Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1′-Methyl-4′- (4-chlorophenyl)-1H-indole-3-spiro-2′-pyrrolidine- 3′-spiro-4'-(2'-phenyloxazole)-2,5'(3H,4'H)-dione

The title compound (C26H20ClN3O3) has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and (Z)-4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-2-phenyloxazol-5(4H)-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.3903(19), b = 11.398(2), c = 12.603(3) , α = 83.495(3), β = 68.988(3), γ = 67.178(3)°, V = 1160.1(4) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 457.90, Dc = 1.311 g/cm3, μ = 0.198 mm-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1144 for 3109 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1-[(1''-Phenyl-5''-methyl-4''-pyrazolcarbonyl)- 3-methylthio-5-amino-1H-yl-1,2,4-triazole

The crystal structure of 1-[(1'-phenyl-5'-methyl-4'-pyrazolcarbonyl)]-3-methyl thio-5-amino-1H-yl-1,2,4-triazole (C14H14N6OS, Mr = 314.37) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P with a = 8.026(3), b = 8.651(4), c = 11.369(5) (A), α = 89.917(7), β= 89.084(7), γ = 68.470(6)°, V = 734.2(5) (A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.422 g/cm3, ( = 0.232 mm-1, F(000) = 328, R = 0.0376 and wR = 0.0890 for 2950 unique reflections. The crystal structure shows the presence of a dimmer with intermolecular N(4)-H(4)…N(3A) hydrogen bonds.

[1-芳基甲羰基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)]乙基-N,N-二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯衍生物的合成、结构表征及生物活性研究

以芳香基三唑类杀菌剂三唑酮为先导物设计并合成了5个含N,N-二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的芳香三唑类化合物, 通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱对其结构进行了表征. 用X射线单晶衍射测定了[α-(4-甲氧基苯甲酰基)-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基)]乙基-N,N-二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸酯的晶体结构, 晶体属于三斜晶系, 空间群, 晶胞参数为: a＝0.73482(15) nm, b＝1.1051(2) nm, c＝1.1209(2) nm, α＝90.32(3)°, β＝101.97(3)°, γ＝105.13(3)°, V＝0.8578(3) nm³, Z＝2, D_c＝1.357 g/cm³, F(000)＝368, µ＝0.324 mm^－1. 生物测试结果显示这5种有机化合物都具有杀菌性和植物生长调节活性     

新型无毒离子液体催化“一锅煮”合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮

利用新型无毒离子液体(BMImSac)作催化剂, 芳香醛、1, 3-二羰基化合物和尿素或硫脲三组分“一锅煮”合成了3,4-二氢嘧啶-2(1H)-酮. 与传统方法相比, 该法是一种操作简单、产率高、用时少的环境友好方法.     

双－（3－烷基／芳基）－7H－1，2，4－三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二嗪类化合物的合成及波谱性质

利用1，4－二溴丁二酮（1）分别与3－烷基／芳基－4－氨基－5－巯基－1， 2，4－三唑（2a-2n）反应，合成了14种新的双－（3－烷基／芳基）－7H－1，2， 4－三唑并[3,4-b]－1，3，3-噻二嗪类化合物（3a-3n），并利用EA、IR，~1H NMR和MS确定了其结构。     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 3-Benzoyl-7,7-dimethyl-4-phenyl-2-phenylamino-4,6,7,8-tetrahydro-chromen-5-one

The title compound (C30H27NO3) was synthesized via a one-pot procedure starting from β-benzoylthioacetanilide, benzaldehyde and 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione, and its struc- ture was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P, with a = 6.325(2), b = 11.243(3), c = 17.553(4) , α = 87.306(4), β = 80.822(4), γ = 77.798(4)°, V = 1204.2(5) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 449.53, Dc = 1.240 g/cm3, μ = 0.080 mm-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.0970 for 2301 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).     

3-烷基/芳基-6-(2′,4′-二氯苯基)-7H-1,2,4-三唑[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二嗪的合成及波谱性质

以间二氯苯与氯乙酰氯反应,生成ω-氯代-2,4-二氯苯乙酮(1),再使之分别与3-烷基/芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(2a～2l)反应,合成了12种新的3-烷基/芳基-6-(2′,4′-二氯苯基)-7H-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]1,3,4-噻二嗪(4a～4l).利用EA,IR,1H NMR确定了其结构,并提出该反应的可能机制.
