KF/Al203催化下由芳醛、丙二腈和2-(1,2-二氢-3-亚茚基)丙二腈或2-(2,3-二氢-4H-亚萘基)丙二腈-步合成芴或菲衍生物

以芳醛、丙二腈、2-(1,2-二氢-3-亚茚基)丙二腈或2-(2,3-二氢-4H-亚萘基)丙二腈为原料,乙醇为溶剂,在80℃下以KF/Al2O3为催化剂合成了一系列芴或菲的衍生物,该方法具有反应条件温和,产率高(72%～88%)和操作简单等优点.产物的结构通过IR,1H NMR和元素分析表征.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 4-（2-Bromophenyl）-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro- 7,7-dimethyl-1-p-tolylquinoline-2,5（1H,6H）-dione

The title compound 4-（2-bromophenyl）-3,4,7,8-tetrahydro-7,7-dimethyl-1-p-tolylquinoline-2,5（1H,6H）-dione 1 （C24H24BrNO2, Mr = 438.35） was synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 27.565（14）, b = 10.079（5）, c = 15.917（8） A,β = 111.059（9）°, Z = 8, V = 4127（4）A3, Dc = 1.411 g·cm^-3,μ（MoKa） = 2.011 mm^-1, F（000） = 1808, the final R = 0.0417 and wR = 0.1032 for 2393 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine ring adopts a distorted boat conformation, while another six-membered ring takes a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are non-classical hydrogen bonds of C-H…O and C-H…Br in the structure. The short distance （3.481A） between the adjacent 2-bromophenyl rings indicates the existence of π-π interaction.

Synthesis of 2-Aminochromene Derivatives Catalyzed by KF／Al2O3

A series of 2-aminochromene derivatives including 2-amino-ben-zo[ h ] chromene, 2-amino-benzo [ f ] chromene and 2-amino-pyrano [3,2-h ]quinolin derivatives was synthesized from aryl-aldehyde, malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate and 1-naphthol or 2-naphthoi or 8-hydroxyquinoline in refluxing ethyl alcohol cat-alyzed by KF-Al2O3. The structures were confirmed by X-ray analysis.     

在离子液体中一步法合成吡唑[5,4-b]-γ-吡喃衍生物

芳醛、丙二腈与4,5-二氢-3-甲基-5-氧代-1-苯基吡唑在离子液体[bmim][BF₄]中反应, 合成了2-氨基-4-芳基-3-氰基-5-甲基-7-苯基吡唑[5,4-b]-γ-吡喃衍生物, 该法快速、高效, 是一种洁净的合成方法. 产物的结构通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和元素分析进行表征.     

水介质中α,α-双(4-羟基香豆素-3-基)甲苯的洁净合成

在水介质中三乙基苄基氯化铵(TEBA)存在下, 芳醛与4-羟基香豆素反应为α,α-双(4-羟基香豆素-3-基)甲苯提供了一种快速、方便、高效和洁净的合成方法.     

2,2,7,7-四甲基-5,6-二氧代-9-(2-氯苯基)-10-(4-甲基苯基)-9,10-二氢-2H-吖啶的合成和晶体结构

标题化合物2,2,7,7-四甲基-5,6-二氧代-9-(2-氯苯基)-10-(4-甲基苯基)-9,10-二氢-2H-吖啶(C30H32ClNO2,Mr=474.02)是由邻氯苯甲醛和5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮和对甲基苯胺以乙二醇作溶剂在微波辐射下而得到的。结构通过单晶X-射线衍射分析确定,其晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=12.048(3),b=11.044(2),c=19.989(5)?b=101.42(2),Z=4,V=2607(1)3,Dc=1.208g/cm3,m(MoKa)=0.173mm-1,F(000)=1008,R=0.0450,wR=0.0869。X-射线衍射分析表明:原子C(8),C(13),C(14),C(15),C(20)和N形成1个六员环,采用船式构象,六员环C(8)~C(13)和C(15)~C(20)采用半椅式构象。     

用硼酸作催化剂一锅法合成双（二氢化嘧啶酮-4-基）苯

A simple effective synthesis of bis(dihydropyrimidinone-4-yl)benzene derivatives, using boric acid as catalyst,from isophthalic aldehyde or terephthalic aldehyde, 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and urea or thiourea in glacial acetic acid was described. As the expansion of the classical Biginelli reaction, this method has the advantage of excellent yields 83%-94% and short reaction time 0.5-1.5 h.
