.1545 for 6717 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The crystal structure of the title compound 2-[(P, P-Diphenoxy)phosphono(p-methyl)benzyl]-1, 2-benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-one, C27H22NO4PSe, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P(No. 2) with Mr=534.41, a=9.761(2), b=10.304(2), c=13.396(3), α=110.97(3), β=107.70(3). γ=90.02(3)°, V=1190(1) 3, Z=2, Dx=1.492 g/cm3, λ=0.71073, μ=1.6596 mm-1 and F(000)=544. The structure was solved by direct methods. The final R factor is 0.068 and Rw is 0.074 for 2500 unique observed reflections [I≥3σ(I)]. The results presented herein indicate that the selenium-containing bicyclic moiety is a coplanar structure and that two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other forming a dimer through the Se(1c)...O=P(1) bonding interaction with an intermolecular Se(1c)...O distance of 2.797 .  相似文献

The title compound 5,5-dimethyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)(3-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one-2-yl)methyl-3-(4-methoxyphenylamino)-2-cyclohexen-1-one has been synthesized,and its crystal structure was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=9.4193(13),b=26.915(4),c=21.188(3),β =101.906(3)°,V =5256.2(13)3,Z =4,C60H68Cl2N2O8,Mr=1016.06,Dc=1.284 g/cm3,F(000)=2160,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,μ=0.182 mm–1,R=0.0530 and wR=0.1131 for 4128 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that there are two independent molecules in the unit and the cyclohexenone rings adopt different conformations. With an aim to discover novel AHAS inhibitors,the title compound (S)-ethyl-2(2-methoxy-phenylsulfenamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (C 21 H 22 N 2 O 4 S,M r=398.47) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group P2 1 2 1 2 1 with a=8.078(2),b=12.824(4),c=18.788(6),V=1946.2(10) 3,Z=4,F(000)=840,D c=1.360 mg/m 3,μ=0.197 mm-1,the final R=0.0433 and wR=0.1035 for 3075 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The absolute structure Flack parameter X of this compound is 0.00(8).A total of 14375 reflections were collected,of which 3431 were independent (R int=0.0437).X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure involves two intermolecular N-H···O and one N-H···S intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the neighboring molecules.The crystal structure was compared with our previously reported (S)-methyl 2-(4-R-phenylsulfonamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (R=H(1) and Cl(2)),which provided some useful information of these compounds.  相似文献

A novel hydrochloride quaternary ammonium salt (E)-4-(benzyloxy)-2-(cinnamo- yloxy)-N,N,N-trimethyl-4-oxobutan-1-aminium chloride (C23H29NO4Cl2, Mr = 454.37) has been synthesized via the sequence of acetylation and esterification by using L-carnitine (L-4-N-trimethy- lammonium-3-hydroxybutyric acid, LC) and cinnamic acid as the starting materials, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P212121 with a = 10.1670(4), b = 10.4488(4), c = 22.9795(11) ?, V = 2441.18(18) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.236 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.293 mm?1, F(000) = 960, Flack factor = –0.01(11), the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1550 for 3350 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)) and R = 0.0953 for all 5648 unique reflections.
