摘    要:为了确保涡轮膨胀机止推轴承在受到瞬时冲击时不致发生损坏事故,研究了止推轴承-转子系统的轴向瞬态过程,计算了止推轴承的线性油膜刚度系数和阻尼系数,并对线性和非线性两种情况下的轴向瞬态响应作了分析与比较,为止推轴承;转子系统的可靠性评估提供了科学依据。

Abstract:As a turboexpander set is operating,usually the axial forces acting on thrust bearingarise from the pressure difference between two blade wheels at the ends of rotor. In order to preventthe thrust bearing overloading. an adjusting device needs to be installed for balance of axial forces,thus,forces will be kept within a suitable range under normal operating condition. However,whenan operating fault or power interruption suddenly happens,the axial forces acting on thrust bearingwill be 10 times as large as that under normal operating condition and will lead to the bearingfailure. lhe designed thrust bearing with good impact-resistance ability is required.Therefore,thispaper deals with the axial transient process of thrust bearing-rotor system. The linearized stiffnessand damping coefficients of thrust bearing are calculated.The analyses of axial transient process ofthe system under both linear and non-linear conditions are performed, and the theoreticalcalculation results are discussed. Conclusions obtained can be applied for the evaluation of thereliability of thrust bcaring-rotor system.
