在探索生命奥秘的过程中,生物无机化学研究由分子层次上升到细胞层次是一个必然的趋势,也是解决实际问题的需要.细胞无机化学研究在细胞生命体系中的无机化学反应和探索无机物对生命过程调节或干预的作用和机理,是探索生命体系复杂性研究的重要部分.细胞是保留完整生命活动特征的最小单位,存在周期、分化和受激等状态的不同.从化学的观点,细胞是一个严密设计的分子有序组装体,为一个多靶分子系统,细胞应答表现为由相关反应组合成的复杂过程.细胞无机化学研究包括无机物种在细胞膜上的结合和随后发生的膜结构和功能改变、跨细胞膜和跨生物组织屏障的转运和细胞代谢、细胞中无机化学反应同细胞信号系统的偶联、无机离子与自由基的相互代谢关系以及细胞-无机物固相的相互作用等方面.本文对当前细胞无机化学研究的重点问题进行了讨论.  相似文献

20世纪50年代以前,中国高校无机化学教科书主要采用译著或国外原版教材。在20世纪60年代,我国无机化学教材建设工作进入了一个短暂繁荣期。现在高校广泛使用的无机化学教材源于我国在1977-1990年间编写的4部教材。2000年之后,虽然无机化学教材品种数明显增多,但精品较少。未来的无机化学教材编写应当考虑基础无机化学与中级无机化学内容的分工与衔接,以及加强教材与信息技术的融合。  相似文献

First‐principle techniques are used to calculate the second‐order elastic constants and equations of state for lithium azide, LiN3, and lead azide, Pb(N3)2. The bulk modulus is calculated for these systems in two independent ways and results compared. Many inorganic materials can form crystals, but little is known about their enantioselective crystallization. Herein, we report on the enantioselective crystallization of ϵ-Zn(OH)2 (Wulfingite) chiral crystals by using amino acids. Crystals of ϵ-Zn(OH)2 were crystallized from supersaturated sodium hydroxide and zinc nitrate aqueous solutions in the presence of l - or d -arginine. All of the chiral measurements, such as selective chiral adsorption by circular dichroism (CD), chiral chromatography, and polarimetry measurements, clearly show chiral discrimination during the crystallization of ϵ-Zn(OH)2. In addition, a new method has been developed for identifying chirality in crystals by using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). Although the values of chiral induction of the ϵ-Zn(OH)2 crystals obtained are somewhat low, these values are still significant because they demonstrate that enantioselectivity during the crystallization of chiral inorganic crystals with chiral additives can be achieved. The method can be applied to many chiral inorganic systems. Understanding and controlling the crystallization of chiral inorganic crystals is important for gaining knowledge on the interaction of chiral molecules with inorganic surfaces. This knowledge can lead to an understanding of basic scientific questions such as the evolution of homochirality in biomolecules and the development of chiral inorganic crystals for a variety of purposes such as asymmetric catalysis and optical applications.  相似文献

Polynitrides are intrinsically thermodynamically unstable at ambient conditions and require peculiar synthetic approaches. Now, a one-step synthesis of metal–inorganic frameworks Hf4N20⋅N2, WN8⋅N2, and Os5N28⋅3 N2 via direct reactions between elements in a diamond anvil cell at pressures exceeding 100 GPa is reported. The porous frameworks (Hf4N20, WN8, and Os5N28) are built from transition-metal atoms linked either by polymeric polydiazenediyl (polyacetylene-like) nitrogen chains or through dinitrogen units. Triply bound dinitrogen molecules occupy channels of these frameworks. Owing to conjugated polydiazenediyl chains, these compounds exhibit metallic properties. The high-pressure reaction between Hf and N2 also leads to a non-centrosymmetric polynitride Hf2N11 that features double-helix catena-poly[tetraz-1-ene-1,4-diyl] nitrogen chains [−N−N−N=N−].  相似文献

A hexanuclear gold(I) selenido cluster and its sulfido counterpart, [Au6{μ‐Ph2PN(CH2o‐Py)PPh2}33‐E)2](ClO4)2 (E = S, Se), with bridging bis(diphenylphosphino)amine ligands were synthesized and characterized. The X‐ray crystal structure of the selenido cluster was determined, with the gold core possessing a distorted heterocubane structure. Intramolecular aurophilic interactions with short Au(I)?Au(I) contacts of around 3.09–3.13 Å were observed. The complexes were found to emit strongly in the solid state with orange to red emission colors. Their electronic absorption and emission properties were also investigated.  相似文献

The novel polyoxothioanion [W8S8O8(OH)8(H3WO6]2– was prepared by acido-basic condensation of four [W2S2O2]2+ thiofragments in the presence of tungstate ion. Rb3[W8S8O8(OH)8(H3WO6]13H2O was isolated in the solid state and fully characterized by X-ray diffraction study (monoclinic, C2/m [a=20.3540(1) Å; b=11.8042(2) Å; c=13.9355(2) Å; =90°; =131.134(1)°; =90°]. The molecular structure consists of an octameric {W8S8O8(OH)8} wheel encapsulating a central octahedron {H3WO6}3–. The packing reveals a remarkable 3-D array resulting from connections between Rb+ and octameric wheels. The Rb+ cations form infinite parallel chains, which are mutually connected by the cyclic oxothioanions. The compound was also characterized by infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis.  相似文献
