电子束辐照技术在剩余污泥处理应用中具有巨大潜能。大量研究表明,经高能电子束辐照,污泥中的各种病原菌会有不同程度的死亡、有机物( 包括非生物降解物质) 大量分解、脱水率提高,臭味减少,危害性降低和资源化应用潜能增加。综述了电子束辐照技术在剩余污泥处理中的优势,重点介绍该技术的应用现状、污泥中污染物的去除机理、处理效果和相关建设费用,并展望了该高新技术的应用前景和发展方向。Recently, electron beam irradiation has great potential in dealing with excess sludge . A great deal of studies showed that the electron beam irradiation played an enormous role in promoting the sludge harmless treatment. Most of pathogenicbacteria was dead and lots of organic substances, especially some non-biodegradable ones, were decomposed by the high electron beam irradiation. The irradiated sludge also had low water content, less odour, low hazard and a better application potential in utilization. This paper reviews the application of electron beam irradiation on excess sludge, the advantages and current situation of the irradiation technology. Mechanisms of removing contaminants, effects of treatment and the construction expense are mainly discussed. The future development of this advanced technology areprospected finally.  相似文献

采用电子束(EB)对聚丙烯腈/聚氧化乙烯(PAN/PEO)凝胶电解质进行了剂量为13~260 kGy的辐照, 并对辐照改性的电解质组装的染料敏化太阳电池(DSSC)进行了性能测量。 结果表明, 改性后的DSSC的光电转化效率比改性前的高; 并且随EB辐照剂量的增加, DSSC效率先迅速增加(0~65 kGy), 然后缓慢减小(65~130 kGy)直至趋于一个平衡值(130~260 kGy)。 提升DSSC效率的最佳辐照剂量为65 kGy, 此时效率提高了约36%。 对比DSSC短路电流、 开路电压和填充因子随辐照剂量的变化, 发现DSSC效率的提高主要是由短路电流的提高引起的。 测量表明, 辐照改性后的DSSC时间稳定性得到了改善, 并且辐照剂量越高, 稳定性的改善越明显。 In this work, PAN/PEO (polyacrylonitrile/polyethylene oxide) based gel electrolyte was irradiated by electron beam (EB) with dose from 13 to 260 kGy. Then, DSSC (dye sensitized solar cell) was fabricated by the irradiated electrolyte and characterized. The results show that the efficiency of the DSSC fabricated by irradiated electrolyte is promoted comparing with DSSC fabricated by un irradiated electrolyte. And with irradiation dose increasing, the DSSC efficiency increases rapidly at first (0~65 kGy), then, drops down slowly (65~130 kGy), finally trends to a stable value (130~260 kGy). It indicates that there is an optimal irradiation dose, at which the promotion of DSSC efficiency is the highest, approximate 36%. Observed from the change of short circuit current, open circuit voltage and fill factor, short circuit current promotion by EB irradiation is found to be the main reason of DSSC performance promotion. The time stability measurement of the DSSC indicates that EB irradiation on PAN/PEO electrolyte reduces the loss of efficiency and the limiting effects become more apparent as the irradiation dose increases.  相似文献

Laser plasma accelerators (LPAs) have made great progress, achieving electron beam with energy up to 1 GeV from a centimeter scale capillary plasma waveguide. Here, we report the measurement of optical transition radiation (OTR) from the capillary-based LPA electron beams. Transition radiation images, produced by electrons passing through two separate foils (located at 2.3 m and 3.8 m away from the exit of the LPA) were recorded with a high resolution imaging system, respectively. Two magnetic quadrupole lenses were placed right after the capillary to focus and collimate the electron beams. Significant localized spikes appeared in the OTR images when the electron beam was focused by the magnetic quadrupole lenses, indicating the coherence of the radiation and the existence of ultrashort longitudinal structures inside the electron beam.  相似文献

Different mass percent polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-polyethylene oxide (PEO) gels were prepared and irradiated by an electron beam (EB) with energy of 1.0 MeV to the dose ranging from 13 kGy to 260 kGy.The gels were analysed by using Fourier transform infrared spectrum,gel fraction and ionic conductivity (IC) measurement.The results show that the gel is crosslinked by EB irradiation,the crosslinking degree rises with the increasing EB irradiation dose (ID) and the mass percents of both PAN and PEO contribute a lot to the crosslinking;in addition,EB irradiation can promote the IC of PAN-PEO gels.There exists an optimum irradiation dose,at which the IC can increase dramatically.The IC changes of the PAN-PEO gels along with ID are divided into three regions:IC rapidly increasing region,IC decreasing region and IC balanced region.The cause of the change can be ascribed to two aspects,gel capturing electron degree and crosslinking degree.By comparing the IC-ID curves of different mass percents of PAN and PEO in gel,we found that PAN plays a more important role for gel IC promotion than PEO,since addition of PAN in gel causes the IC-ID curve sharper,while addition of PEO in gel causes the curve milder.  相似文献

