实现了利用芳磺酸酯作原料通过各种化学键的选择性断裂制备芳基烷基醚和二芳基醚, 实现了利用吸电子基取代的芳磺酰氯与酚的反应来制备二芳基醚. 在K2CO3作用下, 分别利用酯基部分苯环上是吸电子基取代的芳磺酸芳基酯通过S―O键断裂与醇的反应, 芳磺酸烷基酯通过C―O键断裂与酚的反应来合成芳基烷基醚. 在K3PO4作用下, 利用吸电子基取代的芳磺酸芳基酯、芳磺酰氯通过C―S键断裂与酚的反应来制备邻位具有吸电子位阻官能团的二芳基醚; 此外, 在缺少相应酚的情况下, 上述的芳磺酸芳基酯在同样的条件下也可以得到相同的二芳基醚. 相似文献

研究了碘催化的2-炔基苯胺与二硒醚的亲电环化反应. 结果表明, 在碘单质(0.2 mmol)、 2-炔基苯胺(0.2 mmol)、 二硒醚(0.1 mmol)和甲苯(2 mL)共存体系中, 反应温度为110℃时, 2-炔基苯胺与二硒醚能发生亲电环化反应, 生成相应的3-硒取代吲哚化合物, 产率为中等到良好. 该反应在无金属催化的条件下进行, 为合成官能团吲哚提供了一种新途径. 相似文献

通过改进的文献方法制备1,4-双(9-O-奎宁)-2,3-二氮杂萘[(QN)2PHAL].在碱性条件下,奎宁与1,4-二氯-2,3-二氮杂萘之间的亲核取代反应以72%的化学产率生成(QN)2PHAL.在4种烯烃的不对称二羟基化反应中,(QN)2PHAL表现出很高的对映选择性(83%~92%e.e.)和催化活性(产率83%~93%). 相似文献

炔基硒醚是合成一些有机硒化合物的重要起始物。本文研究发现,在三溴化金(Au Br3)催化下,端位炔和二芳基二硒醚在弱碱(如碳酸钾)存在下反应,生成炔基芳基硒醚,产率为69%~98%;在空气参与下,于80℃下进行反应,反应条件简单,且二硒醚的两个硒原子均可以被利用。二甲基亚砜(DMSO)是合适的溶剂,在极性较小的溶剂(如甲苯、四氢呋喃)中,此反应不能进行。芳基炔(如苯乙炔、对甲基苯乙炔、对氯苯乙炔等)、烯基炔(如环己烯乙炔)和烷基炔(如1-壬炔)均能顺利进行此反应。当芳基炔苯环的间位或邻位连有取代基时,反应产率较低(69%~82%),而对位无论是连有吸电子基还是给电子基,该反应均可以得到很高的产率(95%)。 相似文献

The synthesis of ketene N,S-acetals has attracted a considerable attention as building blocks in organic synthesis, especially in the preparation of heterocycles[1]. The addition reaction of ketene S,S-acetals with highly nucleophilic amines, such as alkylamines, can easily afford the corresponding ketene N,S-acetals, under gentle condition, which could be converted into conjugated ketene aminals by reaction with a second equivalent of the same or a different amine[2,3]. However, this addition reaction with low nucleophilic amines, such as arylamine or heterocyclic amine, can hardly give the corresponding ketene N,S-acetals under gentle conditions. If under powerful condition,such as refluxing, the addition reaction affords a mixture of the N,S-acetals and conjugated ketene aminals[4]. Recent studies showed that this addition reaction with low nucleophilic amines affords the corresponding ketene N,S-acetals in the presence of a catalyst[5]. 相似文献

以杨梅叶为原料,经过粉碎,用石油醚回流,接着用φ=80%的甲醇,加热回流,得杨梅素溶液。对提取的杨梅素进行了性质研究。结果表明,在100℃高温下加热0.5h内,杨梅素的稳定性较好;杨梅素在酸性条件下比较稳定,相对于碱性条件下更稳定。Na^+和Ca^2+对杨梅素的破坏性较强。 相似文献

<正>A diamine containing ether and ester units,as basic monomer for the preparation of polyamides,was prepared via three consecutive reactions.Nucleophilic substitution reaction of 1,4-dihydroxy benzene with 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride produced 4-hydroxyphenyl 4-nitrobenzoate(HPNB).Reduction of nitro groups to amino groups using Fe and HC1 resulted in preparation of 4-hydroxyphenyl 4-aminobenzoate(HPAB).The diamine was synthesized through nucleophilic substitution reaction of HPAB with 2,6-dichloropyridine The precursors and diamine were fully characterized by common methods,and the diamine was polycondensed with different diacid chlorides in the presence of an acid scavenger to prepare new polyamides.The polyamides were characterized,and their physical properties including thermal stability and behavior, inherent viscosity and solubility were studied. 相似文献

A method for determination of lactose in food samples by Osteryoung square wave voltammetry (OSWV) was developed. It was based on the nucleophilic addition reaction between lactose and aqua ammonia. The carbonyl group of lactose can be changed into imido group, and this increases the electrochemical activity in reduction and the sensitivity. The optimal condition for the nucleophilic addition reaction was investigated and it was found that in NH4C1-NH3 buffer of pH 10.1, the linear range between the peak current and the concentration of lactose was 0.6-8.4 mg L-l, and the detection limits was 0.44 mg L- 1. The proposed method was applied to the 'determination of lactose in food samples and satisfactory results were obtained. 相似文献

A facile method for the nucleophilic hydroxylation of alkyl halides and mesylates with water has been developed in which the use of ionic liquid as an alternative reaction medium not only enhanced the nucleophilicity of water but also reduced the formation of elimination products predominantly formed under the conventional basic reaction conditions. For example, hydroxylation of model compound 2-(3-bromopropyl)naphthalene (1) to 2-(3-hydroxypropyl)naphthalene (2) with water in 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF(4)]) and 1,4-dioxane proceeded selectively in high yield (94%). The reactivity of other nucleophilic oxygen sources such as alcohol, phenol, and acetic acid in an ionic liquid was also investigated. 相似文献
