以SrO和CrO2为原料, 在高温高压的条件下直接反应生成纯相的K2NiF4结构的Sr2CrO4多晶样品. 结构用粉末X射线衍射及GSAS精修表征. 磁化率测试显示样品存在一个弱的反铁磁相变, 奈尔温度为TN=95 K. 在奈尔温度以上, 磁化率随温度的变化遵循居里-外斯定律. 对样品进行了电阻测试, 结果显示了样品的绝缘特性.  相似文献

自旋s=1的海森堡反铁磁链材料LiVGe2O6的磁化率以及 核磁共振实验表明该材料在临界温度约为22 K时由顺磁相转变为反铁磁Néel相, 且低温磁激发谱存在能隙. 本文在已有模型哈密顿量的基础上提出了一个低能场论模型——Ginzburg-Landau理论来描述 这一反铁磁链材料, 并运用这一理论讨论了LiVGe2O6由于自发对称性破缺导致的有限温度相变及 相应的磁化率变化情况, 理论计算很好地解释了现有的实验结果. 关键词: 海森堡模型 σ模型')" href="#">O(3)非线性σ模型 有限温度相变  相似文献

本文通过传统的固相反应法制备了R型六角铁氧体BaFe4-xTi2+xO11 (x= 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1), 并且对它的原子价态以及磁性行为进行了研究. X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果显示了随着掺杂含量的增加, 体系中Fe3+离子逐渐减少而Fe2+离子逐渐增加. 由于具有非对称结构的阻挫晶格中存在各种关联作用的竞争, 使得BaFe4-xTi2+xO11体系表现出了复杂的磁有序行为, 在T1~250 K和T2~83 K两处存在磁转变. 对这一系列掺杂样品, 在相变温度T1之上表现顺磁行为, 而在相变温度T2前后的磁化强度都表现出低场下随磁场的增加快速增加, 高场下则线性变化且在5×104 Oe时还未达到饱和的行为, 表明这一系列掺杂样品是典型的倾斜反铁磁态(canted antiferromagnetic) 或者亚铁磁态.  相似文献

We reveal and explain the scaling behavior of the thermopower S/T exhibited by the archetypal heavy-fermion (HF) metal YbRh2Si2 under the application of magnetic field B at temperature T. We show that the same scaling is demonstrated by different HF compounds such as β-YbAlB4 and the strongly correlated layered cobalt oxide [BiBa0.66K0.36O2]CoO2. Using YbRh2Si2 as an example, we demonstrate that the scaling behavior of S/T is violated at the antiferromagnetic phase transition, while both the residual resistivity ρ0 and the density of states, N, experience jumps at the phase transition, causing the thermopower to make two jumps and change its sign. Our elucidation is based on flattening of the single-particle spectrum that profoundly affects ρ0 and N. To depict the main features of the S/T behavior, we construct a T –B schematic phase diagram of YbRh2Si2. Our calculated S/T for the HF compounds are in good agreement with experimental facts and support our observations.  相似文献

Single crystals and polycrystalline pellets of the high-temperature cuprate superconductor Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8 were doped at room temperature by electrochemical reduction at > 95% Coulombic efficiency using lithium dopant ions in propylene carbonate electrolyte. Cyclic voltammetry and potential step measurements on single crystals suggest an unusual reduction mechanism, with a diffusion coefficient for Li+ in the c-axis direction of bulk superconductor of ca. 3 × 10−11 cm2s−1. Sintered pellets of polycrystalline powder could be doped more rapidly, with an apparent diffusion coefficient of 7 × 10−8 cm2s−1. X-ray susceptibility analysis show extensive disordering occurs on heavy Li doping, with a first-order transition from a crystalline/superconducting to an amorphous/non-superconducting phase. Single, crystals of Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8 exhibited a color change on reduction from metallic gray to golden bronze. The reduced material was highly air-sensitive, forming a hydroxide surface film on exposure to ambient atmosphere.  相似文献

