流动注射胶束化学发光法测定曲克芦丁   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
基于HCl介质中曲克芦丁与KIO4-MnSO4反应产生强的化学发光,且吐温-80的存在能使这一反应的化学发光强度大大增强。结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定曲克芦丁的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,曲克芦丁的质量浓度在2.0×10-7~8.0×10-5g/mL范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限为7×10-8g/mL。对1.0×10-6g/mL曲克芦丁进行11次平行测定,方法的相对标准偏差为1.8%。用于曲克芦丁片剂和针剂中曲克芦丁的测定。  相似文献

基于曲克芦丁对Belousov-Zhabotinskii振荡体系的扰动,建立了一种测定曲克芦丁的新方法.在优化条件下,振幅改变量ΔE与曲克芦丁的浓度在0.808~40.4μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为2.14×10~(-7)mol/L(S/N=3).对曲克芦丁注射液中的曲克芦丁进行了分析测定,回收率在98.8%~101%之间,测定结果与紫外法无显著性差异.采用循环伏安法和紫外分光光度法对可能的扰动机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

基于吡喹酮对Luminol-NaIO_4化学发光体系有较强的抑制作用,并结合流动注射分析技术,建立了测定吡喹酮的流动注射-化学发光(FI-CL)新方法。在最佳实验条件下,吡喹酮在4.0×10~(-8)~1.0×10~(-6) mol/L浓度范围内与相对化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,该方法对测定吡喹酮显示出较高的灵敏度,检出限(LOD,3σ)为9.9×10~(-9) mol/L。对2.0×10~(-7) mol/L的吡喹酮平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%。采用该方法对猪饲料样品进行加标实验,回收率为98.5%~100%。该方法已经成功用于猪饲料样品中吡喹酮的测定。  相似文献

碱性条件下,H2O2氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,酪氨酸对该体系的化学发光信号具有显著的抑制作用。据此建立了一种直接测定酪氨酸的流动注射化学发光分析新方法。该方法线性范围为4.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L。对8.0×10-6mol/L的酪氨酸平行测定6次,其相对标准偏差为2.9%。该方法可应用于尿液中酪氨酸的测定。  相似文献

试验发现6-巯基嘌呤对Luminol-H2O2-OH-体系的化学发光有较强的增敏作用。据此建立了一种流动注射化学发光增强法测定6-巯基嘌呤的新方法。该法测定6-巯基嘌呤的检出限为7.5×10-9mol/L,线性范围为2.0×10-8~2.5×10-6mol/L,对6.0×10-7mol/L的6-巯基嘌呤测定的相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=11),已用于合成样中6-巯基嘌呤的测定。  相似文献

研究发现,氟喹诺酮类药物对可溶性Mn(-甲醛化学发光体系有强烈的增敏作用,结合流动注射技术,建立了3种氟喹诺酮类药物诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和环丙沙星的流动注射化学发光新方法。在优化的实验条件下(2×10-4molMn(-3%甲醛-3mol/L磷酸),本方法测定诺氟沙星、氧氟沙星和环丙沙星的线性范围分别为1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L,1.0×10-7~1.0×10-5mol/L和3.0×10-7~5.0×10-5mol/L;检出限分别为3×10-8mol/L,3×10-8mol/L,1×10-7mol/L;相对标准偏差(5.0×10-6mol/L氟喹诺酮类药物,n=11)分别为2.6%,1.6%和2.8%。该方法已用于诺氟沙星胶囊中诺氟沙星的含量测定。  相似文献

铁氰化钾氧化鲁米诺在碱性介质中产生化学发光,姜黄素对该体系化学发光具有强烈的抑制作用。因此,利用该化学发光的抑制体系,结合反向流动注射技术,建立了测定大黄类药物姜黄素含量的新方法。在优化的条件下,化学发光抑制信号强度ΔI与姜黄素的浓度分别在1×10-7~1×10-6和1×10-6~1×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1×10-9mol/L。对2.0×10-6mol/L的姜黄素进行平行测定10次,得相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.8%。方法应用于中药姜黄中姜黄素(总姜黄素计)的含量测定。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

A general synthesis of previously unknown semicarbazone-based α-amidoalkylating reagents, 4-(tosylmethyl)semicarbazones, has been developed. The synthesis involved three-component condensation of semicarbazones of aliphatic or aromatic aldehydes with the same or other aldehydes and p-toluenesulfinic acid. The scope and limitations of this reaction were investigated. The compounds obtained were demonstrated to be an efficient α-(4-semicarbazono)alkylating agents. They were reacted with H- (sodium borohydride), O- (sodium methylate), S- (sodium phenylthiolate), N- (pyrrolidine, sodium succinimide), P- (trialkyl phosphites), and C-nucleophiles (sodium diethyl malonate) to give the corresponding products of the tosyl group substitution, 4-substituted semicarbazones, including analogues of nitrofurazone. Among the prepared compounds tested in vitro for antibacterial and antifungal activity, three nitrofuryl-containing semicarbazones exhibited high biological activities with minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values of 8–32 μg/mL.  相似文献

A small library of new chiral bidentate hydroxyalkyl-imidazolium salts 1 is conveniently synthesized on multi-gram scale from inexpensive and commercially available chiral pool amino acids. The corresponding carbenes, generated by deprotonation of imidazolium salts 1, in combination with palladium(II) chloride were tested in the Mizoroki–Heck coupling reaction. The most significant results in terms of yields and reactivities were achieved with low catalyst loading. The catalytic activities of these imidazolium salts were also investigated in the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to benzaldehyde. The use of MgO nanoparticles as an additive in conjunction with these ligands played a crucial role in increasing the efficiency of these reactions.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献
