本文基于晶轴矢量坐标系,构建了正空间点阵基矢a_i(i=1,2,3)的互易矢量b~*_j(j=1,2,3).如果在互易矢量关系中引入常数2π,可以证明互易矢量b_j=2πb~*_j为倒空间点阵的基矢.这样引入的第3种基矢关系(矩阵形式)等价于"固体物理"中定义的其它两种形式.该结果说明正格子和倒格子的对偶性体现在基矢关系上就是它们的互易性.  相似文献

在实验的基础上,研究了宾汉姆体的缓凝砂浆在单螺杆挤出机中的流动;运用流变学理论, 建立了缓凝砂浆螺旋输送物理模型;对缓凝砂浆螺旋输送与包裹机构的工作机理进行了分析 与研究,得出了缓凝砂浆连续输送的条件,螺杆转速必须大于临界转速. 实验发现:宾汉姆 体的缓凝砂浆在螺旋输送与包裹机构中当螺杆转速在78$\sim$240\,r/min范 围内可实现连续输送和包裹.  相似文献

The Fe100-xMox(13≤x≤25) alloy nanowire arrays are synthesized by electrodeposition of Fe 2+ and Mo 2+ with different ionic ratios into the anodic aluminum oxide templates.The crystals of Fe100-xMox alloy nanowires gradually change from polycrystalline phase to amorphous phase with the increase of the Mo content and the nanowires are of amorphous structure when the Mo content reaches 25 at%,which are revealed by the X-ray diffraction and the selected area electron diffraction patterns.As the Mo content increases,the magnetic hysteresis loops of Fe100-xMox alloy nanowires in parallel to the nanowire axis are not rectangular and the slopes of magnetic hysteresis loops increase.Those results indicate that the magnetostatic interactions between nanowires and the magnetocrystalline anisotropy both have significant influences on the magnetization reversal process of the nanowire arrays.  相似文献

The anisotropic magnetoresistances (AMRs) in single crystalline Co(6 nm)/SrTiO3(001) heterostructures from 5 K to 300 K with the current direction setting along either Co[100] or Co[110] are investigated in this work. The anomalous (normal) AMR is observed below (above) 100 K. With the current along Co[100] direction, the AMR shows negative longitudinal and positive transverse magnetoresistances at T< 100 K, while the AMR is inverse with the current along Co[110]. Meanwhile, the amplitude ratio between Co[110] and Co[100] is observed to be as large as 29 at 100 K. A crystal symmetry-adapted model of AMR demonstrates that interplay between the non-crystalline component and crossed AMR component results in the anomalous AMR. Our results may reveal more intriguing magneto-transport behaviors of film on SrTiO3 or other perovskite oxides.  相似文献

Indium-tin-oxide (ITO) films deposited on crystalline silicon wafer and Corning glass are prepared by directcurrent magnetron sputtering method at room temperature with various thicknesses. The thickness dependences of structure, resistance and optical refectance of ITO films are characterized. The results show that when the film thickness is less than 40 nm, the resistivity and optical reflectance of the ITO film changes remarkably with thickness. The optoelectrical properties trend to stabilize when the thickness is over 55 nm. The GXRD result implies that the ITO film begins to crystallize if only the thickness is large enough.  相似文献

We investigate the hydrodynamic properties of Fe3O4 kerosene-based ferrofluids with narrow particle size distribution. The ferrofluids are synthesized by improving chemical coprecipitation technique. A narrow distribution of 8.6-10.8nm particle sizes is obtained from the magnetization curve with the free-form model based on the Bayesian inference theory. The fitting result is consistent with average particle size obtained from x-ray diffraction. With the increase of applied magnetic field and magnetic particle concentration, apparent viscosity of ferrofluids increases. At concentration 4.04%, the type of flow for the ferrofluid transforms from Newtonian to Bingham plastic fluid as the applied magnetic field increases.  相似文献

利用固相反应烧结法制备了La067Pb033MnO3单相多晶样品.研究了其结构、磁性及输运特性.结果表明,样品呈菱面相晶体结构,空间群为R3C,居里温度TC(=353K)非常接近TMI(=360K).在居里温度附近,发生铁磁-顺磁转变,导电特性由金属特征向半导体特征过渡.磁电阻在居里点达到极大值.当H=16T时,磁电阻的极大值为145%;当H=08T时,磁电阻的极大值为9%.输运性质表明,TTMI时 关键词: 磁电阻 输运特性 磁极化子 钙钛石  相似文献

系统研究了室温下Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25,0.3,0.35)合金中金属Al替代Fe对晶体结构、磁致伸缩、各向异性和自旋重取向的影响.结果发现,x<0.4时,Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95完全保持MgCl2立方Laves相结构,晶格常量a随Al含量x的增加而增大.磁致伸缩测量发现,随着替代量x的增多磁致伸缩减小,x>0.15时超磁致伸缩效应消失;x<0.15时磁致伸缩在低场下(H≤4kA/m)有小幅增加,高场下迅速减小,而且易趋于饱和,说明添加少量Al有助于减小磁晶各向异性.内禀磁致伸缩λ111随Al替代量x的增加大幅度降低.对于0≤x<0.15,穆斯堡尔效应表明,随Al含量的增加Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95合金中发生了自旋重取向,易磁化方向经历了[111]→[u v 0]→[u v w]的转变.由相对磁化率随温度的变化关系可以看出,Al替代Fe使自旋重取向温度降低.当x=0.15时,Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xAlx)1.95合金中出现了少量非磁性相;x>0.15时,合金在室温下呈现顺磁性.  相似文献

Co3O4 nanowire arrays are fabricated by electrodeposition with following heat-treatment in atmosphere ambient. Photoluminescence is investigated at 295K. In the experiment, when increasing the excitation light wavelength from 260 nm to 360 nm, two kinds of emissions corresponding to the increasing excitation light wavelength are observed. One of them alters the excited emission position, another keeps its emission position. The distinct behaviour of excited emissions related to the increasing excitation wavelength indicates that the mechanism of them must be different. According to the experimental comparison and first-principle calculation, the two kinds of emissions are discussed.  相似文献

针对基于北京正负电子对撞机的慢正电子强束流系统对输运磁场的设计要求,本文对不同规格的磁场输运线圈模型、长螺线管端口处磁场的补偿以及地磁场和弯管道对正电子束流的影响等进行了计算,提出适用于本系统传输慢正电子束流的输运磁场分布、补偿线圈、调整线圈的加工参数,计算表明,系统的总体磁场不均匀度小于10髎.实际运行束流测试表明,所设计的磁场系统能够很好的将慢正电子束流输运到约16m远的样品测量室,慢正电子束斑尺寸基本没有变化,满足慢正电子束流系统的设计要求.  相似文献
