通过3-取代-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(3a~3m)和2-溴-2-(1H–1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-4′-氯代苯乙酮(2)的缩合反应, 合成了13个新型3-取代-6-(4-氯苯基)-7-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1',2',4'-三唑[3,4-b]-1",3",4"-噻二嗪衍生物4a~4m. 化合物结构经元素分析, 1H NMR, IR和MS进行了表征. 抗菌试验表明所合成的化合物对细菌表现出中等程度的抑制活性. 相似文献

以5-氨基-1H-1,2,4-三唑-3-羧酸乙酯为起始原料, 设计合成了11个新型的2-取代硫醚-5-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶基)-1,3,4-噁二唑类化合物(5)和6个新型的2-取代硫醚-5-(5,7-二甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶基)-1,3,4-噻二唑类化合物(8). 通过1H NMR, MS和元素分析对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 所合成的化合物均表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性, 其中化合物5k和8f的活性最好, 在50 mg/L浓度下对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制率达90%以上. 相似文献

在水热条件下,以2-(4-吡啶基)-1H-咪唑-4,5-二羧酸(H3PIDC)和1,10-菲咯啉衍生物为混合配体合成了2个镉(Ⅱ)配合物{[Cd3(HPIDC)3(DPPZ)3]·7H2O}n(1)和[Cd(HPIDC)(Imphen)(H2O)]2(2)(DPPZ=二吡啶并[3,2-a:2',3'-c]吩嗪;Imphen=咪唑并[4,5-f][1,10]菲咯啉),利用元素分析、红外光谱以及单晶X-射线衍射表征其结构。分析表明配合物1和2分别为一维链状与零维结构。此外,2个配合物展示了优良的热稳定性及光致发光特性。 相似文献

A series of novel 9-alkoxy-6,7-dihydro-2H-benzo[c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]azepin-3(5H)-one derivatives was designed and synthesized starting from 2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-7-hydroxy-1H-2-benzazepin-1-one. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by mass, 1H NMR infrared spectra, and elemental analysis. Their anticonvulsant activity was evaluated by maximal electroshock (MES) test, and their neurotoxic effects were determined by the rotarod neurotoxicity test. The results shown that 3k was the most active compound with median effective dose (ED50) of 27.3 mg/kg, median toxicity dose (TD50) of 118.3 mg/kg, and protective index (PI) of 4.3. Possible structure–activity relationship is discussed. 相似文献

A new series of 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]-quinoline derivatives were designed and synthesized to meet the structural requirements essential for anticancer activity. N-1-(5-Methylisoxazol-4-yl/4-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl/aryl)-N’-3-(4,5-dihydro-1-methyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinolin-7-yl) urea derivatives were accomplished in good yields by the reaction of 4,5-dihydro-1-methyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinolin-7-amine with 3-(3-chloro-5-fluoro-2-methoxyphenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazole-4-carboxylic acid, 4-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-1-carboxylic acid, and various simple aromatic carboxylic acids in the presence of diphenyl phosphoryl azide (DPPA). All the newly synthesized title compounds were characterized by elemental and spectral data. Furthermore, anticancer activity was screened for the title compounds (12a–j) in vitro against human neuroblastoma cell lines (SK N SH) and human colon carcinoma cell lines (COLO 205) by using the MTT cell viability method. A few of them (12a and 12b) possess significant cytotoxicity, and some other compounds 12d-f and 12j displayed moderate cytotoxicity against both cell lines. 相似文献

Irradiation of 1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline and several Me derivatives at 300 nm afforded the cisoid-fused, head-to-tail cyclobutane dimers 7bα,7cα,14bα,14cα - tetrahydro - 1,2,3a,8,9,10a - hexaazadibenzo [c,i]dicyclopenta[a,g]biphenylenes. However, 1,2,4 - triazolo[3,4-a]isoquinolines gave analogous cisoid-fused, head-to-head dimers except for the 5-Me derivative where the head-to-tail dimer was obtained.Codimerization occurred when 1 - methyl - 1,2,4 - triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline and 5 - methyl - 1,2,4 -triazolo[3,4-a]isoquinoline were irradiated at 300 nm, affording a cisoid-fused head-to-tail cyclobutane co-dimer as the single photoproduct. However, irradiation of their 5-Me substituted derivatives at 300 nm afforded the cisoid-fused, head-to-head, cyclobutane codimer and also a minor amount of the dimer derived from 5 - methyl -1,2,4- triazolo[4,3-a] quinoline. Irradiation of equimolar quantities of 2(1H)-quinolinone and 5 - methyl - 1,2,4 -triazolo [4,3-a]quinoline at 300 nm gave the known 2(1H)-quinolinone dimer and a minor amount of a cisoid-fused co-dimer of undetermined configuration. 相似文献

A green regioselective synthesis of some new and known 9-aryl-5,9-dihydropyrimido[4,5-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-6,8(4H,7H)-diones has been described via the microwave-assisted one-pot reaction of 3-amino-1H-1,2,4-triazoles, aromatic aldehydes and barbituric acids under solvent- and catalyst-free conditions. (+)-6-(2-Chlorophenyl)-3-cyclopropanecarbonyl-8,11-dimethyl-2,3,4, 5-tetrahydro-8H-pyrido[4',3':4,5]thieno[3,2-f]triazolo[4,3-a] [1,4]diazepine (E6123) is a very potent platelet-activating factor (PAF) receptor antagonist and shows potent anti-PAF activities at the microgram level in a variety of animal models. In order to examine the pharmacokinetics of E6123 at low doses, establishment of a radioimmunoassay is required. On the basis of the metabolic pattern of E6123, we synthesized 6-[2-chloro-4-(3-carboxypropyl) phenyl]-3-cyclopropanecarbonyl-8,11-dimethyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-8H -pyrido[4',3':4,5]thieno[3,2-f][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,4]diazepine 22 as a potential hapten. In the synthesis of 22, we developed butynyl carbamate as a piperidine ring N-protecting group to prevent possible side reaction, namely oxidation of the methylene at position 2. The crystal structure of the title compound 1-(4-fluorophenyl) -2-hexylthio-benzo [4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5(1H) -one(C23H21FN4O2S,Mr = 436.5) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 13.9854(3) ,b = 17.2678(4) ,c = 18.1828(5) ,β = 99.364(2) °,V = 4332.58(18) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.338,F(000) =1824,μ = 0.185 mm-1,MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073) ,R = 0.0538 and wR = 0.1162 for 4728 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) . X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bond and π-π interactions. 相似文献
