Millions of people around the world suffer from psychiatric illnesses, causing unbearable burden and immense distress to patients and their families. Accumulating evidence suggests that inflammation may contribute to the pathophysiology of psychiatric disorders such as major depression and bipolar disorder. Copious studies have consistently shown that patients with mood disorders have increased levels of plasma tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α. Given these findings, selective anti-TNF-α compounds were tested as a potential therapeutic strategy for mood disorders. This mini-review summarizes the results of studies that examined the mood-modulating effects of anti-TNF-α drugs.  相似文献

Energetics of intramolecular cycloadditions of azidoenynes and azidobutenenitriles to give 6H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐c][1,2,3]triazoles and 5H‐pyrrolo[1,2‐d]tetrazoles have been calculated at the B3LYP/6.311++G(3df,3pd) level of theory in ideal gas and in H2O as solvent. Stabilities of the corresponding anions, tautomers, and isomers are discussed. Transition states of the cyclization of parent compounds are determined at the same level of theory.  相似文献

The influence of time on the mechanical behavior of concrete after exposure to elevated temperatures has been studied. Twenty-one self-compacting high-performance concrete mixtures with different incorporation amounts of coarse recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) and three unprocessed waste powder materials have been tested at age of 270 days for residual compressive and flexural strength after exposure to fire. The results have been compared to the results for the same concrete, which have been studied at age of 90 days. A new parameter has been introduced for comparing the responses of concrete to elevated temperatures at different ages; this parameter was the “heat resistance” which expresses the total area under the curve of the relative residual strength (compressive or flexural) after exposing to six temperature degrees (20, 150, 300, 500, 600, and 800 °C). The results showed that the age of concrete has an influence on the response of concrete to elevated temperatures. The heat resistance of compressive strength enhanced with age but the concrete behaved with a tendency different to that at the age of 90 days. The heat resistance of flexural strength has not been affected or slightly decreased but not with more than 10% to that at the age of 90 days. The used waste powder materials were unprocessed waste fly ash, waste cellular concrete powder and waste perlite powder; they proved that using any of them up to 15% as a replacement for cement with 0% or 25% of RCA enhanced the concrete resistance for the fire with time. The main two reasons for changing of residual strength with the time were the changing of water content and the proceeding of hydration of the binder. In general, long ages testing properties of concrete simulate the real behavior of concrete structures accurately.

NiFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were synthesized, characterized and applied as an air‐stable, inexpensive and magnetically separable nanocatalyst for the synthesis of structurally diverse sulfides. Efficient methodologies were developed for the synthesis of unsymmetric diaryl sulfides via odourless and one‐pot reactions of triphenyltin chloride/S8 or arylboronic acid/S8 as thiolating agents with aryl halides or nitroarenes as starting materials in the presence of base (K2CO3 or NaOH) and NiFe2O4 MNPs as a catalyst in water or poly (ethylene glycol) as solvent at 80–110 °C. Free from ligand and the unpleasant smell of thiols and with the use of magnetically reusable nanocatalyst, green solvents and commercially available and cheap sulfur source and starting materials, these methods are more eco‐friendly and practical than available protocols for the synthesis of sulfides.  相似文献

For perturbations of integrable Hamiltonian systems, the Nekhoroshev theorem shows that all solutions are stable for an exponentially long interval of time, provided the integrable part satisfies a steepness condition and the system is analytic. This fundamental result has been extended in two distinct directions. The first one is due to Niederman, who showed that under the analyticity assumption, the result holds true for a prevalent class of integrable systems which is much wider than the steep systems. The second one is due to Marco-Sauzin but it is limited to quasi-convex integrable systems, for which they showed exponential stability if the system is assumed to be only Gevrey regular. If the system is finitely differentiable, we showed polynomial stability, still in the quasi-convex case. The goal of this work is to generalize all these results in a unified way, by proving exponential or polynomial stability for Gevrey or finitely differentiable perturbations of prevalent integrable Hamiltonian systems.  相似文献

Abstract

Direct addition of organolithium to 1-alkynylphosphonates (1) afforded vinylphosphonates and enamine phosphonates (2) in good to excellent yields. The reaction was carried out in dry THF at low temperature and proved to be completely stereoselective (syn addition). Alkyl, aryl, and haloalkyl groups were attached to the alkynyl entity, so the resulting vinylphosphonates contained various functional groups. The stereochemistry of the products as well as mechanism of the reaction were determined based on 1H and 13C NMR. The synthesis of enamine phosphonates in the absence of complicated, highly expensive organometallic catalysis has not been previously reported.  相似文献

This study involves the behavior of universal indicator entrapped into the sol‐gel matrix. The encapsulation of universal indicator has been prepared by acid catalyzed sol‐gel reaction of tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) in the presence of universal indicator to produce transparent monolithic silica doping with universal indicator. The immobilized universal indicator pH‐indicator shows behavior similar to its solution counterpart. The UV/VIS spectra indicate that the universal indicator retains its structure during the sol‐gel reactions in terms of response to pH. The universal indicator can be regarded as uniformly distributed in the sol‐gel matrix. The use of SDS surfactant has positive effects on the immobilized universal indicator monolithic disk due to homogenizing the polymerizing system. This observation has been confirmed using polarized microscopy.  相似文献
