对熔体急冷法制备的非晶合金Fe52Co34HfTB6Cu1进行了不同频率的中频磁脉冲处理,用透射电子显微镜、穆斯堡尔谱、正电子湮没寿命谱等方法研究了处理前后试样的微观结构及结构缺陷变化.结果表明,经中频磁脉冲处理后,样品发生了部分纳米晶化,晶化量随磁脉冲频率增加而增加,当磁脉冲频率为2000Hz时,晶化量达33.1%:在淬态非晶样品中,正电子在类单空位中的湮没寿命t1为150.5ps,强度,1为77.7%,在微孔洞中的湮没寿命仡为349.7ps,强度I2为22.3%;随磁脉冲频率的增加,t1,t2值呈现减小的变化趋势,与淬态非晶相比,I1有所增加,如下降,t1,t2的平均值亍大幅降低.  相似文献

研究了Er1.0P5O14铒非晶玻璃的红外量子剪裁现象. 从吸收谱和激发光谱的计算比较中肯定了Er1.0P5O14非晶 玻璃的1537.0 nm红外荧光为多光子量子剪裁荧光. 从Er1.0P5O14非晶玻璃的可见和红外荧光发射光谱中发现激发2H11/2, 4G11/24G9/2能级所导致的4I13/24I15/2量子剪裁红外荧光很强;基于自发辐射速率、无辐射弛豫速率和能量传递速率等参数的计算,对其量子剪裁机理进行了分析.发现起源于基态的强下转换能量传递{2H11/24I9/2,4I15/24I13/2},{4G11/24I13/2, 4I15/22H11/2},{4G9/24F7/2,4I15/24I13/2}和{4G9/24I13/2, 4I15/22H11/2}是导致Er1.0P5O14非晶玻璃具有强的三光子和四光子量子剪裁红外荧光的原因.研究结果对改善太阳能电池效率有一定意义.  相似文献

对Er3+:GdVO4样品的光谱参数以及Er3+在晶场中能级的分裂情况进行了研究. 首先对样品进行了吸收光谱的测量,接着用Judd-Ofelt理论拟合出了Er3+在GdVO4晶体中的强度参量Ωt,并由此计算了跃迁的振子强度、自发辐射跃迁速率、荧光分支比和积分发射截面. 通过计算结果可以发现有较多能级之间的跃迁都有大于10-6的振子强度和大于10-18cm的积分发射截面,并且具有较高的荧光分支比,特别是2H11/24I15/24S3/24I15/24F9/24I15/24I13/24I15/2等几个强发光能级除了具有较大的振子强度和积分发射截面外还有很好的应用前景,因此也更加值得关注. 最后还利用群论讨论了Er3+离子在GdVO4晶场中各能级的分裂情况并对各Stark子能级的Jz混杂情况进行了分析.  相似文献

应用群论及原子分子反应静力学方法推导了SiO2分子的电子态及其离解极限,采用B3P86方法,在6-311G**水平上,优化出SiO2基态分子稳定构型为单重态的C2V构型,其平衡核间距Re=RSi—O=0.1587 nm,∠OSiO=111.2°,能量为-440.4392 a.u..同时计算出基态的简正振动频率:对称伸缩振动频率ν(B2)=945.4cm-1,弯曲振动频率ν(A1)=273.5 cm-1和反对称伸缩振动频率ν(A1)=1362.9cm-1.在此基础上,使用多体项展式理论方法,导出了基态SiO2分子的全空间解析势能函数,该势能函数准确再现了SiO2(C2V)平衡结构.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3lyp方法在6-311++g(d,p)水平上对Al2O3Hx(x=1—3)分子的几何构型, 电子结构, 振动频率等性质进行了系统研究. 并给出了它们可能基态结构的总能量(ET), 零点能(Ez), 摩尔热容(Cv), 标准熵(S), 原子化能(ΔEm), 垂直电离能(IP)及垂直电子亲和能(EA). Al2O3H和Al2O3H2分子可能的基态的几何构型都为平面结构. Al2O3H3的两个可能为基态的几何构型都是在立体Al2O3(D3h)的几何结构基础上加三个氢原子构成. 这三个分子的能量最低结构为Al2O3H(2A′)Cs, Al2O3H2(1A′) Cs, Al2O3H3 (2A) C1.  相似文献

