具有裂纹-碰摩耦合故障转子-轴承系统的动力学研究   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
以非线性动力学和转子动力学理论为基础,分析了带有碰摩和裂纹耦合故障的弹性转子系统的复杂运动,在考虑轴承油膜力的同时构造了含有裂纹和碰摩故障转子系统的动力学模型。针对短轴承油膜力和碰摩-裂纹转子系统的强非线性特点,采用Runge-Kutta法对该系统由碰摩和裂纹耦合故障导致的非线性动力学行为进行了数值仿真研究,发现该类碰摩转子系统在运行过程中存在周期运动、拟周期运动和混沌运动等丰富的非线性现象,该研究结果为转子-轴承系统故障诊断、动态设计和安全运行提供理论参考。  相似文献

舰船推进轴系是舰船动力装置的重要组成部分,它的稳定性是舰船生命力的基本保证.本文以舰船主推进轴系为研究对象,考虑了非线性油膜力的作用,在推进轴的非线性油膜力模型中,考虑了油膜涡动效应和挤压效应以及多个轴承油膜力的耦合影响,并考虑了轴承结构本身的刚度.文中采用弹性体动力学方法对推进轴建模,考虑了在外冲击作用下转速和轴承油膜力对于转轴冲击响应的影响,考虑横向运动与转动耦合作用,导出以非线性偏微分方程描述的舰船主推进轴的动力学方程,并用经典理论对其进行离散,最后采用龙格-库塔法进行数值仿真.实例分析指出转速对于转轴冲击响应的影响不可忽略.  相似文献

针对五自由度刚性非对称磁轴承 -转子系统 ,建立了系统动力学模型 ,在此基础上推导出系统动特性参数辨识公式 ,并用多频电流激励法辨识出参数 .与理论计算结果相比表明 :系统所建模型符合实际 ,辨识方法有效 ;径向轴承在 x和 y方向上的力 -刚度和力 -电流系数相同 ,与推力轴承对应系数相比稍大 ;推力轴承对转子横向振动产生的耦合效应明显影响系统的稳定性 ,在设计系统时必须加以考虑  相似文献

以双盘悬臂立式转子-轴承系统为研究对象,建立了系统运动微分方程,并用数值方法分析了在非线性密封力和非线性油膜力作用下的裂纹转子的动力学特性。分析表明,在一定深度裂纹下,转子系统响应随不同角频率比表现出复杂的非线性现象,出现了周期k运动、拟周期运动和混沌运动等多种运动形式。在一定角速度时,工作在远离临界角速度区的转子系统对裂纹非常敏感,而工作在近临界角速度区的转子系统对裂纹不是特别敏感,但是裂纹对它的运动状态影响较大。该研究结果为该类转子-轴承系统的安全运行与故障诊断提供了一定的理论参考。  相似文献

以支承在油膜轴承上的Jeffcott转子为对象,分析了油膜力对碰摩转子动力学行为的影响。通过与刚支情形对比,发现油膜力是耦合作用于碰摩转子系统,有时能够抑制振动,有时却加剧振动。因此实际转子碰摩故障诊断过程中,必须在充分考虑支承情况的基础上建立合理的非线性动力学模型,才能为实际转子系统的碰摩故障分析提供必要的理论依据。  相似文献

Consideration is given to the dynamic response of a Timoshenko beam under repeated pulse loading. Starting with the basic dynamical equations for a rotating radial cantilever Timoshenko beam clamped at the hub in a centrifugal force field, a system of equations are derived for coupled axial and lateral motions which includes the transverse shear and rotary inertia effects, as well. The hyperbolic wave equation governing the axial motion is coupled with the flexural wave equation governing the lateral motion of the beam through the velocity-dependent skew-symmetric Coriolis force terms. In the analytical formulation, Rayleigh-Ritz method with a set of sinusoidal displacement shape functions is used to determine stiffness, mass and gyroscopic matrices of the system. The tip of the rotating beam is subjected to a periodic pulse load due to local rubbing against the outer case introducing Coulomb friction in the system. Transient response of the beam with the tip deforming due to rub is discussed in terms of the frequency shift and non-linear dynamic response of the rotating beam. Numerical results are presented for this vibro-impact problem of hard rub with varying coefficients of friction and the contact-load time. The effects of beam tip rub forces transmitted through the system are considered to analyze the conditions for dynamic stability of a rotating blade with intermittent rub.  相似文献

