二甲醚水蒸气重整制氢的ZSM-5和Cu-Zn的复合催化体系   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
二甲醚水蒸气重整制氢反应是燃料电池理想的供氢方式之一.探讨了二甲醚水蒸气重整过程中的反应与反应、反应与传热的耦合协同效应.采用二甲醚水解催化剂ZSM-5(硅铝比为25)和甲醇水蒸气重整催化剂(Cu-Zn系列及商用Cu-Zn-Al催化剂)混合制得二甲醚水蒸气重整的复合催化剂.在固定床反应装置中评价了催化剂活性并对催化剂进行了透射电镜、X射线衍射及N2吸附表征.结果表明,复合催化剂的活性除了受催化剂组成和铜含量的影响外,还与Al和Zr的量有关.在Cu:Zn摩尔比为60:30时,Al和Zr的同时加入使催化剂中Cu晶粒分散最好,催化剂具有较高的低温活性,二甲醚在空速为4 922 ml/(g·h)和260℃下的转化率达到72%.  相似文献

以尿素为燃烧剂,先采用燃烧法制备CuO-ZnO催化剂,接着采用研磨法将其与HZSM-5分子筛均匀混合形成CuO-ZnO/HZSM-5双功能催化剂.采用固定床反应器,在反应温度260℃、压力3.0 MPa、空速1 500 h-1条件下,考察了不同Cu/Zn(摩尔比)催化剂在CO_2加氢合成二甲醚反应中的催化性能.通过XRD、N_2等温吸附脱附、H2-TPR、NH3-TPD对催化剂进行表征,研究了不同Cu/Zn对催化剂结构及表面酸性的影响.结果表明:当Cu∶Z n=6∶4时,催化剂对CO_2催化加氢直接合成二甲醚反应的催化活性和选择性最佳,CO_2的转化率、DME的选择性分别为11.95%和28.74%,且在催化剂上具有更多的低温还原Cu和较强的酸中心,从而提高了CO_2加氢活性和二甲醚的选择性.  相似文献

采用固相球磨法制备了Al含量不等的Cu-Ni-Al三元尖晶石固溶体催化剂,通过BET、XRD、H2-TPR、XPS表征和催化性能评价,研究了Al含量对Cu-Ni-Al尖晶石的物化性质和甲醇制氢缓释催化性能的影响。结果表明,恒定Cu∶Ni (molar ratio)=0. 95∶0. 05,增加Al含量时(Al=2、3、4),所得催化剂的比表面积和孔体积都明显增大,且尖晶石晶胞常数和晶粒尺寸均减小,催化剂也变得难以还原。进一步研究发现,随着Al含量增加,尖晶石Ni2+含量略微增加,但尖晶石Cu2+含量大幅降低,因此,尖晶石结构中Cu2+和Ni2+的总量降低,表明Ni2+的存在抑制了Cu2+进入尖晶石结构。表面分析结果证实,Al含量增加导致催化剂表面由富Cu转变为富Al,表层尖晶石Cu2+含量降低,但仍高于体相含量。评价结果显示,随着Al含量增加,反应初始活性增大,CO选择性降低,但Al过量太多时催化稳定性降低,综合来说,Al=3的催化剂表现出较好的催化性能。结果表明,对于Cu-Ni-Al尖晶石缓释催化剂,存在最佳Al含量,对催化稳定性起到关键作用。  相似文献

采用并流淤浆混合法制备了一系列具有不同铜锌铝比的铜基甲醇合成催化剂CuO/ZnO/Al2O3,测试了其催化性能(甲醇收率和CO转化率)及物相结构,并对该制备方法进行评价。Cu∶Zn∶Al摩尔比为4∶5∶1 的铜基催化剂显示了最好的催化活性。通过对催化剂前驱物煅烧过程进行DTA分析及对前驱物进行XRD分析表明, 催化剂前驱物的物相与Al2O3的量有关。当Al2O3的量较低时,前驱物的物相以(Cu0.3 Zn0.7)5(CO3)2(OH)6为主;当Al2O3的量较高时,前驱物中物相(Cu0.3Zn0.7)5(CO3)2(OH)6的量下降,而物相Cu2CO3(OH)2的量增加。物相(Cu0.3 Zn0.7)5(CO3)2(OH)6对终态催化剂的活性是十分有利的 。  相似文献