采用传统固相反应法制备钙钛矿型锰氧化物 (La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7多晶样品, X-射线衍射分析表明, 样品(La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7结构呈现良好的单相. 通过磁化强度随温度的变化曲线(M-T)、不同温度下磁化强度随磁场的变化曲线(M-H)和电子自旋共振谱发现: 在300 K以下, 随着温度的降低, 样品先后经历了二维短程铁磁有序转变 (TC2D ≈ 282 K)、三维长程铁磁有序转变(TC3D ≈ 259 K)、奈尔转变(TN ≈ 208K)和电荷有序转变(TCO ≈ 35 K); 样品 (La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7TN以下, 主要处于反铁磁态; 在TC3D达到370 K时, 样品处于铁磁-顺磁共存态, 在370 K以上时样品进入顺磁态. 此外, 分析电阻率随温度的变化曲线(ρ-T)得到: 样品在金属-绝缘转变温度(TP ≈ 80 K)附近出现最大磁电阻值, 其位置远离TC3D, 表现出非本征磁电阻现象, 其磁电阻值约为61%. 在TCO以下, 电阻率出现明显增长, 这是由于温度下降使原本在高温部分巡游的eg电子开始自发局域化增强所致. 通过对 (La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7ρ-T 曲线拟合, 发现样品在高温部分的导电方式基本遵循小极化子的导电方式. 关键词: 磁性 电性 金属-绝缘转变温度 电子自旋共振  相似文献

Density, Laue back-reflection and powder X-ray measurements have confirmed a previous structural determination of the VS2-phase. Measurements of the temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility and electrical resistivity of VS2 in the temperature range 100–300°K give evidence that in this structure, as in V5S8, there are V atoms with both localized and delocalized d-electrons leading to a paramagnetic susceptibility containing a temperature-independent component and a component in which the permanent magnetic dipoles give rise to a Curie-Weiss behavior.  相似文献

Dielectric and pyroelectric properties of the mixed crystals system, (CH3NH3)5Bi2(1 − x)Sb2xCl11 (0 < x < 0.25) were systematically investigated. Temperature dependencies of ′c in the vicinity of ferro-paraelectric phase transition were measured for the mixed crystals with x = 0.05, 0.07, 0.11, 0.13 and 0.25 in the frequency region 1 kHz–1 MHz. The substitution of bismuth atoms by antimony drastically reduces the magnitude of ′c and shifts the ferro-paraelectric phase transition towards higher temperatures. The dielectric dispersion of the complex electric permittivity, c*, in x = 0.05 crystals was studied in the frequency range from 30 to 1000 MHz. Around 321 K phase transition, two dielectric relaxators are postulated; a low-frequency one in the megahertz region showing a critical slowing down and a high-frequency one in the gigahertz region.  相似文献

Quasi-2D layered Cr4Te5 thin film has attracted great attention because it possesses the high Curie temperature close to room temperature and relatively large saturation magnetization. However, the magnetic interactions and the nature of magnetic phase transition in the Cr4Te5 film have not been explored thoroughly. In this paper, we focused on the critical behavior of its magnetic phase transition through the epitaxial Cr4Te5 film fabricated by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The final critical exponents β = 0.359(2) and γ = 1.54(2) were obtained by linear extrapolation together with Arrott-Noakes equation of state, and their accuracy was confirmed by using the Widom scaling relation and scaling hypothesis. We find that some magnetic disorders exist in the Cr4Te5 film system, which is related to Cr4Te5 critical behavior why its critical behavior is quite far from any conventional universality class. Furthermore, we also determined that the Cr4Te5 film exhibits a quasi-2D long-range magnetic interaction. Finally, the itinerant ferromagnets of Cr4Te5 films were confirmed by the Takahashi’s self-consistent renormalization theory of spin fluctuations. Our work provides a new idea for understanding the mechanism of magnetic interactions in similar 2D layered films.  相似文献

在化学计量的熔料里,用提拉法生长了K5Bi0.9Er0.1(MoO4)4单晶。该晶体属于三方晶系,空间群为R3m,z=1.5,晶胞参数为a=6.029?,c=20.823?(六方表示)。晶体具有层状结构,沿着(0001)面容易解理。晶体在室温下的吸收光谱包括有若干条吸收带,它们是稀土离子所特有的。其中三个主要的吸收峰分别相当于从Er3+离子的基态 4I15/24G11/2, 2H11/24I13/2能级的跃迁。本文还给出晶体中相当于 4I13/24I15/2跃迁的荧光发射光谱。 关键词:  相似文献

