A palladium‐catalyzed direct C‐arylation reaction of readily available cage carboranyllithium reagents with aryl halides has been developed for the first time. This method is applicable to a wide range of aryl halide substrates including aryl iodides, aryl bromides, and heteroaromatic halides. 相似文献
For revealing the dynamics of partially obstructed breakup of bubbles in microfluidic Y‐junctions, the combination of dimensionless power‐law and geometric model was applied to study the effects of capillary number, bubble length, and channel angle on the bubble rupture process. In the squeezing process, the gas‐liquid interface curve follows the parabolic model. For the evolution of the bubble neck during breakup, the increase of the bubble length, the channel angle, and the capillary number leads to the decrease of the focus distance α. The chord m increases with the increase of the capillary number and the decrease of the bubble length, and it would reach the maximum value when the channel angle is 90°. In the fast pinch‐off stage during bubble breakup, the bubble's neck curve no longer conforms to the parabolic model so the focus and chord no longer exist. For the evolution of the bubble head during breakup, the value of γ approaches 1 with the increase of the capillary number and the bubble length, and with the close of the channel angle to 90°. It is found that the quadrilateral model can be applied for the partially obstructed rupture of bubbles in the symmetrical microfluidic Y‐junction. 相似文献
Ephedrae Herba is one of the most commonly used herbal medicines, and it has been shown that most of the clinical efficacy for cold and asthma is exerted by its alkaloidal components. A simple and sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography method was developed using a perfluorooctyl column for the simultaneous determination of five alkaloids (norephedrine, norpseudoephedrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and methylephedrine) in Ephedrae Herba. The mobile phase comprising acetonitrile and 15 mM ammonium trifluoroacetate was used to elute the targets in isocratic elution mode. The method was validated for linearity (R2 > 0.999), repeatability, intraday and interday precision, recoveries with trueness (93.87–110.99%), limits of detection (5.35–5.76 µg/mL), and limits of quantification (20 µg/mL). The quantitative results revealed that the developed method was precise and accurate. Then it was successfully applied to determine the difference in the contents of three batches of Ephedrae Herba from three pharmaceutical companies. 相似文献
Using the global particle-swarm optimization method and density functional theory,we predict a new stable two-dimensional layered material:MgSiP_2 with a low-buckled honeycomb lattice. Our HSE06 calculation shows that MgSiP_2 is an indirect-gap semiconductor with a band-gap of 1.20 eV,closed to that of bulk silicon.More remarkably,MgSiP2 exhibits worthwhile anisotropy along with electron and hole carrier mobility.A ultrahigh electron mobility is even up to 1.29 × 104 cm~2 V ~1 s ~1.while the hole mobility is nearly zero along the a direction. The large difference of the mobility between electron and hole together with the suitable band-gap suggest that MgSiP_2 may be a good candidate for solar cell or photochemical catalysis material.Furthermore,we explore MgSiP2 as an anode for sodium-ion batte ries.Upon Na adsorption, the semiconducting MgSiP2 transforms to a metallic state, ensuring good electrical conductivity.A maximum theoretical capacity of 1406 mAh/g,a small volume change(within 9.5%),a small diffusion barrier(~0.16 eV) and low average open-circuit voltages(~0.15 V) were found fo r MgSiP2 as an anode for sodium-ion batteries. These results are helpful to deepen the understanding of MgSiP2 as a nanoelectronic device and a potential anode for Na-ion batteries. 相似文献

Fluorinated stationary phases provide unique separation effect on basic compounds, due to the fluorine atoms, and pentafluorophenyl stationary phases (PFPs) are the most widely used. Considering that some fluoroalkyls have higher fluorine contents than PFPs do, it is speculated that fluoroalkyl stationary phases should have potential new applications. Herein, we synthesized a silica-based stationary phase bonding perfluoroctyl (FC8) proved by characterization through elemental analysis and solid-state 13C cross-polarization/magic-anglespinning nuclear magnetic resonance. The chromatographic behavior of the stationary phase was evaluated with test compounds. In addition, to further study the applicability of FC8 materials, Corydalis decumbens (Thunb.) Pers. fraction, considered as a challenging medicine on reversed-phase chromatography columns, was chosen as a test sample. Results demonstrated that the FC8 stationary phase had better and more satisfactory separation performance than the PFP stationary phase on basic compounds.