Nonlinear vibrations of thin circular cylindrical shells are investigated in this paper. Based on Love thin shell theory, the governing partial differential equations of motion for the rotating circular cylindrical shell are formulated using Hamilton principle. Taking into account the clamped-free boundary conditions, the partial differential system is truncated by using the Galerkin method. Sequentially, the effects of temperature, geometric parameters, circumferential wave number, axial half wave number and rotating speed on the nature frequency of the rotating circular cylindrical shell are studied. The dynamic responses of the rotating circular cylindrical shell are also investigated in time domain and frequency domain. Then, the effects of nonlinearity, excitation and damping on frequency responses of steady solution are investigated.  相似文献

Aiming at the oil film instability of the sliding bearing at high speeds, a rotor test rig is built to study the non-linear dynamic behaviours caused by the first- and second-mode instability. A lumped mass model (LMM) of the rotor system considering the gyroscopic effect is established, in which the graphite self-lubricating bearing and the sliding bearing are simulated by a spring–damping model and a nonlinear oil film force model based on the assumption of short bearings, respectively. Moreover, a finite element model is also established to verify the validity of the LMM. The researches focus on the effects of two loading conditions (the first- and second-mode imbalance excitation) on the onset of instability and nonlinear responses of the rotor-bearing system by using the amplitude–frequency response, spectrum cascade, vibration waveform, orbit, and Poincaré map. Finally, experiments are carried out on the test rig. Simulation and experiment all show that oil film instability can excite complicated combination frequency components about the rotating frequency and the first-/second-mode whirl/whip frequency.  相似文献

A spectral finite element method is proposed to investigate the stochastic response of an axially loaded composite Timoshenko beam with solid or thin-walled closed section exhibiting bending–torsion materially coupling under the stochastic excitations with stationary and ergodic properties. The effects of axial force, shear deformation (SD) and rotary inertia (RI) as well as bending–torsion coupling are considered in the present study. First, the damped general governing differential equations of motion of an axially loaded composite Timoshenko beam are derived. Then, the spectral finite element formulation is developed in the frequency domain using the dynamic shape functions based on the exact solutions of the governing equations in undamped free vibration, which is used to compute the mean square displacement response of axially loaded composite Timoshenko beams. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by its application to a specific example to investigate the effects of bending–torsion coupling, axial force, SD and RI on the stochastic response of the composite beam.  相似文献

A variational finite element method is used to derive the dynamic equations for a high speed rotating beam-mass system with embedded piezoelectric materials. Two piezoelectric layers are attached on the beam surfaces. The layer on the top surface is used for sensing and monitoring. The layer on the bottom surface is used for feedback control. The objective is to develop a simple finite element based dynamic model which can be used for structural characterization, monitoring and control. The structural dynamics introduced by the gyroscopic effect is included in the model. The nodal displacements of the structure are monitored by the output voltage level of the sensing layer. The voltage induced by the sensing layer is negatively fed back to the control layer for the adjustment of nodal displacements. Several simulation examples are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed finite element based control model.  相似文献

This paper deals with dynamic stability of a viscoelastic rotating shaft subjected to a parametric random axial compressive thrust, by using moment Lyapunov exponents and the largest Lyapunov exponents as indicators. The equation of motion for the shaft is derived, which is a system of gyroscopic stochastic differential equations. The method of stochastic averaging is used to decouple the governing equations into Itô equations, from which the moment Lyapunov exponent is obtained by using mathematical transformations only. The largest Lyapunov exponent is obtained through its relation with moment Lyapunov exponents. The effects of various parameters on the stochastic dynamic stability are discussed. The approximate analytical results are confirmed by Monte Carlo simulation.  相似文献

Nonlinear dynamic responses of a laminated hybrid composite plate subjected to time-dependent pulses are investigated. Dynamic equations of the plate are derived by the use of the virtual work principle. The geometric nonlinearity effects are taken into account with the von Kármán large deflection theory of thin plates. Approximate solutions for a clamped plate are assumed for the space domain. The single term approximation functions are selected by considering the nonlinear static deformation of plate obtained using the finite element method. The Galerkin Method is used to obtain the nonlinear differential equations in the time domain and a MATLAB software code is written to solve nonlinear coupled equations by using the Newmark Method. The results of approximate-numerical analysis are obtained and compared with the finite element results. Transient loading conditions considered include blast, sine, rectangular, and triangular pulses. A parametric study is conducted considering the effects of peak pressure, aspect ratio, fiber orientation and thicknesses.  相似文献
