报道表面等离子体波的一种新的检测技术,可以同时获得表面等离子体波激发过程中反射光的相位和光强变化。理论计算表明,表面等离子体激发过程中,P偏振反射波相位的变化可达300°。在此基础上建立了光学外差测量装置,可同时获得相位和强度变化的信息,实验数据和理论计算吻合非常好。此方法比仅能给出强度变化的角度扫描衰减全反射(ATR)方法,提供了更多的信息,而且相位检测比强度检测灵敏度高,为表面光学性质的研究、LB膜特征研究以及表面等离子体波传感器的研究提供了更有力的工具。 相似文献

2-(2,3-Dihydroxpropyliminomethyl)6-methoxyphenol(H_3L), trimethylacetic acid(Hpiv), Gd(NO_3)3·6 H_2O and Co(NO_3)2·6 H_2O were reacted in Me OH to obtain a heterometallic tetranuclear cluster [Gd_2Co_2(L)_2(μ_3-OH)_2(piv)_6]·2 Hpiv·2 CH_3OH(1). X-ray crystallographic analysis reveals that compound 1 was found to be a butterfly heterometallic tetranuclear cluster. The crystal(C_(64)H_(108)Co_2Gd_2N_2O_(28), Mr = 1785.88) belongs to the triclinic crystal system, space group P1 with a =11.9798(6), b = 12.0877(5), c = 15.0367(7) ?, α = 67.320(4)°, β = 81.583(4)°, γ = 75.201(4)°, V =1939.62(18) ?3, Z = 1, T = 293.15 K, R = 0.048 and w R = 0.144 for 16299 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In magnetization study, heterometallic 1 exhibits magnetocaloric effect(MCE) of 14.75 J·kg~(-1)·K~(-1) at 2 K for ΔH = 5 T, while it does not show non-linear response of the ac-susceptibilities. 相似文献

Direct Microwave Synthesis of 11-Type Fe(Te,Se) Polycrystalline Superconductors with Enhanced Critical Current Density 下载免费PDF全文
We report a direct microwave synthesis method for the preparation of 11-type high quality Fe(Te,Se) polycrystalline superconductors. The bulk samples are rapidly synthesized under the microwave irradiation during several minutes, with a subsequent annealing process at 400℃. The samples exhibit a nearly single phase of the tetragonal PbO-type crystal structure with minor impurities. Morphology characterization shows high density, tight grain connectivity and large grain sizes around 100 μm with small cavities inside the sample. Resistivity and magnetization measurements both show similar superconducting transitions above 14 K. The magnetic hysteresis measurements display broad and symmetric loops without magnetic background, and a high critical current density J_c about 1.2 × 10~4 A/cm~2 at 2 K and 7 T is estimated by the Bean model. Compared with the solidstate reaction synthesized samples, these superconducting bulks from microwave-assisted synthesis are possibly free of the interstitial Fe due to smaller c-axis, higher T_c in magnetic transitions, better M–H loops without magnetic background and greatly enhanced J_c, and are promising as raw materials for the non-toxic Fe-based superconducting wires for large currents and high field applications. 相似文献

建立了气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱(GC-MS/MS)同时检测巴氏杀菌乳中9种香精成分(二氢香豆素、香兰素、香豆素、乙基香兰素、甲基香兰素、7-甲基香豆素、7-甲氧基香豆素、7-乙氧基-4甲基香豆素和环香豆素)的分析方法。巴氏杀菌乳样品用乙醇溶液萃取,低温涡旋离心,取上清液过0.22 μm滤膜,以DB-5MS色谱柱分离,在MRM模式下测定,基质曲线外标法定量。实验结果表明,9种香精成分在1~200 μg/L范围内呈良好线性,线性相关系数(R2)均大于0.997,方法的检出限为0.002~0.1 μg/kg,定量限为0.001~2 μg/kg,平均回收率为90.3%~110.6%,日内、日间精密度均小于10%。该方法前处理简单快速,检测准确度和灵敏度高,可用于巴氏杀菌乳中9种香精成分的同时检测。 相似文献

探讨了水中Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+ 3种离子含量对水豆腐品质的影响,根据单因素试验选择Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+3种梯度溶液为自变量,利用质构剖面分析(tissue plasminogen activator, TPA)测试和穿刺测试(Puncture test)对水豆腐质构进行测试,通过已建立的反向传播(back propagation,BP)神经网络模型预测豆腐的感官指标得分和Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+的最优配比;并采用响应面法(RSM)对Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+的配比进行优化设计,得到预测回归模型和Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+的最优配比。结果表明:BP神经网络模型预测豆腐的感官得分使豆腐总体可接受性最佳时,Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+的最佳添加量分别是20,8,15 mg·L-1,且呈倒U型变化趋势;响应面优化实验中豆腐总体可接受性最佳时,离子配比为Ca2+含量19.44 mg·L-1、Mg2+含量8.35 mg·L-1、Na+含量17.25 mg·L-1;两种模型预测豆腐的感官指标得分时,Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+的最优配比相差无异,为了方便实验操作,简化Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+的最优含量为20,8,16 mg·L-1,此时水豆腐的总体可接受性得分预测值为6.95,实际的总体可接受性得分为6.85±0.50,水豆腐的总体可接受性预测值与实际的豆腐总体可接受性值接近,说明BP神经网络模型和响应面优化模型预测豆腐总体可接受性得分具有一定的可靠性。 相似文献
