安息香缩合反应的影响因素

安息香缩合反应是重要的有机化学实验,影响实验的因素较复杂。本文通过反应温度、反应时间、pH、反应物料的投入方式等对安息香合成的影响进行了探讨。实验结果表明：反应温度、反应时间、pH是影响反应的重要因素,而反应前是否对反应物进行冷却以及苯甲醛与NaOH溶液的投料顺序对反应的影响不大。     

A new way to synthesize benzoin isopropyl ether on Cu-Fe-hydrotalcite

An efficient synthesis of benzoin isopropyl ether with benzaldehyde and propanol in the presence of heterogeneous recyclable Cu-Fe-hydrotalcite catalyst has been explored. Cu-Fe-hydrotalcite was firstly successfully synthesized over Jahn-Teller effect of Cu2+. The catalytic test result showed that Cu-Fe-hydrotalcite could be used as a good catalyst in the synthesis of benzoin isopropyl ether. 2-苯基-4,5-二(4′-氨基苯基)咪唑的合成

以安息香为原料,经过乙酸酐酯化、乙酸铵噁唑环化、混酸硝化、液溴氧化开环合成了4,4′-二硝基苯偶酰(4);4在乙酸铵/冰乙酸体系中环化生成2-苯基-4,5-二(4′-硝基苯基)咪唑酰(5);5在三氯化铁存在下经水合肼还原制得2-苯基-4,5-二(4′-氨基苯基)咪唑,总收率63.2%,其结构经NMR,IR和元素分析表征。     

铜铬类水滑石的表征及其催化性能

The CuCr-Hydrotalcite-like Compounds were synthesized by co-precipitation method. The samples were characterized by XRD, FTIR and N₂-adsorption/desorption measurements. The catalytic performance of the material synthesized was evaluated for the synthesis of benzion methyl ether with benzaldehyde and methanol. The result show that well crystallized hydrotalcites are obtained when n_Cu/n_Cr molar ratio is 2.0 and final value of pH is 4.3±0.2. The crystal shape is remained the same while crystallinity, surface area, pore structure and activity vary with the molar ratio of Cu to Cr. The catalytic activity is the best when the molar ratio of Cu to Cr is 2.0 at 50 ℃ andreaction time is 90 min. The highest conversion of benzaldehyde could reach 89.56％,while the selectivity of benzoin methyl ether is nearly 100％.     

Novel 3-D Supramolecular Architectures Constructed from Zn^2＋ ions, Oxybis（4-benzoate） and Di（2-pyridyl）amine Ligands

Using the V-shaped oba dianions as bridging ligands and dpa molecules as terminal ligands, a new 1D helical coordination-polymeric chain, [Zn（oba）（dpa）]n [oba=oxybis（4-benzoate）, dpa=di（2-pyridyl）amine], was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, UV-Vis and IR spectra, and TGA analysis. X-ray structural analysis revealed that, oba and dpa ligands played an important role in the self-assembly of the helical chains by providing potential supramolecular recognition sites for π-π aromatic stacking and hydrogen-bond interactions, resulting in the self-assembly of the （4,4） networks to give a 3-D supramolecular framework. The photoluminescence properties of the title compound were also investigated, showing intense blue photoluminescence properties at room temperature.     

Synthesis of 2-En-l-one-ebelactonyl Benzoates of Territrem B Analogues from Jujubogenin

Two series of territrem B analogues (10a-10c and 18) have been designed and synthesized from jujubogenin 5a which was prepared from jujubogenin glycosides 5b obtained from the leaves of Zizyphusjujuba. The structures of the new compounds were confirmed by 1H-,13C-NMR and MS data. Compounds 10c and 18 showed weak inhibitory effect on AChE at 10^-4 mol/E.     

铜铁二元类水滑石化合物的制备及催化性质研究

利用共沉淀法合成了CuFe二元类水滑石化合物。测定了不同Cu/Fe比混合盐溶液随沉淀剂NaOH与Na₂CO₃加入,混合盐体系pH值变化情况,详细探讨了不同因素对类水滑石化合物制备的影响,得到了合成铜铁二元类水滑石化合物的适宜条件,制备出晶相单一、结晶度高的类水滑石化合物,并利用XRD、FTIR、TG-DTA对合成物进行表征。将合成的催化剂引入苯甲醛与正丙醇反应生成安息香异丙醚反应中, 苯甲醛转化率为58%,安息香异丙醚选择性接近于100%。
