针对科学技术和国家社会发展对生物医学创新型人才的需求,依托于学校的重大项目培育和新兴交叉学科研究课题,建立了生物医学工程与化学、物理、材料、电子和医学等"理-工-医"多学科交叉科研平台。基于"以人为本""全面发展"等现代教育理念和"以学生发展为中心"的高等教育思想,通过组建跨学科的研究生导师团,多导师联合指导,夯实学生多学科基础知识,加强学生对知识的理解和使用,拓宽研究生知识广度,着力培养研究生源头创新能力,打造研究生解决多学科交叉重要问题的能力。实践表明,多学科交叉科研平台在激发研究生源头创新思维、拓展专业知识、培养工程实践能力等方面起到重要的作用。对继续完善多学科交叉的研究生培养体系建设给出了建议。 相似文献

课程是实现教育目标的主要载体。本研究根据材料化学类研究生的需要,以"高等分析化学"课程为研究对象,采用"教学研、立体化"的课程教学理念,构建了"探究式"教学方法。在课堂教学中采用以问题导入为驱动、科研探究和知识传授为基础、第一课堂和第二课堂相结合的能力框架体系。通过几年的实践,该体系日臻完善,效果良好,充分实现了教与学的完美统一,为材料化学类研究生的科研能力培养打下良好基础,有利于将当代研究生培养成为既掌握理论知识又具有实践能力的综合型人才。 相似文献

In order to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate chemical innovation talents in university for nationalities, in the course of organic synthetic chemistry curriculum construction, efforts were made to overcome problems such as the single teaching objective, abstract and boring teaching content, tedious and relatively dull teaching methods and low enthusiasm for students' learning, etc. According to the study rule of "before class-on class-after class", the trinity mixed teaching mode of "teaching goal-teaching means-practice examination" was constructed. Through the construction of the "teaching goal-teaching means-innovative practice" trinity mixed teaching mode, we refined teaching objectives, optimized teaching methods, implemented small classes, improved assessment methods, designed comprehensive laboratory programs, reinforced practices, and reformed the assessment measures. Discussion on teaching reform and practice of organic synthetic chemistry was carried out from multiple perspectives. In response to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on organic chemistry laboratory teaching, this article analyzes and discusses the current limitation of traditional organic chemistry laboratory teaching. Taking the "preparation of n-bromobutane" as an example, a new "online-offline and virtual-actual combination" teaching mode with the combination of "Tencent Meeting, MLabs, laboratory and WeChat group" is introduced.
