应用激发态吸收增强瞬态热折射理论结合激发态折射理论研究了新型锌卟啉化合物Zn-porphyrin 中激发态吸收增强瞬态热折射与激发态折射间的相互竞争. 样品在不同脉宽激光激发下呈现自聚焦-自散焦间的转化. 当入射激光脉宽为4 ns时,激发态折射占主要地位,样品呈现自聚焦性质;当入射激光脉宽为8ns时,激发态吸收增强瞬态热折射占主要地位,激发态折射占次要地位,样品呈现自散焦性质.

本文对生物组织电穿孔中的热效应问题进行了计算研究。结果表明生物组织电穿孔过程中,选用不当的脉冲电压参数,会对组织造成严重的热损伤。若采用相同的烧伤阈值来描述热损伤范围,则相同电脉冲参数条件下在体组织比离体组织受到的热损伤更大。 相似文献

热波传热机制是超流氦传热非常重要的一个方面.在小热流密度的情况下,超流氦中的热波完全保持加热热流的波形,热量的传输完全靠热波来完成;随着热流密度的增加到一定程度,会在超流氦浴中激发量子涡旋.量子涡旋使热波发展成为热激波.在开放氦浴中,热波的波形不同于狭窄通道里的热波,在热波的尾部会出现一个冷却波;并且随着加热时间的变化,冷却波的形状和幅度会发生很大的变化.运用二流体模型和涡旋方程对超流氦中的热波进行了计算,实验结果与计算结果吻合得较好.

In laser heat treatment of steels, a thin surface layer of austenite forms during heating and subsequent phase change process in the cooling period. However, thermal stress develops due to high-temperature gradient attainment in the surface vicinity which in turn results in microcrack development at the surface. The present study is carried out to compute the temperature profiles due to step input pulse laser radiation and determine the resulting thermal stresses. The study is extended to include three-step input pulses having the same energy content. This provides the comparison for the influence of the pulse length on the resulting thermal stresses. To validate the theoretical predictions, an experiment is conducted to irradiate the AISI 4142 steel surface by an Nd–YAG laser. Microphotography and EDS analysis of the heated regions are carried out. It is found that considerable thermal stress is eveloped at the workpiece surface due to attainment of high-temperature gradient in this region. In addition, microcracks are observed at the surface of the irradiated spot. 相似文献

从傅里叶模型和非傅里叶模型的基本方程出发,通过有限差分方法对方程进行数值求解。分别分析了10,1.0,0.1,0.01 ns这4种脉宽的脉冲激光作用于硅材料时两种传热模型温度曲线的相对变化;讨论了热弛豫时间对非傅里叶模型数值结果的影响。结果表明:脉宽小于或等于100 ps的激光作用于硅材料时,表层温度上升缓慢,会发生载流子效应,非傅里叶模型可以合理地反映这种现象;对于一般材料,载流子效应发生的条件是脉宽小于或等于材料热弛豫时间,此时应当用非傅里叶模型描述加热过程。 相似文献

通过数值求解半导体方程组仿真了高功率微波脉冲作用下的PIN二极管,研究了高功率微波脉冲的脉冲宽度对其烧毁的影响。发现脉冲宽度在ns至μs量级时,脉冲功率随脉冲宽度上升而下降,并且近似成反比。在此基础上,基于PIN二极管的Leenov模型和电路的戴维南定理对其机理进行了分析。在脉冲宽度由ns向μs量级变化中,器件热效应由绝热加热转为有热传导的加热;与此同时,其实际吸收功率由与入射功率成正比转为与入射功率开方成正比;此二者共同作用导致了脉冲宽度对烧毁影响。 相似文献