采用共沉淀浸渍法,制备了直接合成二甲醚的Cu-Mn-Zn催化剂,通过对组成成分及其配比的研究,发现Cu含量一定的条件下,n(Zn)/n(Mn)摩尔比对催化剂性能有较大的影响,当n(Zn)/n(Mn)=1/3~1/2时,催化剂对CO的转化率和对二甲醚的选择性达到最佳,分别为53.6%和63.5%;如锰添加比例过大,对催化剂催化合成二甲醚有微弱抑制;添加锌比例过大,会大大降低CO的转化率。载体Y分子筛的含量对催化剂性能也有影响,用量过大将降低催化剂的活性和对二甲醚的选择性,当其含量为33%时,催化剂上CO转化率和选择性可分别达到66%和68%,且催化剂活性随分子筛含量减少不再有明显的变化。  相似文献

在完全液相法制备工艺中,考察不同Si含量对浆状CuZnAl催化剂上合成气直接制备二甲醚性能的影响。其中,SA0.5催化剂(Si/Al=0.5)显示了最优异的催化性能,CO转化率为63.31%,二甲醚选择性为72.96%,在反应480 h过程中催化剂催化性能稳定。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和氮气吸附-脱附表征发现,Si的引入促进了催化剂Cu物种颗粒的分散及比表面积的增大,提高了CO转化率。此外,氢气程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征揭示了Cu物种与催化剂其他组分(Si物种)之间存在电子相互作用,抑制了Cu物种还原,催化剂表面富集更多Cu~+物种,有利于甲醇合成,同时有效地抑制了水煤气副反应产物CO_2的生成。再者,SA0.5催化剂表面富集了大量的Al物种(AlOOH),有利于甲醇脱水,促进二甲醚的生成。总之,浆状CuZnAlSi体系中Cu~+和AlOOH协同催化作用,提高了催化剂活性及二甲醚选择性。  相似文献

在制备CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂的老化过程中,采用微波辐射老化技术,着重研究了溶剂极性对前躯体物相组成,烧后CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂结构及其在浆态床合成甲醇工艺中催化性能的影响。通过XRD、DTG、H2-TPR,FTIR、HR-TEM和XPS对前驱体及催化剂表征表明,沉淀母液在微波辐射条件下进行老化,溶剂的极性对前躯体物相组成及催化剂结构影响显著。随着溶剂极性的增大,Zn2+/Cu2+取代Cu2(CO3)(OH)2/Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6中Cu2+/Zn2+的取代反应增强,使得前躯体中(Cu,Zn)5(CO3)2(OH)6和(Cu,Zn)2(CO3)(OH)2物相的含量增多,结晶度提高,导致烧后CuO/ZnO/Al2O3催化剂中CuO-ZnO协同作用增强,且CuO晶粒减小,表面Cu含量增加,催化剂活性和稳定性提高。水溶剂的极性最大,制备的催化剂活性和稳定性最好,甲醇的时空收率(STY)和平均失活率分别为320 mg.g-1.h-1和0.11%.d-1。  相似文献

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Two vanilloids, (5E)-8-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)oct-5-en-4-one (1) and 4-[3-hydroxydecyl]-2-methoxyphenol (2), isolated from the dried seeds of Grains of Paradise (Aframomum melegueta), were synthesized; the latter compound was made as the S-enantiomer and the material derived from the seeds was found to be a 1:1.7 mixture of the R and S isomers. The synthetic route used should allow the preparation of analogs having extended alkyl chains and consequently different lipophilicity, and 3, a homolog of 2, was also prepared.  相似文献

Main hydration products of two cement pastes, i.e. CSH-gel, portlandite (P) (and specific surface S) were studied by static heating, and by SEM, TEM and XRD, as a function of cement strength (C-33 and C-43) hydration time (th) and subsequent hydration in water vapour.Total change in mass on hydration and air drying, Mo, increased with strength of cement paste and with hydration time. Content of water escaping at 110 to 220°C, defined as water bound with low energy, mainly interlayer and hydrate water, was independent on cement strength but its content increased with (th). Content of chemically bound (zeolitic) water in CSH-gel, escaping at 220-400°C, was slightly dependent on strength and increased with (th). It was possibly derived from the dehydroxylation of CSH-gel and AFm phase. Portlandite water, escaping at 400-500°C, was independent on cement strength and was higher on longer hydration. Large P crystals were formed in the weaker cement paste C-33. Smaller crystals were formed in C-43 but they increased with (th). Carbonate formated on contact with air (calcite, vaterite and aragonite), decomposed in cement at 600-700oC. It was high in pastes C-33(1 month) and C-43(1 month), i.e. 5.7 and 3.3%, respectively; it was less than 1% after 6 hydration months (low sensitivity to carbonation) in agreement with the XRD study showing carbonates in the air dry paste (1month), and its absence on prolonged hydration (6 months) and on acetone treatment. Water vapour treatment of (6 months) pastes or wetting-drying increased this sensitivity.Nanosized P-crystals, detected by TEM, could contribute to the cement strength; carbonate was observed on the rims of gel clusters.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献
