由二茂铁经甲酰基化、氧化和酰氯化制备的1,1′-二茂铁二酰氯与对苯二胺和对硝基苯胺缩合反应,合成了新型磷酸盐敏感试剂:1,1′-二[(对苯二胺基)-N-羰基]-二茂铁(L1)和1,1′-二[(对硝基苯胺基)-N-羰基]二茂铁(L),并研究了Ll,L2与磷酸盐阴离子的电子结合性能。Ll,L2对磷酸盐响应灵敏。Ll对H2PO4^-响应的线性为1.00μg/mL~10.00μg/mL,检测限(3σ/k)为0.01μg/mL;也对PO4^3-响应的线性为6.60μg/mL~54.50μg/mL,检测限(3σ/k)为0.03μg/mL。 相似文献

为了从噻唑类化合物中寻找新的活性物质,利用4-[(2-氰基亚胺基-1,3-噻唑烷-3-基)甲基]-2-氨基噻唑与芳酰基异氰酸酯的缩合反应,合成了一系列未见文献报道的新型含酰基脲结构的噻唑类衍生物6.经1H NMR,MS和元素分析对所有目标化合物的结构进行了表征,此外,经13C NMR进一步证实了化合物6a,6e及6h的结构.初步生物活性试验结果表明,在浓度为50μg/mL时,部分目标化合物表现出一定的杀菌活性.如化合物6d对小麦赤霉的抑制率为65.3%;化合物6f对花生褐斑的抑制率为67.3%;化合物6g对苹果轮纹的抑制率为56.1%. 相似文献

建立了1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠分光光度法测定含羟基药物盐酸吡硫醇的方法.研究表明,在pH=13.00的KCl-NaOH缓冲溶液中,盐酸吡硫醇能够催化氢氧根离子与1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠反应形成橙红色的2-羟基-1,4-萘醌,其最大吸收波长为454nm.盐酸吡硫醇浓度在3.2μg/mL~80μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈现良好的线性关系.线性回归方程为A=0.02715+0.02837C(×105 mol/L),线性相关系数r=0.9986.表观摩尔吸光系数、相对标准偏差(R.S.D.)和检测限分别为2.84×103L/mol/cm、1.6%和2.0μg/mL.通过对片剂中的盐酸吡硫醇含量进行测定,回收率在98%~101%. 相似文献

在pH=5.0的HAc-NaAc介质中,Nb(V)与1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基-吡唑啉酮-5(PMBP)生成络合物,于-0.96V(us.SCE)出现一尖锐的极谱波.在滴汞电极上用示波极谱仪或在悬汞电极上测吸附伏安曲线.峰电流与Nb(V)浓度分别在0.0075~0.80μg/mL及0.000075~0.0075μg/mL范围内呈线性关系.实验了30多种离子的干扰影响,经苯肿酸分离后用于钢中Nb(V)的测定.检出限为0.00003μg/mL.溶液可稳定96h以上.用多种电化学方法研究了电极反应机理. 相似文献

本文研究了新试剂7-(2,4,6-三羟基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(THBAQS)与锆、铪的显色反应.酸性条件下锆、铪均可形成 M-THBAQS-CTMAB三元络合物,ε_(315nm)~(Zr)=3. 27×10~4,ε_(515nm)~(HI)=3.8×10~4,适量H_2O_2使锆络合物吸光度显著降低,据此实现了锆铪的同时测定.本法简便快速、适用范围为0~30μgZr/25 mL,0~25μg Hf/25 mL,且X_(Zr)+X_(Hf)<35μg/25 mL. 相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives. 相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion. 相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones. 相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates. 相似文献

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. (E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine. 相似文献
