三(3,5-二氟苄基)氯化锡和四(邻氯苄基)锡的合成、晶体结构及量子化学

3,5-二氟苄基氯和邻氯基苄基氯在适当的溶剂中与锡粉反应,合成了三（3,5-二氟苄基）氯化锡（1）和四（邻氯苄基）锡（2）,经X射线衍射方法测定了新化合物的晶体结构。化合物1属单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶体学参数：a=1.858 33（11）nm,b=1.140 98（7）nm,c=2.690 06（16）nm,β=109.288（10）°,V=5.383 6（6）nm³,Z=8,D_c=1.532 g·cm^-3,μ（Mo Kα）=13.61 cm^-1,F（000）=2 480,R₁=0.085 1,wR₂=0.168 1。化合物2属单斜晶系,空间群为P2₁/m,晶体学参数：a=0.585 54（5）nm,b=1.969 74（18）nm,c=0.857 86（8）nm,β=95.204 0（10）°,V=0.985 34（15）nm³,Z=2,D_c=1.805 g·cm^-3,μ（Mo Kα）=14.91 cm^-1,F（000）=524,R₁=0.054 0,wR₂=0.163 9;中心锡原子为畸变四面体构型。对其结构进行量子化学从头计算,探讨了化合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及部分前沿分子轨道的组成特征。测定了化合物的热稳定性。     

四(邻氟苄基)锡及一维链状三苄基锡二茂铁甲酸酯的合成、结构及性质

合成了四(邻氟苄基)锡(1)和一维链状三苄基锡二茂铁甲酸酯(2),经X射线衍射方法测定了化合物的晶体结构.化合物1属为四方晶系,空间群I4₁/a,晶体学参数a=1.967 94(16) nm,b=1.967 94(16) nm,c=0.593 16(5) nm,V=2.297 2(3) nm³,Z=4,D_c=1. 605 g·cm^-3,μ(Mo Kα)=11.58 cm^-1,F(000)=1 112,R₁=0.020 8,wR₂=0.057 6.化合物2属单斜晶系,空间群为P2₁/n,晶体学参数:a=1.593 54(12) nm,b=1.007 23(8) nm,c=1.700 26(13)56 nm,β=91.001(10)°,V=2.728 6(4) nm³,Z=4,D_c=1.521 g·cm^-3,μ(Mo Kα)=14.74 cm^-1,F(000)=1 256,R₁=0.038 4,wR₂=0.095 2.晶体的中心锡原子分别呈四配位畸变四面体构型和五配位畸变三角双锥构型.对其结构进行量子化学从头计算,探讨了配合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及部分前沿分子轨道的组成特征.测定了配合物的热稳定性和体外抗癌活性.     

两个苯甲羟肟酸有机锡配合物的合成、结构及抗癌活性

合成了2个苯甲羟肟酸有机锡配合物：[(o-Cl-C₆H₄CH₂)₂Sn (C₆H₅CONO)₂](1)和[(o-CH₃-C₆H₄CH₂)₂Sn (C₆H₅CONO)(C₆H₅COO)](2)。通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热重分析、单晶X射线衍射等方法对配合物进行了结构表征,对其结构进行量子化学从头计算和体外抗癌活性研究。结果显示：配合物均为单锡核结构,配合物1为六配位的畸变八面体构型,配合物2为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型;配合物1对人宫颈癌细胞(HeLa)、肝癌细胞(HuH-7)和肺腺癌细胞(H1975)显示出比临床使用的顺铂强的抑制活性,而配合物2的抑制活性要弱得多。     

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Two Tin(Ⅳ) Complexes with Aminosilane Bearing Ligand

Aminosilane bearing bulky substituents on nitrogen: LH2(L=Me2Si(NDipp-)2 , Dipp=2,6-diisopropylphenyl) was reacted with BuLi in toluene. The resulting bulky chelating dianion Me2Si(NDipp-)2 was used to synthesize the unusual spirocyclic heterotriatomic complex [Me2Si(NDipp)2]2Sn (1) by its reaction with SnCl4 and the bulky heterotriatomic complex Me2Si(NDipp)2SnPh2 (2) with Ph2SnCl2.1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a=13.193(2), b=20.663(3), c=20.403(3), β=99.954(2)o, V=5478.3(15)3 , C55H85.5N4Si2Sn, Mr=977.64, Z=4, Dc=1.185Mg/m3 , μ(MoKα)=0.547mm-1 , F(000)=2086, S=1.000, the final R=0.0614 and wR=0.1322 for 14446 observed reflections (I2σ(I)) and R=0.0797 and wR=0.1456 for all data. 2 belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pī with a=10.36(15), b=13.204(7), c=14.363(7), α=90.214(10), β=106.182(7), γ=109.854(8)o, V=1764.4(15)3 , C38H50N2SiSn, Mr=681.58, Z=2, Dc=1.283 Mg/m3 , μ(MoKα)=0.785 mm-1 , F(000)=712, S=1.002, the final R=0.0498 and wR=0.0955 for 7533 observed reflections (I2σ(I)) and R=0.0676 and wR=0.1018 for all data. In the structure of 1, the tin atom is located in the spirocyclic center of the two fused four-membered SnN 2 Si rings. The two complexes were characterized by 1H NMR, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray structural analysis.     

原子荧光光谱法测定镉锭中锡的含量

采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定镉锭中锡含量,研究了基体镉对锡的干扰及消除方法,优化了氢化物的发生条件,建立了镉锭中锡含量的快速分析方法。实验证明,原子荧光光谱法对锡的检出限为0.08mg/kg,回收率为99.0%～104.0%,方法准确、可靠,用于日常样品分析,取得了很好的效果。     

Structural, optical and electrical properties of Cd-doped SnO2 thin films grown by RF reactive magnetron co-sputtering

Transparent conducting SnO₂:Cd thin films were prepared by RF reactive magnetron co-sputtering on glass slides at a substrate temperature of 500 °C using CdO as cadmium source. The films were deposited under a mixed argon/oxygen atmosphere. The structural, optical and electrical properties were analyzed as a function of the Cd amount in the target. The X-ray diffraction shows that polycrystalline films were grown with both the tetragonal and orthorhombic phases of SnO₂. The obtained films have high transmittance and conductivity. The figure of merit of SnO₂:Cd films are in the order of 10⁻³ Ω⁻¹, which suggests that these films can be considered as candidates for transparent electrodes.     

Unexpected formation of a dimeric cation-anionic complex of hypercoordinated tin in the reaction of bis[(2-oxopyrrolidino)methyl]tin dichloride with AgBF4

A new cation-anionic complex of hypercoordinated tin, {[L₂Sn(OH)]⁺ BF₄ ^?}₂ (L is a bidentate (2-oxopyrrolidino)methyl C,O-chelating ligand), was obtained by the reaction of L₂SnCl₂ with AgBF₄ and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. In crystalline form, the BF₄ ^? anions are bound to the dications through O?H...F hydrogen bonds (the H?F distance is 1.78 Å). The octahedral coordination of the Sn atoms is strongly distorted because of a weak additional interaction with solvate molecules of dioxane (the Sn?O distance is 3.16 Å).     

Transition metal catalysed Grignard-like allylic activation across tetragonal tin(II) oxide

The reaction of allyl halide and a carbonyl compound under the aegis of tetragonal tin(II) oxide and catalyticd ⁸,d¹⁰ metal complexes provides the corresponding homoallylic alcohol, via a novel allyl tin intermediate.
