Study of depth-dependent tetragonal distortion of quaternary AIInGaN epilayer by Rutherford backscattering/channeling

<正>A 240-nm thick Al_0.4In_0.02Ga_0.58N layer is grown by metal organic chemical vapour deposition,with an over 1-μm thick GaN layer used as a buffer layer on a substrate of sapphire（0001）.Rutherford backscattering and channeling are used to characterize the microstructure of AlInGaN.The results show a good crystalline quality of AlInGaN(x_min= 1.5%) with GaN buffer layer.The channeling angular scan around an off-normal（1213） axis in the {1010} plane of the AlInGaN layer is used to determine tetragonal distortion e_T,which is caused by the elastic strain in the AlInGaN.The resulting AlInGaN is subjected to an elastic strain at interfacial layer,and the strain decreases gradually towards the near-surface layer.It is expected that an epitaxial AlInGaN thin film with a thickness of 850 nm will be fully relaxed （e_T=0）.     

Structure change of 156Yb at high-spin states

High-spin states of ¹⁵⁶Yb have been studied via the ¹⁴⁴Sm(¹⁶O,4n)¹⁵⁶Yb fusion-evaporation reaction at beam energy 102~MeV. The positive-parity yrast band and negative-parity cascade have been extended up to higher-spin states, respectively. The characteristics of the negative-parity sequence above the 25^－ state may related to the excitation from the nucleon in the Z=64, N=82 core. The E-GOS curve for the positive-parity yrast sequence in ¹⁵⁶Yb indicate that this nucleus may undergo an evolution from quasivibrational to quasirotational structure with increasing angular momentum. The Cranked Woods-Saxon-Strutinsky calculations by means of Total-Routhian-Surface (TRS) methods has been made to understand this structure change.     

Charge Transport and Magnetotransport Properties of Polyimide Irradiated by 80keV Co Ions

Charge transport properties of polyimide films implanted with 80 keV Co ions at two different fluences （series I： 1.25 × 10^17 ions/cm^2, series Ⅱ： 1.75 × 10^17 ions/cm^2） are studied in detail. For series I, the temperature dependence of surface resistivity fits Mott＇s equation very well. It is on the insulating side of the insulator-metal transition （IMT）. However, for series Ⅱ, the temperature dependence of surface resistivity is not in agreement with Mott＇s equation. It is on the metallic side of lMT. The magnetotransport properties of these two series are also studied. No significant magnetoresistive effect is observed for series I at both 5 K and 300 K. For series Ⅱ, an obvious magnetoresistive effect is observed at 5 K, while there is no magnetoresistive effect at 300 K. Rutherford backscattering spectrometry （RBS） is applied to confirm the actual fluence for these two series.     

介孔分子筛Al-MCM-41的合成与催化异构化性能

采用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,九水硝酸铝为铝源,十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTMABr)为模板剂,在室温条件下合成了介孔Al-MCM-41分子筛.通过XRD、N2等温吸附、SEM、FTIR等分析测试手段表征了分子筛的介孔结构和表面性质.结果表明所合成的分子筛有良好的介孔结构和较高的有序度,并且有较高的比表面积(达到816 m2·g-1)和窄的孔径分布.采用程序升温的焙烧方式、凝胶Al/Si比最大范围控制在0.06～0.13有利于合成高度有序的介孔Al-MCM-41分子筛.评价结果表明,所合成的Al-MCM-41分子筛对桥式四氢双环戊二烯(endo-TCD)异构化反应合成挂式异构体exo-TCD及金刚烷具有较高的催化活性和极高的选择性.     

红外双波段双层谐衍射光学系统设计

将谐衍射透镜应用在传统红外单波段佩茨瓦尔(Petzval)物镜上,设计得到工作波段处于3.4~4.2μm和8~11μm的红外双波段单层谐衍射光学系统。但单层谐衍射元件的衍射效率只在设计波长处衍射效率最高,随着波长相对设计中心波长向两侧偏离,主衍射级次的衍射效率逐渐下降。为提高含单层谐衍射元件光学系统的衍射效率,基于双层衍射元件衍射效率表达式研究了双层谐衍射元件的结构优化,给出了优化方法。设计出佩茨瓦尔型红外双波段双层谐衍射光学系统,其在3.4~4.2μm和8~11μm两个工作波段的衍射效率均达到90%以上,相比含有单层谐衍射面的光学系统衍射效率有了很大提升,提高了像面衬比度,完善了系统成像质量。     

Single-Proton Pickup Reaction of the Halo Nucleus ^6He on a ^9Be Target at 25 MeV/nucleon

The inclusive differential cross sections of the ^7 Li nucleus in a reaction induced by ^6He on a ^9Be target are measured at an incident energy of 25 MeV/nucleon. Finite-range distorted-wave Born approximation calculations suggest that these ^7 Li particles are formed in a direct single-proton pickup reaction ^9Be（^6He,^7 Li）^8Li. The experimental data can be well reproduced by taking into account of the contributions of both the ground states and the first excited states of ^7Li and ^8Li.
