考察了含所有偶数阶导数的一般Lidstone边值问题的正解和对称正解.通过 选择合适的Banach空间和锥,对该问题建立了n个正解或者对称正解的存在性,其 中n是一个任意的自然数.基本工具是等价范数和锥拉伸与锥压缩型的Krasnosel'skii 不动点定理. 结论的主要条件是局部的.换言之,如果非线性项f在某些有界集上的 "高度"是适当的,则该问题可以具有n个正解.  相似文献

In this research a method for interpolation on arbitrary locally compact groups is developed. The method is based on positive definite functions definable on spaces with group multiplication. To be able to use these functions two steps are necessary. First, positive semidefinite functions are determined using Bochners theorem on commutative groups respectively representation theory in the non commutative case. Then transformations are given to get positive definite out of positive semidefinite functions. For the compact group 50(3) the result is explicitly calculated and implemented in the case of three and five dimensional representations, and is applied to the approximation of energy functions of molecule interactions in 3-space.  相似文献

In this paper we study positive Einstein curvature which is a condition on the Riemann curvature tensor intermediate between positive scalar curvature and positive sectional curvature. We prove some constructions and obstructions for positive Einstein curvature on compact manifolds generalizing similar well known results for the scalar curvature. In this article, we discuss the positive definite solutions of the operator equation X m + A * X -n A = I , , on a Hilbert space. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a positive semi-definite solution are derived. The dynamics of a general monotone and sublinear skew-product semiflow is analyzed, paying special attention to the long-term behavior of the strongly positive semiorbits and to the minimal sets. Four possibilities arise depending on the existence or absence of strongly positive minimal sets and bounded semiorbits, as well as on the coexistence or not of bounded and unbounded strongly positive semiorbits. The separability and the entanglement(that is, inseparability) of the composite quantum states play important roles in quantum information theory. Mathematically, a quantum state is a trace-class positive operator with trace one acting on a complex separable Hilbert space. In this paper,in more general frame, the notion of separability for quantum states is generalized to bounded positive operators acting on tensor product of Hilbert spaces. However, not like the quantum state case, there are different kinds of separability for positive operators with different operator topologies. Four types of such separability are discussed; several criteria such as the finite rank entanglement witness criterion,the positive elementary operator criterion and PPT criterion to detect the separability of the positive operators are established; some methods to construct separable positive operators by operator matrices are provided. These may also make us to understand the separability and entanglement of quantum states better, and may be applied to find new separable quantum states.  相似文献

Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained for the archimedean graph of a positive function on an S-indecomposable semigroup to have no irreducible polygons. Miscellaneous facts about positive functions are obtained.