提出了一种新的在热平衡状态下实时测量碲镉汞(MCT)中特征正电子湮没寿命的方法,用该方法测得HgCdTe中基体正电子湮没寿命τb为277±1Ps,汞空位缺陷捕获态寿命τd为306±2ps,并与用其它方法测量的结果进行了比较与讨论.  相似文献

利用多模压缩态理论研究了一种非对称多模叠加态光场|ΨI(ab)qNj次方H压缩特性.结果发现:当各模压缩幂次数之和为偶数时,态|ΨI(ab)q的第一或第二正交分量可分别呈现出周期性变化的Nj次方H压缩效应,进而揭示了压缩简并产生的根源.  相似文献

采用柠檬酸作燃烧剂用燃烧合成法制备了Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)和荧光分光光度计等对Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶的结构、形貌和发光性能进行了分析.结果表明:不同柠檬酸与稀土离子配比(C/M)制备的样品经800℃ 退火1 h后,均得到了纯立方相的Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶,晶粒尺寸约为30 nm,尺寸分布较窄,其中以C/M=1.0时制备的纳米晶结晶性最好,发光强度最大.Gd2O3:Eu3+纳米晶主发射峰位置均在612 nm处 (5D07F2跃迁),激发光谱中电荷迁移态发生红移,观察到Gd3+向Eu3+的有效能量传递.对柠檬酸与稀土离子配比(C/M)对结晶度、发光性质等的影响也进行了分析和讨论.  相似文献

采用平面波赝势密度泛函理论方法对0—60 GPa静水压下BC5 六角晶系P3m1和四方晶系I4m2结构的平衡态晶格常数、弹性常数、各向异性以及泊松比与Cauchy扰动进行了研究. 研究结果表明, BC5的两种结构在高压下是稳定的, 且不可压缩性随着压强的增加而增大. 另外, 对其电子结构也进行了计算, 计算结果表明, BC5存在一个较宽的带隙, 两种原子间有较强的共价杂化, 材料的性质主要由B的2p1和C的2p2态电子共同决定. 压强对材料带隙和费米能级附近的态密度几乎没有影响, 只引起微小的漂移, 可推断其很好的高压稳定性.  相似文献

用正电子湮没谱和光致发光谱研究了质子辐照后掺锌GaSb中的缺陷.通过分析正电子的缺陷寿命τ2及强度I2的变化发现,在高能质子的辐照下产生了双空位缺陷VGaVSb,可能同时产生了小的空位团.正电子平均寿命τav和S参数随着质子辐照剂量的变化也证明了这一结论.通过分析不同质子辐照剂量下掺锌GaS  相似文献

Fe2O3/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by solid state reaction method using α-Fe2O3 and γ-Al2O3 nano powders. The microstructure and surface properties of the catalyst were studied using positron lifetime and coincidence Doppler broadening annihilation radiation measurements. The positron lifetime spectrum shows four components. The two long lifetimes τ3 and τ4 are attributed to positronium annihilation in two types of pores distributed inside Al2O3 grain and between the grains, respectively. With increasing Fe2O3 content from 3 wt% to 40 wt%, the lifetime τ3 keeps nearly unchanged, while the longest lifetime τ4 shows decrease from 96 ns to 64 ns. Its intensity decreases drastically from 24% to less than 8%. The Doppler broadening S parameter shows also a continuous decrease. Further analysis of the Doppler broadening spectra reveals a decrease in the p-Ps intensity with increasing Fe2O3 content, which rules out the possibility of spin-conversion of positronium. Therefore the decrease of τ4 is most probably due to the chemical quenching reaction of positronium with Fe ions on the surface of the large pores.  相似文献

Microstructure by X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy, and isothermal magnetic entropy changes in the bulk amorphous Fe60Co5Zr8Mo5W2B20 alloy in the as-quenched state and after annealing at 720 K for 15 min are studied. The as-cast and heat treated alloy is paramagnetic at room temperature. The quadrupole splitting distribution is unimodal after annealing indicating the more homogenous structure in comparison with that for the as-cast alloy. Curie temperature slightly increases after annealing from 265±2 K in the as-quenched state to 272±2 K and the alloy exhibits the second order magnetic phase transition. The maximum of isothermal magnetic entropy changes appears at the Curie points and is equal to 0.30 and 0.42 J/(kg·K) for the alloy in the as-quenched state and after annealing, respectively. In the paramagnetic region the material behaves as a Curie-Weiss paramagnet.  相似文献

