EXISTENCE OF PERIODIC SOLUTION TO HIGHER ORDER DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS WITH DEVIATING ARGUMENT

In this paper,using the coincidence degree theory of Mawhin,we investigate the existence of periodic solutions to higher order differential equations with deviating argument. Some new results on the existence of periodic solutions to the equations are obtained. In addition,we give an example to illustrate the main results.     

EXISTENCE OF PERIODIC SOLUTIONS TO THIRD-ORDER NONLINEAR DELAY DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

By means of the continuation theorem of the coincidence degree theory and analysis techniques,sufficient conditions for the existence of periodic solutions to a kind of third-order neutral delay functional differential equation with deviating arguments are obtained.     

EXISTENCE OF MULTIPLE PERIODIC SOLUTIONS TO THREE-SPECIES DELAYED LOTKA-VOLTERRA MODEL WITH DISPERSION AND HARVESTING

The positive periodic solutions to a three-species delayed Lotka-Volterra model with dispersion and harvesting terms are studied in this paper. By the coincidence degree theory, the sufficient conditions for existence of eight positive periodic solutions to the model are obtained.     

EXISTENCE OF PERIODIC SOLUTIONS TO A LINARD EQUATION WITH MULTIPLE DELAYS

In this paper,by a coincidence degree theory,the existence of periodic solutions to a Linard equation with multiple delays is established,which substantially extends some results in the previous literatures.     

A PRIORI BOUNDS FOR PERIODIC SOLUTIONS TO A FUNCTIONAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION WITH DELAY

A priori bounds are established for periodic solutions to a functional differential equation with delay.By means of these bounds,an existence theorem for periodic solutions is obtained using Mawhin’s continuation theorem.Our work generalizes the known result.     

A RESULT ONPERIODIC SOLUTIONS OF SECOND ORDER FUNCTIONAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

We obtain sufficient condition for the existence of periodic solutions of thefollowing second order functional differential equationsx"(t) + ax'~α(t) + bf(x(t)) + g(x(t-T_1), x'(t-T_2))=p(t)=p(t+2π).Our approach is based on the continuation theorem of coincidence degree, andthe α-priori: estimate of periodic solutions.     

EXISTENCE OF PERIODIC SOLUTIONS TO A KIND OF n-ORDER NEUTRAL FUNCTIONAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

By means of the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, we study a kind of n-order neutral functional differential equation. Some new results on the existence of periodic solutions are obtained.     

Positive solutions for some 1-dimensional boundary value problems of Laplace-type

This paper deals with the existence of triple positive solutions for the 1-dimensional equation of Laplace-type(φ(x'(t)))' q(t)f(t,x(t),x'(t)) = 0, t ∈ (0, 1),subject to the following boundary condition:a1φ(x(0)) - a2φ(x'(0)) = 0, a3φ(x(1)) a4φ(x'(1)) = 0,where φ is an odd increasing homogeneous homeomorphism. By using a new fixed point theorem,sufficient conditions are obtained that guarantee the existence of at least three positive solutions. The emphasis here is that the nonlinear term f is involved with the first order derivative explicitly.     

POSITIVE PERIODIC SOLUTIONS TO NEUTRAL RATIO-DEPENDENT PREDATOR-PREY SYSTEM

Using Mawhin's continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory,the existenceof periodic solutions to a neutral ratio-dependent predator-prey system is considered.The results in this paper generalize the corresponding results of the known literature.     

MULTIPLE POSITIVE PERIODIC SOLUTIONS IN A IMPULSIVE PREDATOR-PREY SYSTEM WITH TYPEⅣFUNCTIONAL RESPONSES

The main purpose of this paper is to explore the existence of positive periodic solutions to impulsive predator-prey systems with typeⅣfunctional responses. Sufficient criteria are obtained for the existence of strictly positive periodic solutions.The approach is based on a continuation theorem in the coincidence degree theory as well as some prior estimates.This is also the first time that multiple positive periodic solutions are obtained using coincidence degree theory in impulsive ecological systems.

研究了一类具偏差变元的Liénard型方程x"(t)+f(x(t))x'(t)+g(t,x(t-T(t)))=p(t).利用重合度理论,获得了该方程存在惟一T-周期解的若干新结论,改进推广了有关文献中的已有结果.     

一类具有偏差变元的高阶中立型Rayleigh方程周期解的存在性

利用重合度理论和不等式分析技巧,获得了一类具有偏差变元的高阶中立型Rayleigh方程(x(t)-cx(t-σ))~((m))+f(x'(t))+β(t)g(x(t-τ(t)))=p(t)周期解存在性的新的充分条件,有意义的是函数f(x)和非线性项前的系数β(t)可以变号.

该文利用Mawhin重合度延拓定理研究了一类二阶泛函微分方程x″(t)+f(t,x(t),x(t-τ(t)))[x′(t)]~n+a(t)x~2(t)+b(t)x(t)=p(t)(n≥2)的多个周期解的问题,得到了这类方程至少存在两个周期解的结果.

本文利用抽象连续定理，研究了一类非线性时滞微分方程x′(t)=f(t，x(t)，x(t-τ)，x′(t-τ)) p(t)的周期解问题，并在滞量τ的不同范围内分别得到了周期解存在的充要条件。     

具p-Laplacian算子型奇异方程组边值问题正解的存在性

本文讨论了一类具p-Laplacian算子型奇导方程组边值问题(φp(x'))'+α1(t),f(x(t),y(t))=0,(φp(y'))'+α2(t)g(x(t),y(t))=0,x(0)-β1x'(0)=0,x(1)+δ1x'(1)=0,y(0)-β2Y'(0)=0,y(1)+δ2y'(1)=0正解的存在性,其中φp(x)=|x|p-2x,p>1.通过使用不动点指数定理,在适当的条件下,建立了这类奇异方程组边值问题存在一个或者多个正解的充分条件.这些结果能用来研究椭圆型方程组边值问题径向对称解的存在性.
