ZrOCl2·8H2O catalyzed one-pot synthesis of 2,4,5-triaryl-1H-imidazoles and substituted 1,4-di（4,5-diphenylimidazolyl）benzene

A simple one-pot synthetic method for the preparation of 2,4,5-triaryl-lH-imidazoles from benzoin or benzil, ammonium acetate, aromatic aldehydes, and ZrOCl2-8H2O catalyst is described. The ZrOCl2-8H2O catalyst was found to be equally effective for aromatic and heteroaromatic aldehydes and also for the preparation of substituted 1,4-di（4,5-diphenylimidazol-yl） benzene.     

安息香笼化合物光化学反应的时间分辨红外光谱

采用时间分辨红外吸收光谱方法,研究了邻甲基苯甲酸安息香酯在266 nm激光作用下发生的光化学反应,并考察了溶剂对反应过程的影响. 从瞬态红外光谱上观察到了邻甲基苯甲酸和苯甲酰自由基及苯偶酰,提供了直接的光谱证据证明了脱保护反应及C-C=O处均裂反应的发生. 通过对比溶剂中不同水含量下均裂反应中间体及邻甲基苯甲酸的产率,发现水含量在溶剂中的增加能促进脱保护反应的发生.     

2-(对烷氧基苯甲酸酯基或对烷氧基苯丙烯酸酯基)-5-氧-2,5-二氢呋喃化合物的合成与液晶性质研究

Two series of p-alkoxybenzoates Ia-If and p-alkoxycinnamates IIa-IIf, each species beating one terminal furanone, have been synthesized and characterized by IR, ^13C NMR, ^1H NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. The mesogenic properties of both series of furanones have been studied by polarizing optical microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. The relationship between structures and mesogenic properties was discussed. The results show that the increased alkoxy chain length （C7-C12） and the bridging groups between the benzene ring and the furanone ring affected the mesomorphic properties greatly, and the two series of furanones might display monotropic or enantiotropic nematic （N） or semetic C （SmC） mesophases and different mesomorpic phase temperature ranges corresponding to different carbon chain length.     

溶出伏安法测定水中痕量钴

在０．０１ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ．Ｈ２Ｏ－ＮＨ４Ｃｌ和３．０×１０＾－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ安息香缩氨基硫脲体系中，钴产生一灵敏的还原波，其峰电位是－０．９４Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ），峰电流与钴的浓度在２．０×１０－８－１．０×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内成直线关系，检测限为５．０×１０＾－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，该法测定水中痕量钴结果令人满意。     

5,3'''',5''''-三磺酸基-2,3,4,4''''-四羟基脱氧安息香三钠盐的合成、晶体结构及性质研究

合成了水溶性很好的5,3',5'-三磺酸基-2,3,4,4'-四羟基脱氧安息香三钠盐(TTDB), 采用IR、 UV、 1H NMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征, 并利用X射线单晶衍射仪测定了该化合物的晶体结构. 使用荧光光谱法检测了化合物对羟基自由基的清除作用. 用循环伏安法探讨了化合物的电化学性质. 实验结果表明, 5,3',5'-三磺酸基-2,3,4,4'-四羟基脱氧安息香三钠盐[C14H17Na3O18S3]属于单斜晶系, 空间群C2/c, a=1.422 3(4) nm, b=2.432 7(8) nm, c=1.359 6(4) nm, α=90°, β=113.044(5)°, γ=90°, Z=8, V=4.329(2) nm3, Dc=1.925 Mg/m3, F(000)=2 568, Mr=627.43, R1=0.095 0, wR2=0.264 8. TTDB的抗羟基自由基的氧化作用优于其相应的脱氧安息香THDB, 前者清除羟基自由基的半数有效浓度(EC50)为47.3 μmol/L, 而后者的EC50则为53.1 μmol/L. 电化学研究结果表明, THDB和TTDB的氧化还原过程有所差异, 前者负扫时在-1.016和-1.228 V处出现两个还原峰, 正扫时在0.219 V处出现一个氧化峰, 但后者负扫时仅在-0.999 V出现一个还原峰, 正扫时在0.193 V出现一个氧化峰.

合成了双安息香缩乙二胺及其与 Ni( )、Pd( )、Pt( )、Zn( )、Cd( )和 Hg( )的配合物 ,并经质谱、红外光谱、元素分析和电子光谱等方法所表征 ;测定了溶液中配合物的稳定常数 ,并就该配体的特殊配位性质进行了讨论。

双安息香缩三乙四胺双核钴硫氰酸根的离子电极研究

季铵盐型阴离子选择性电极由于其电位选择性往往表现出Hofmeister顺序,故使其应用受到限制,因此,研究呈现反Hofmeister行为的阴离子选择性电极已成为离子电极研究领域中重要的研究方向之一。近年来,人们研制出了以金属配合物为中性载体且呈现反Hofmeister行为的阴离子选择电极,本实验室也分别研究了以Schiff碱金属配合物及二氮杂四烯基金属配合物为载体的碘离子和水杨酸根离子电极,但上述电极多数是以单核金属配合物为载体,以双核金属配合物作为载体的电极则很少。     

Direct Fluorescence Sensing of Metal Ions in Aqueous Solution Using Intramolecular Charge Transfer Emission from Aggregates of Pentaerythrityl Tetra（p-dimethylaminobenzoate）