The testing techniques and experimental methods of the 60Co gamma irradiation effect on AlGaN/AlN/ GaN high electron mobility transistors (HEMTs) are established. The degradation of the electrical properties of the device under the actual radiation environment are analyzed theoretically, and studies of the total dose effects of gamma radiation on AlGaN/AlN/GaN HEMTs at three different radiation bias conditions are carried out. The degradation patterns of the main parameters of the AlGaN/AlN/GaN HEMTs at different doses are then investigated, and the device parameters that were sensitive to the gamma radiation induced damage and the total dose level induced device damage are obtained.  相似文献

用12C6+离子束对小鼠进行一次性全身辐照, 检测不同剂量的酵母β-葡聚糖对12C6+辐射损伤小鼠免疫系统的防护作用。 辐照后观察小鼠的体重、 毛色及行为变化, 照后第2天和第7天检测小鼠外周血中白细胞含量, 照后第8天检测小鼠胸腺和脾脏内SOD, GSH PX活性和MDA含量。 实验结果表明, 给予酵母β 葡聚糖能减缓辐照引起的小鼠体重急剧下降, 增加小鼠外周血中白细胞含量,不同程度地恢复胸腺和脾脏SOD和GSH PX活性, 降低胸腺和脾脏MDA含量。 表明酵母β-葡聚糖对12C6+引起的小鼠辐射损伤具有防护作用。 To detect Yeast β-glucan’s protective effect on mice’s immune system after C ion beam radiation, mice were used as the test model. We observed the weight, hair color and behavior of mice everyday within a 7 d period of time after irradiation. Meanwhile, the content of white blood cell, on the 2nd and 7th day after irradiation was detected. We detected the thymus and spleen SOD, GSH PX activity and MDA content of the mice on the 8th day. The results showed that yeast β glucan could reduce the rapid weight loss of mice, increase white blood cell content, increase thymus and spleen SOD, GSH PX activity, decrease MDA content of thymus and spleen. These results indicate that yeast β glucan can protect mice’s immune system against C ion beam radiation damage.  相似文献

The beam dynamic code PARMELA was used to simulate the transportation process of accelerating electrons in S-band SW linacs with different energies of 2.5, 6 and 20MeV. The results indicated that in the ideal condition, the percentage of electron beam loss was 50% in accelerator tubes. Also we calculated the spectrum, the location and angular distribution of the lost electrons. Calculation performed by Monte Carlo code MCNP demonstrated that the radiation distribution of lost electrons was nearly uniform along the tube axis, the angular distributions of the radiation dose rates of the three tubes were similar, and the highest leaking dose was at the angle of 160° with respect to the axis. The lower the energy of the accelerator, the higher the radiation relative leakage. For the 2.5MeV accelerator, the maximum dose rate reached 5% of the main dose and the one on the head of the electron gun was 1%, both of which did not meet the eligible protection requirement for accelerators. We adopted different shielding designs for different accelerators. The simulated result showed that the shielded radiation leaking dose rates fulfilled the requirement.  相似文献

选用12C6+ 离子束对阿维链霉菌诱变选育高产菌株与原始菌株进行辐照诱变, 研究其累进辐照效应。实验结果表明,在辐照剂量为10 Gy时, 原始菌株比诱变高产菌株存活率高, 抗辐射能力强;辐照剂量高于30 Gy时,诱变高产菌株比原始菌株存活率高, 抗辐射能力强。原始菌株正突变率最高的辐照剂量为50 Gy, 致死率99.43%,正突变率最高, 达34.2%;对诱变高产菌株辐照剂量为30 Gy,致死率94.97%,正突变率最高, 达23.5% 。累进辐照效应降低了最佳辐照剂量。 Mutagenic effect on the mutant high producing strain ZJAV Y1 203 and the original strain ZJAV A1 irradiated by ion beam of 12C6+ have been investigated. The experimental results indicated that the original strain has higher survival rate and stronger resistance to radiation than mutant high producing Strain at dose of 10 Gy. The mutant high producing strain has higher survival rate and stronger resistance to radiation than the original strain at the dose higher than 30 Gy. The lethality was 97% and the highest rate of orthomutation was 34.2%, when ZJAV A1 was irradiated by 50 Gy 12C6+ beam. The lethality was 94.97% and the highest rate of orthomutation was 23.5% when ZJAV Y1 203 was irradiated by 30 Gy 12C6+ beam. The best radiation dose is decreased by progressivity irradiation.  相似文献

