通过3-取代-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(3a3m)和2-溴-2-(1H–1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-4′-氯代苯乙酮(2)的缩合反应, 合成了13个新型3-取代-6-(4-氯苯基)-7-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1',2',4'-三唑[3,4-b]-1",3",4"-噻二嗪衍生物4a4m. 化合物结构经元素分析, 1H NMR, IR和MS进行了表征. 抗菌试验表明所合成的化合物对细菌表现出中等程度的抑制活性.  相似文献

通过α-卤代芳基乙酮和5-[(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]-4-苯基-2H-1,2,4-三唑-3(4H)-硫酮反应, 合成了11个新的2-{5-[(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]-4-苯基-4H-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫基}-1-芳基乙酮类化合物. 其结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR等确证, 并用X射线单晶衍射测定了化合物6f的晶体结构. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性.  相似文献

合成了7-取代苯氧基-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三唑并[4,3-a]喹啉(3a3g)和7-取代苯氧基-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三唑并[4,3-a]喹表明啉-1(2H)-酮(4a4g)类衍生物. 以最大电惊厥法和戊四唑法测定了抗惊厥活性, 以旋转棒法测定了神经毒性. 结果表明, 化合物7-(4-氟苯氧基)-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三唑并[4,3-a]喹啉-1(2H)-酮(4c)显示最强的抗惊厥作用和低的神经毒性, 其抗电惊厥ED50为6.8 mg/kg, 神经毒性TD50为88.0 mg/kg, 保护指数PI为12.9, 明显优于对照药苯妥英钠.  相似文献

为改善三唑类化合物的生物活性, 以3-苯基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮为原料, 将其与芳香醛在冰醋酸体系中反应, 得到3-苯基-4-芳基亚甲氨基-1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮类席夫碱(4a4i). 在此基础上, 化合物4a4i分别与多氟烷基碘代烷和溴代乙酰基葡萄糖反应合成了一系列1,2,4-三唑-5-硫酮类席夫碱的多氟烷基取代物5a5r和葡萄糖基取代物6a6d, 并用1H NMR, 19F NMR, IR和MS谱以及元素分析表征了它们的结构. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分目标化合物具有明显的杀虫活性.  相似文献

采用微波和相转移催化法通过1-苯基-5-(4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-5-巯基-3-甲硫基)四唑(2)与2-氯乙酰芳胺(3)反应高效、快速地合成了10种尚未见文献报道的1-苯基-5-[5-(芳胺羰基甲硫基)-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲硫基]四唑. 其结构经 IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR 和元素分析表征. 生物活性实验结果表明, 该类化合物在较低浓度下部分化合物对小麦芽有很好的促进作用.  相似文献

4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑-5-酮(ATO)与硫氰酸钾、氯甲酸乙酯在乙酸乙酯中反应, 合成了4-(1,2,4-三唑-5-酮-4-基)-3-硫代脲酸乙酯, 在室温下采用缓慢蒸发溶剂二甲基甲酰胺得到合适的可用于X射线衍射的单晶. 晶体属六方系, 空间群为R-3, 晶体结构参数为a=2.60524(7) nm, b=2.60524(7) nm, c=0.82579(6) nm, γ=120°, V=4.8540(4) nm3, Dc=1.442 g/cm3, μ=0.300 mm-1, F(000)=2190, Z=18, R1=0.0569, wR2=0.1424. 选取标题化合物的一个结构单元作为初始模型, 运用Gaussian 03程序对化合物进行了HF/6-311G, MP2/6-311G和B3LYP/6-311G水平的几何全优化,并对其原子电荷及自然键轨道(NBO)进行了分析.  相似文献

取代苯甲醛经缩合、催化氢化、环氧化和开环反应合成了9种2,2-二甲基-5-取代苯基-3-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基甲基)-3-戊醇类化合物和2种2,2-二甲基-5-取代苯基-3-(1,2,4-三唑-4-基甲基)-3-戊醇类新化合物. 并对1,2,4-三唑-1-基衍生物和1,2,4-三唑-4-基衍生物的选择性合成进行了研究; 新化合物结构经质谱, 1H NMR, 元素分析等确证, 并用单晶X射线衍射测定了化合物1a的晶体结构. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有强杀菌活性.  相似文献

N-芳基-N'-[(4-吡啶基)羰基]氨基硫脲用85%的水合肼环化, 得到3-(4-吡啶基)-4-氨基-5-芳氨基-1,2,4-三唑(2a2c). 然后再与3-甲酰基色酮(3a3d)反应, 制备得到了一系列新化合物: 3-(4-吡啶基)-4-(6-取代色酮-3-基亚甲氨基)-5-芳氨基-1,2,4-三唑(4a4c, 5a5c, 6a6c, 7a7c). 化合物的结构经元素分析, IR, 1H NMR和MS确证.  相似文献

A series of 3-(3-alkyl-5-thioxo-1H-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)aminocarbonylchromones has been prepared by oxidation of 3-formylchromone with Jones' reagent followed by reaction with 3-alkyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-5(1H)-thione in the presence of POCl3. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, LC-MS, and 1H NMR spectra and elemental analyses.  相似文献

Five novel 3-alkyl-4-phenylacetylamino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (2) were synthesized by the reactions of 3-alkyl-4-amino-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (1) with phenylacetyl chloride and characterized by elemental analyses and IR, 1HNMR, 13C-NMR and UV spectral data. The newly synthesized compounds 2 were titrated potentiometrically with tetrabutylammonium hydroxide in four non-aqueous solvents such as isopropyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, acetonitrile and N,N-dimethylformamide, and the half-neutralization potential values and the corresponding pKa values were determined for all cases. In addition, these new compounds and five recently reported 3-alkyl-4-(pmethoxybenzoylamino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-ones (3) were screened for their antioxidant activities.  相似文献

New metal-free and metal (Zn, Ni, Cu and Co) phthalocyanines containing 4-(p-fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one moiety have been prepared from 1-(3,4-dicyanophenyl)-4-(p-fluorophenyl)-3-methyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5-one by both conventional and microwave-assisted methods. All of these compounds are soluble in CHCl3, DMF and DMSO. The new compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR, UV-Vis spectroscopies. The crystal structures of compounds I and II were also determined by the single crystal diffraction technique.  相似文献

Abstract

of 1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carbohydrazide (4) with substituted phenyl isothiocyanates (5) in ethanol under reflux for 30 min gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives 6, which on cyclization in 2N NaOH under refluxing conditions for 1 h resulted in 3-(5-mercapto- 4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (7). Alternatively, 7 could also be prepared from following sequence of reactions, i.e., 4 → 8 → 7. In another sequence of reactions, condensation of 7 with chloroacetic acid in dimethylformamide (DMF) and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h resulted in 2-((5-(1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridin-3-yl)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)sulfanyl)acetic acid (10). The latter, on reaction with substituted o-phenylenediamine (11) in 6N HCl for 4 h yielded 3-(5-((1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)methylthio)-4-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-1,8-naphthyridin-4(1H)-one (12). Alternatively, 12 could also be prepared by reacting 7 with 13 in DMF and K2CO3 as a mild base at 120 °C for 2 h, followed by oxidation with H2O2 resulting in the corresponding sulfonyl derivatives 14.  相似文献