实验用波长1064 nm,触发光能为1.0 mJ的激光脉冲触发电极间隙为4 mm的半绝缘GaAs光电导开关,当光电导开关的偏置电压达到3800 V时,开关进入非线性(lock-on)工作模式,在偏置电场和触发光能不变的条件下,开关输出稳定的非线性电脉冲,1500次触发后GaAs开关表面出现因丝状电流引起损伤的痕迹.分析认为:在一定触发光能和电场阈值条件下,开关芯片内存在两种瞬态热效应:热弛豫效应和光激发电荷畴-声子曳引效应.热弛豫时间很短,在皮秒甚至亚皮秒量级,热弛豫过程导致了热传导的弛豫行为;当光激发电荷畴以107 cm/s的速度从阴极向阳极渡越时,在这两种效应的作用下使得开关芯片瞬态温度变化发生了弛豫振荡现象.光激发电荷畴-声子曳引效应在位错运动方向上传播,声子流携带的热能集中在移动的平面内,使得移动区域温度升高,移动轨迹经多次叠加累积呈现出丝状的损伤痕迹.

用热传导方程计算了在脉宽10ns、波长1.06μm的激光辐射下,TiO_2单层膜的温度场分布.结果表明:膜层的热参数增大,其峰值温度明显降低,而基板热参数变化对膜层温度响应影响很小,温度场分布由电场分布决定,1/4波长薄膜的峰值温度低于半波长薄膜的峰值温度. 相似文献

The influence of pumping laser pulse on the property of quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) diode-side-pumped Nd:YAG laser is investigated theoretically and experimentally. Under remaining a fixed duty cycle, the average output power increases, and the corresponding thermal focal length shorten with the increase of the pump pulse duration, which attributes to the decrease of the ratio of pulse buildup time to the pulse duration. At a pump power of 146 W, the laser output power changes from 65.1 W to 81.2 W when the pulse duration is adjusted from 150 μ s to 1000 μ s, confirming a significant enhancement of 24.7%. A laser rate equation model incorporating the amplified spontaneous emission is also utilized and numerically solved, and the simulated results agree well with the experimental data. 相似文献

对纳米金属颗粒复合含能材料这一新兴体系的单脉冲激光作用的热动力学过程进行了理论分析. 推导了分散在介质中的纳米金属颗粒吸收脉冲激光能量的瞬时功率密度. 从热分解机理出发对纳米金属铝复合硝化纤维(Al/NC)薄膜吸收脉冲激光能量过程以及伴随着放热化学反应的热点热量传播过程进行了数值模拟,计算了不同质量分数的Al/NC薄膜样品分别在100ps,10ns,25ns脉冲激光作用下的化学反应直径. 计算结果与实验数据相比较,表明了热分解基本符合10ns,25ns脉冲激光引发含能材料反应的机理,但它并不符合100ps

为获得一体化ns脉冲固体激光器,设计了一种Cr4+∶YAG被动调Q的激光器,将Cr4+∶YAG和Nd∶YAG热键合到一起,并在两端直接镀膜构成F-P激光腔。实验中用光纤耦合的激光二极管端面泵浦激光晶体,实现准连续的激光脉冲输出。针对实验中存在的热透镜效应,设计了一散热片,并对风吹和散热片的实验结果进行了对比。实验证实了设计的可行性,并实现了激光器的稳定运转。 相似文献

Experimental results of the thermal and spectral characteristics of a monolithic stack of high power quasicontinuous wave 940-nm InGaAs linear laser diode arrays have been evaluated. Thermal resistance as the most important thermal parameter characterizing a high-power laser diode package was obtained using the temperature rise measured directly by a thermo-camera. A new simple and convenient technique to measure a spectral transition of the emission from laser diode arrays is proposed. Spectral chirping due to the transient thermal power dissipated during the laser pulse was observed as a time-evolution of the spectral profile; it gave a comprehensible image of the chirping behavior. Comparing the temperature rise in the diode junction with the thermal simulation, it was determined that the thermal shift of central wavelength dλ/dT was 0.21 nm/°C. Detailed performances were identified for pumping a Yb3+ doped crystalline laser, and it was verified that the laser diode arrays were satisfactory to meet pumping source requirements for coupling to Yb3+ absorption linewidth. 相似文献