建立了一种简便的、适用于磁畴模型应用的Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 合金本构参数辨识方法. 针对Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2合金磁畴模型中本构参数不明确且直接实验测试困难的问题, 提出了一种数值计算与实验测试相结合的参数辨识方法. 采用坐标变换与绘制自由能等势曲线相结合的方法, 简化了载荷作用下Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 合金内磁畴角度偏转的数值计算, 研究了合金磁畴角度偏转模型的参数依赖性. 在此基础上, 结合简单的实验测试, 建立了Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2合金各向异性常数K1K2、能量分布因子ω、晶轴取向分布的辨识及修正方法. 该方法能够简单、快速地完成Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe2 合金磁畴模型中本构参数的辨识, 对完善磁致伸缩材料磁畴偏转的数值计算模型非常有意义. 理论分析可为类磁致伸缩材料磁机耦合模型的建立、完善, 以及材料本构参数的辨识、获取提供参考.  相似文献

The microstructure and magnetic properties, i.e. the initial magnetic susceptibility, its disaccommodation, core losses and approach to ferromagnetic saturation of the bulk amorphous and partially crystallized Fe61Co10Zr2.5Hf2.5Nb2W2B20 alloy are studied. From X-ray, Mössbauer spectroscopy and electron microscopy studies we have stated that all samples in the as-quenched state are fully amorphous. However, after annealing the samples at 850 K for 30 min the crystalline α-FeCo grains embedded in the amorphous matrix are found. Moreover, from Mössbauer spectra analysis we have stated that the crystalline phase in those samples exhibits the long-range order. The alloy in the as-quenched state shows good thermal stability of the initial magnetic susceptibility. Furthermore, the intensity of the magnetic susceptibility disaccommodation in the rod is lower than in the ribbon. It is due to low quenching rate during the rod preparation which involves the reduction of free volumes. From the analysis of the isochronal disaccommodation curves, assuming the Gaussian distribution of relaxation times, we have found that activation energies of the elementary processes responsible for this phenomenon range from 1.2 to 1.4 eV. After the annealing of the samples the initial susceptibility slightly enhances and disaccommodation drastically decreases. From high-field magnetization studies we have learned that the size of structural defects depends on the quenching rate (the shape of the samples) and changes after annealing.  相似文献

Structure and magnetic properties of Nb-doped (FeZrB)100−xNbx alloy are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry and vibrating sample magnetometer. The fully amorphous structure of the as-quenched ribbons is confirmed by the XRD pattern. With increasing Nb, the glass transition temperature and the onset crystallization temperature are increased, indicating increased stability of the amorphous structure. For x=1, the saturation magnetization of the ribbons is 125.7 emu/g and the optimized annealing temperature increases from 550 to 630 °C. The morphology of the crystallized phases is observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that nanocrystalline α-Fe grains are dispersed in the amorphous matrix.  相似文献

研究了Er0.1Gd0.9VO4晶体材料的红外量子剪裁现象, 发现了较为有趣的基质敏化的红外量子剪裁现象. 即对于1537.5 nm的4I13/24I15/2红外荧光的激发谱存在一个宽而强的337.0 nm波长的激发谱峰,仔细分析可以认定337.0 nm的激发峰对应着基质GdVO4材料的吸收. 同时,发光谱的测量显示337.0 nm光激发Er0.1Gd0.9VO4材料的基质吸收带时导致的1537.5 nm4I13/24I15/2红外荧光的积分强度比其他所有荧光的积分强度的总和大了接近10倍, 它的红外量子剪裁效率仅次于最强的2H11/2能级受激的红外量子剪裁效率且比其他能级都强. 关键词: 红外的量子剪裁 太阳能电池 0.1Gd0.9VO4晶体材料')" href="#">Er0.1Gd0.9VO4晶体材料  相似文献

The Fe100-xMox(13≤x≤25) alloy nanowire arrays are synthesized by electrodeposition of Fe 2+ and Mo 2+ with different ionic ratios into the anodic aluminum oxide templates.The crystals of Fe100-xMox alloy nanowires gradually change from polycrystalline phase to amorphous phase with the increase of the Mo content and the nanowires are of amorphous structure when the Mo content reaches 25 at%,which are revealed by the X-ray diffraction and the selected area electron diffraction patterns.As the Mo content increases,the magnetic hysteresis loops of Fe100-xMox alloy nanowires in parallel to the nanowire axis are not rectangular and the slopes of magnetic hysteresis loops increase.Those results indicate that the magnetostatic interactions between nanowires and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy both have significant influences on the magnetization reversal process of the nanowire arrays.  相似文献
