研制了HL-2A装置LHCD和ECRH系统使用的高压电源,其电源拓扑分别为晶闸管交流调压型和星点控制型高压电源,通过高压脉冲调制器给LHCD和ECRH系统供电,采用了波头补偿、前馈和反馈相结合的控制方法,弥补了电源拓扑本身固有的瞬态特性不足和发电机输出的不稳定性,使电源输出电压输出平顶的稳定度优于1%。介绍了高压电源的主回路结构,对高压电源的控制进行了论述,同时给出了实验结果。 相似文献

在ECRH高压电源中采用了高压脉冲调制器,大大缩小了电源脉冲上升和下降时间并能提供快速保护。介绍了电子回旋高压电源的主回路结构。计算了电源的前级等效电阻,对电源的动态响应进行了计算分析。运用MATLAB建立模型对电源进行仿真,给出了实验对比结果。 相似文献

针对高压脉冲电容器充电电源高功率小型化的发展需求,采用谐振软开关技术和热设计技术研制了开关频率为50 kHz的充电电源,要求在电源10 kV的额定输出电压下充电速率达到20 kJ/s(额定输出电压下峰值功率40 kW),功率密度达到2 MW/m3。分析了分布参数的存在对高频逆变器工作特性的影响,介绍了针对不同分布参数影响的应对措施。初步试验研究了间歇工况下高功率小型化电源热设计技术,基于电源间歇工作特点,结合不同电源组件发热特性,设计了不同的散热措施,给出了各器件的温升数据。完成了充电电源性能测试实验,实验结果表明:电源功率密度达到2.15 MW/m3。 相似文献

Helium ion beam profile, angular and iso-ion beam distributions in 4 kJ Amirkabir plasma focus (APF) device were effectively observed by the unaided eyes and studied in single 1 mm-thick large-diameter (20 cm) polycarbonate track detectors (PCTD). The PCTDs were processed by 50 Hz–HV electrochemical etching using a large-size ECE chamber. The results show that helium ions produced in the APF device have a ring-shaped angular distribution peaked at an angle of ∼±60° with respect to the top of the anode. Some information on the helium ion energy and distributions is also provided. The method is highly effective for ion beam studies. 相似文献

This paper demonstrates the triggering and guiding of the stationary
high voltage (HV) discharges at 5--40 kV by using plasma filaments
generated by femtosecond laser pulses in air. A significant
reduction of the breakdown voltage threshold due to the
pre-ionization of the air gap by laser filamentation is observed.
The discharge experiments are performed by using laser pulses with
different energy from 15--60 mJ. The electron density of filaments
is detected by sonography method. The influence of the electron
density of laser filaments on the triggering and guiding HV
discharge is experimentally investigated. The results have shown
that the behaviour of plasma filaments can strongly affect the
efficiency of triggering and guiding HV discharge. 相似文献

基于没有附加磁芯复位电路的磁脉冲压缩网络,设计研制了单级磁脉冲压缩系统;介绍了系统电路的工作情况,通过计算给出了系统关键元件的参数;应用Pspice仿真分析软件对系统电路进行仿真,仿真结果显示,负载为500 W时,饱和变压器和磁开关的磁芯所需饱和时间分别为6 ms和500 ns。实验结果表明:系统接200 W负载时,输出脉冲幅值约18.5 kV,下降时间约40 ns,脉冲宽度约70 ns,最高重复频率可达500 Hz;引入高压快速恢复二极管替代续流电感,不仅有效抑制了负载预脉冲,而且输出脉冲尾部的振荡幅值与持续时间都显著减小。 相似文献