铁基超导体中含有一类特殊的112型结构化合物,其层状结构中含有一层锯齿形的As链构型.本文报道了用CsCl助熔剂法生长新型铁基112型EuFeAs2母体单晶的具体方法,以及对该单晶的结构和物性的详细表征.通过能量色散X射线能谱扫描对单晶样品进行的化学成分分析,以及单晶X射线衍射的结构解析,确定该单晶样品属于EuFeAs2相,结构精修得到EuFeAs2具有空间群为Imm2(No.44)的正交晶体结构,晶格常数分别是a=21.285(9)Å,b=3.9082(10)Å,c=3.9752(9)Å.通过低温电阻测量,发现在110 K附近和46 K附近存在两个异常电阻跳变.进一步分析表明,110 K附近存在两个邻近的相变,这两个相变与铁基母体材料中常见的结构相变和Fe2+的反铁磁相变相符合.结合磁化率测量分析,可知46 K附近的相变属于Eu2+的反铁磁相变.  相似文献

We have synthesized and investigated physical properties of two new quaternary compounds Gd2CoAl4T2 (T= Si, Ge) single crystals, which are isostructural to Tb2NiAl4Ge2 and Er2CoAl4Ge2. The most important structural feature of these materials is the anti-CaF2-type CoAl4T2 slabs. These materials show metallic behavior below 300 K and there is a long-range antiferromagnetic (AFM) transition appearing at 20 and 27 K for Gd2CoAl4Ge2 and Gd2CoAl4Si2, respectively. Resistivity and heat capacity measurements also confirm these bulk AFM transitions. Further analysis indicates that this long-range antiferromagnetism should result from the magnetic interaction between local moments of Gd3+ ions.  相似文献

Among the AuCu3-type RIn3 series where R is a rare earth, the NdIn3 compound presents a complex magnetic phase diagram. In this compound, which orders antiferromagnetically at TN = 5.9 K, three magnetic phases are separated by two sharp first-order transitions. The phase diagrams, determined for the main crystallographic directions, by magnetization measurements in fields up to 7 T show a strong dependence of the transition temperatures. In order to determine the actual magnetic structures in NdIn3, a neutron diffraction experiment has been performed on a single crystal under magnetic field. It shows that the magnetic structures are collinear (single q) with the magnetic moments aligned along the fourfold axis. They clearly evidence the existence of two incommensurate phases with q = (1/2, 1/2, τ): for TN T 5.5 K, τ1 ≈ 0.037 2π/a and the structure is sine-wave modulated, for 5.5 K > T > 4.7 K, τ2 = 0.017 2π/a and the structure squares up. Below 4.7 K the q = (1/2, 1/2, 0) commensurate structure is stabilized.  相似文献

研究了Tb掺杂对双层锰氧化物La_(4/3)Sr_(5/3)Mn_2O_7磁熵变和电输运性质的影响.样品采用传统固相反应法制备,两样品的名义组分可以表示为(La_(1-x)Tb_x)_(4/3)Sr_(5/3)Mn_2O_7(x=0,0.025),磁场为7 T时的最大磁熵变?S_M分别为-4.60 J/(kg·K)和-4.18 J/(kg·K).比较后发现,Tb元素的掺杂使得最大磁熵变值减小,但同时增大了相对制冷温区.电性测量结果表明,x=0.025的样品在高温区的导电机制可以用小极化子模型解释,与母体三维变程跳跃模型不同;当温度降低至三维长程铁磁有序温度(T_c~(3D))附近时,掺杂样品发生金属绝缘相变;掺杂后样品在T_c~(3D)附近,磁电阻取得极大值(约为56%),表明是本征磁电阻效应.  相似文献

