环氧化三元乙丙橡胶增韧聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯的脆韧转变 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
环氧化的三元乙丙橡胶(eEPDM)与聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)共混可以使PBT共混体的缺口冲击强度获得很大的提高.当eEPDM橡胶浓度为24wt%时,PBTeEPDM共混体的缺口冲击强度是纯PBT的12倍.随着eEPDM含量的增加,在室温下PBTeEPDM共混体出现了明显的脆韧转变,其脆韧转变的临界粒子间距为0.49μm.橡胶的加入及含量的增加使PBT体系的脆韧转变温度(TBD)向低温移动,且PBTuEPDM与PBTeEPDM共混体脆韧转变温度的差随橡胶含量的增加而逐渐增大.扫描电镜照片表明,在橡胶组成相同的情况下,PBT基体中分散的eEPDM粒子明显小于未环氧化的EPDM粒子.且eEPDM橡胶的粒子间距(ID)也明显地低于uEPDM橡胶粒子的ID,这导致PBTeEPDM共混体系在室温下出现脆韧转变. 相似文献

在胶束电动色谱模式下考察了影响原儿茶醛、丹参素和原儿茶酸分离的重要因素并优化了关键的分离条件,建立了一种简单快速的利用毛细管胶束电动色谱DAD检测器分离分析原儿茶醛、丹参素、原儿茶酸的新方法.当缓冲溶液为50 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.2)和20 mmol/L SDS,分离电压为15 kV和分离温度为25℃时,三种分析物在10 min内实现了基线分离.结果表明,所建立的分离方法的线性范围宽,检出限低,重现性好.并利用该方法测定了复方丹参滴丸中的原儿茶醛和丹参素. 相似文献

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) can separate charged and neutral substances with high speed and efficiency. In this paper, utilizing meso-octamethylcalix[4]pyrrole, meso-tetraspirocyclohexylcalJx[4]pyrrole, bimethyl bi(2-pyrryl)- methane and 1,1-bi(2-pyrryl)cyclohexane as additives in capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) electrolyte, their recognition ability to inorganic anions was discussed. The dipyrrylmethanes have better recognition ability than others. Their effects on separation of seven normal inorganic anions by CZE were studied. 相似文献

Ionic liquids are a type of salts that are liquid at low temperature (<100℃). Because of their some special properties, they have been widely used as new “green solvents” for many chemical reactions and liquid-liquid extraction in the past several years. In this paper, a new method for the separation of nucleotides is developed and the essential feature of the method is that 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium salts are used as mobile phase additives, resulting in a baseline separation of nucleotides without need of gradient elution and need of organic solvent addition as currently used in RP-HPLC. This study shows the potential application of ionic liquids as mobile phase additives in reversed-phase liquid chromatograohy. 相似文献
