高效液相色谱-示差折光检测器法测定复配消毒液中3种双链季铵盐的含量

提出了高效液相色谱-示差折光检测器法测定复配消毒液中二癸基二甲基氯化铵、辛基癸基二甲基氯化铵、二辛基二甲基氯化铵等3种双链季铵盐含量的方法。复配消毒液样品经流动相稀释,以Welchrom C₁₈色谱柱为固定相,以体积比70:30的乙腈-0.01 mol·L^-1丁烷磺酸钠溶液的混合溶液(pH 3.5)为流动相进行洗脱,采用示差折光检测器测定3种双链季铵盐的含量。结果表明：3种双链季铵盐的质量浓度在50～1 000 mg·L^-1内与对应的峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为3.3～5.1 mg·L^-1;对实际样品进行3个浓度水平的加标回收试验,回收率为91.0%～105%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.3%～2.2%。采用独立样本t检验法比对本方法与高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器法是否具有显著性差异,结果显示两组检测结果t值为1.85,P值为0.089,表明无显著性差异。     

Columnar growth of crystalline silicon films on aluminium-coated glass by inductively coupled plasma CVD at room temperature

Silicon films were grown on aluminium-coated glass by inductively coupled plasma CVD at room temperature using a mixture of SiH₄ and H₂ as the source gas. The microstructure of the films was evaluated using Raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. It was found that the films are composed of columnar grains and their surfaces show a random and uniform distribution of silicon nanocones. Such a microstructure is highly advantageous to the application of the films in solar cells and electron emission devices. Field electron emission measurement of the films demonstrated that the threshold field strength is as low as ～9.8V/μm and the electron emission characteristic is reproducible. In addition, a mechanism is suggested for the columnar growth of crystalline silicon films on aluminium-coated glass at room temperature.     

化学气相输运法制备ZnO晶体

采用化学气相输运法在常压开放系统中,以ZnO粉体为原料,HCl和NH3为输运气体,O2和H2O为反应气体,适度过量的HCl作为刻蚀性气体,在(0001)方向的蓝宝石籽晶片上制备了(0002)方向定向生长的ZnO晶体,且a、b轴生长速度明显高于c轴方向.以(0002)方向的ZnO籽晶片作基片,制备了ZnO单晶厚膜,晶体呈螺旋状外延生长,正极面的单晶摇摆曲线半高宽为543.6弧秒.     

通过式固相萃取净化/高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速测定水产品中6种麻醉剂残留

建立了一种快速测定水产品中6种麻醉剂(普鲁卡因、利多卡因、布比卡因、丁卡因、3-氨基苯甲酸乙酯甲基磺酸盐、苯佐卡因)的高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品以水和1%甲酸乙腈提取,提取液经PRiME HLB固相萃取柱净化,以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C_(18)色谱柱(3.0 mm×150 mm,3.5μm)分离,多反应监测(MRM)正离子模式检测,外标法定量。结果表明,6种组分在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r~2)为0.993 8～0.998 7,方法检出限(LOD)为1.5～6.0μg/kg,定量下限(LOQ)为5.0～20μg/kg,平均加标回收率为76.8%～110%,相对标准偏差为4.2%～11%。该方法前处理操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏,适用于水产品中6种麻醉剂残留的快速测定。     

Evidence of phase separation in Nd1-xSrxMnO3 （x=0.50, 0.51, 0.52, 0.53, 0.54, 0.55）

The temperature dependence of Mn ion magnetization and the conductivity difference versus temperature provide phase separation evidence in Nd1-xSrxMnO3 (x=0.50, 0.51, 0.52, 0.53, 0.54, 0.55). This is different from other reports and may suggest that a fully charge-ordered state exists in quite a narrow range; the sample preparation procedure affects the charge ordering. The polaron effect also plays an important role in explaining the conductivity.

RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENTS Persistent Homoclinic Orbits for a Perturbed Coupled Nonlinear Schroedinger System

We consider the following perturbed coupled nonlinear Schrodinger system (CNLS)     

SELECTION OF RECOMBINANT VACCINIA VIRUSES (TIAN TAN STRAIN) EXPRESSING HEPATITIS B VIRUS SURFACE ANTIGEN BY USING β-GALACTOSIDASE AS A MARKER*

We constructed a plasmid that contains a small piece of DNA with two vaccinis promoters running in opposite directions——a promoter from a late gene encoding an 11 K polypeptide (P11) and a promoter from an early gene encoding 25K(P25). These promoters were isolated from the Tian Tan strain of vaccinia virus and were flanked by the thymidine kinase (TK) sequence of the same virus. Genes encoding the hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) and the Rscherichia coli β-galactosidase (LacZ) were inserted downstream of the 11 K and 25 K promoters respectively so that coexpression plasmids were constructed. Recombinant vaccinis Viruses were selected directly by picking blue plaques formed under overlaying agarose medium containing X-gal. HBsAg was expressed to high level by these recombinant viruses. These recombinant viruses showed reduced virulence on rabbit skin and induced anti-HBs after intrsdermal inoculation of rabbits.