Magnetic measurements on hexagonal single crystals of M2Mo3O8 (M = Mn, Fe, Co and Ni) are reported. The Mn compound orders ferrimagnetically at Tc = 41.5 K; the Fe and Co compounds antiferrimagnetically at TN = 59.5 K and 40.8 K, respectively. No magnetic ordering was found in the Ni compound down to 2 K. All the compounds showed strong magnetic anisotropy when ordered, the results indicating that the magnetic spins' preferred orientation is along the hexagonal axis. Mn2Mo3O8 shows a temperature dependence of the spontaneous magnetization in the ferrimagnetic regime which is rarely observed: as T → 0, Ms → 0.  相似文献

U14Au51 and UAu2 were recently demonstrated the two correct phases stable at room temperature in the U-Au system. Magnetic susceptibility (1.5–300 K) and electrical resistivity (10–800 K) measurements were performed in samples of both phases. Magnetic susceptibility temperature behaviour gives evidences of an antiferromagnetic transition at 23 K in U14Au51, whereas no magnetic order is detected in UAu2. In both compounds, Kondo-like logarithmic behaviour in electrical resistivity temperature trend is found. Effects already observed in U2Zn17 and UAl2 are respectively found in U14Au51 and UAu2. Possible “heavy fermion” properties of these compounds are discussed.  相似文献

Magnetization and specific heat measurements are reported on the quasi two-dimensional antiferromagnet CsVF4. Diverging magnetic susceptibility and specific heat at the Néel temperature are observed in a weak field along the crystallographic c-direction, but with increasing field they are progressively smeared. A hysteresis is observed in dc magnetization below the temperature at which M/H reaches a maximum. We present a possible explanation for these phase transition phenomena from the point of view that this compound is composed of two crystallographically inequivalent magnetic sites.  相似文献

Measurements of magnetic susceptibility in the temperature range 4.2–300 K were made on polycrystalline samples of the (AgIn)1 - zMn2zTe2 and (CuIn)1 - zMn2zTe2 alloys, and the data used to give values of spin-glass transition te mperature Tg and Curie-Weiss paramagnetic temperature θ. For any sample for which the X-ray powder photograph indicated an apparently single phase condition, either zinc-blende or chalcopyrite, the susceptibility data could show up to three separate Tg values. These different magnetic conditions are attributed to crystallographic ordering of the Mn ions on the chalcopyrite and zinc-blende lattices, the three observed Tg values corresponding to disordered zinc-blende, ordered zinc-blende and ordered chalcopyrite. The value of θ obtained from the 1/χ vs. T plot is shown to be a weighted mean of the separate values of θ for the phases present. The relative sizes of the Tg peaks and the values of θ for any given sample gives an indication of the amount of each phase present. These amounts were varied by using different methods of heat treatment and it was shown that the magnetic behaviour was consistent with the T(z) phase diagram for the two alloy systems.  相似文献

The magnetization σc has been observed to depend strongly on temperature and biasing field in the Γ4-phase. Two families of σc (T) occur corresponding to the poly-domain (H < 200 Oe), and mono-domain (H > 200 Oe) states of the samples. This was proved by observation of domain structures in these samples. In addition to the maximum due to the second-order phase transition Γ24, we have revealed a maximum in the susceptibility curves Xc(T) at the high-temperature point of phase transition. The second maximum strongly depends on the biasing field value. Domain structure behaviour in that temperature range, and in various external fields, allowed us to suggest that there exists a relation between this maximum and the shifting processes of domain boundaries, which create a significant susceptibility along the c-axis.  相似文献

We have systematically studied the behaviors of the resistivity and magnetization of CeSb_2 single crystals as a function of temperature and external field. Four anomalies in the resistivity/magnetization-versus-temperature curves are observed at low magnetic field. They are located at 15.5 K, 11.5 K, 9.5 K, and 6.5 K, corresponding to the paramagnetic–magnetically ordered state(MO), MO-antiferromagnetic(AFM), AFM–AFM, and AFM–ferromagnetic(FM) transitions, respectively.The anomaly at 9.5 K is only visible with H‖[010] by magnetic susceptibility measurements, indicating that the AFM–AFM transition only happens along [010] direction in ab-plane. The four magnetic transitions are strongly suppressed by high external field. Finally, the field-temperature phase diagrams of CeSb_2 with different orientations of the applied field in ab-plane are constructed and indicate the highly anisotropic nature of the magnetization of CeSb_2.  相似文献