With the aid of a three-dimensional particle-in-cell code simulation,the enhancement of Smith-Purcell radiation with a surface-plasmon mode excited by a single electron bunch and by a premodulated electron beam is considered in the paper.In the simulation,the model is a grating covered by Ag film.The results demonstrate that when the surface-plasmon mode is excited by a single electron bunch,the maximum radiation occurs at an observation angle depending on the surface-plasmon frequency,and the radiation power can be enhanced more than ten times.And for pre-bunched electron beam excitation,when one of the harmonics of the bunching frequency is resonant with that of the surface-plasmon mode,the radiation power is twenty times more than that from a perfectly conducting grating excited by the same premodulated electron beam.  相似文献

采用100 MeV的~(12)C~(6+)离子束和1.2 MeV的电子束辐照薰衣草干种子,研究了2个品种的薰衣草干种子对不同辐射源的辐照生物学效应,以期找到薰衣草干种子的最佳诱变参数。结果表明:不论是薰衣草701还是702,经~(12)C~(6+)离子辐照后,其发芽率表现为先增大后减小的趋势;经电子束辐照后,发芽率随着剂量的升高而降低,电子束辐照后的发芽率要低于~(12)C~(6+)离子束。另外,2个品种的薰衣草经~(12)C~+离子辐照后,其胚轴胚根长度以及幼苗鲜重也较电子束辐照后的大。由此可知,重离子的辐照效果优于电子束的,有利于后期筛选出新的薰衣草突变株。  相似文献

 为了研究金属材料的超快变形行为,利用强流脉冲电子束(HCPEB)装置对20钢进行轰击,采用X射线衍射、光学显微镜及透射电镜等技术分析了受轰击样品的变形组织与结构。实验结果表明,强流脉冲电子束能够在材料表层诱发幅值为1 GPa量级的应力,快速的加热和冷却过程在近表层诱发了强烈的塑性变形,并在材料表层内形成了复杂的位错缠结结构和位错胞结构,同时还伴随位错圈等空位簇缺陷的形成,多次轰击导致局部区域形成纳米和非晶结构。HCPBE轰击诱发的幅值极大的应力和极高的应变速率而导致的整个原子平面的位移可能是非晶结构形成的关键原因。  相似文献

Electron beam stimulated micro- and macroscopic phenomena are reported for CdS surfaces irradiated with a two keV electron beam. Microscopic effects — confined strictly to the irradiated area — were observed in the presence of water vapor of a partial pressure as low as 10?9 Torr leading to: changes in surface composition, decrease in work function, and striking enhancement of the surface recombination velocity. Macroscopic effects were associated with irreversible changes in the electronic properties of the entire surface rather than of the irradiated regions only.  相似文献

 采用图像诊断方法对高能环形电子束形状及空间尺寸进行了研究,以高能脉冲环形电子束轰击高Z靶材料产生脉冲X射线,X射线经过X射线增感屏转换为可见光,用单次图像采集系统获取可见光的积分图像。为满足诊断所需的空间分辨和系统灵敏度,通过理论计算确立了靶的材料、厚度及X射线增感屏的型号和厚度等参数。根据测试环境,设计了系统的现场安装结构,系统基本满足测试要求。分析从实验中获取的图像,可知环形电子束的内径为36.5 mm,环厚为1 mm,环形不均匀,水平方向电子束强。  相似文献

A theoretical examination on coherent transition radiations (CTR) from the surface of thin solid density target irradiated by high intensity laser is presented. The theory is extended to consider the expansion dynamics of thin foils. The motion of target surfaces leads to the modulation on the temporal structure of micro bunches in the electron beam as well as the spectrum of CTR. The spectral shifts of radiation are owing to the enhancement of electron bunch separation and the relativistic Doppler effects. The radiation power distribution is strongly affected by the temporal coherence of electron beam structure, so thus the electron temperature and velocity dispersions. With these effects accounted for, the spectral properties of coherent transition radiation can provide insights into the expansion of thin foil targets irradiated by intense laser pulse as well as the fast electron transport through it.  相似文献

The characteristic manifestations of radiation-acoustic effects in metals and alloys under the irradiation of a high-current relativistic electron beam, leading to a melt surface with the partial removal of material from the surface, are studied in this paper. An increase in the acoustic emission in the samples when they are irradiated with a high-current electron beam is experimentally observed. It is shown that the primary mechanism for the generation of radiation-acoustic pulses in irradiated refractory metals is a stress-relieving mechanism. The amplitudes of the acoustic pulses after the second and subsequent electron pulses do not change, which indicates a correlation between the amplitude of the acoustic signal and the surface structure of the irradiated material.  相似文献

A novel fast electron beam emitting along the surface of a target irradiated by intense laser pulses is observed. The beam is found to appear only when the plasma density scale length is small. Numerical simulations reveal that the electron beam is formed due to the confinement of the surface quasistatic electromagnetic fields. The results are of interest for potential applications of fast electron beams and deep understanding of the cone-target physics in the fast ignition related experiments.  相似文献
