ELECTROCHEMICAL COPOLYMERIZATION OF 3-（4-FLUOROPHENYL）THIOPHENE AND 3-METHYLTHIOPHENE IN BORON TRIFLUORIDE DIETHYL ETHERATE

The copolymer poly（3-（4-fluorophenyl）thiophene-co-3-methylthiophene） was successfully prepared from mixtures of 3-（4-fluorophenyl）thiophene （FPT） and 3-methylthiophene （MET） via electrochemical oxidation in boron trifluoride diethyl etherate （BFEE） and its mixed electrolytes with acetonitrile （ACN）. The influence of monomer concentration ratios on the copolymerization was investigated by using linear sweep voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry. The structure and morphology of these copolymer films were elucidated by UV-Vis, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, respectively. The results showed that the molar ratio of FPT and MeT units, when copolymer was electrodeposited from feed ratio of FPT：MeT = 1：2, was about 1.08：1. In addition, the introduction of ACN into BFEE has little effect on the properties of as-formed copolymers.     

Binding Model and 3D-QSAR of 3-（2-Chloropyrid-5- ylmethylamino）-2-cyanoacrylates as PSⅡ Electron Transport Inhibitor

The binding model of 3-（2-chloropyrid-5-ylmethylamino）-2-cyanoacrylate photosystem Ⅱ （PSⅡ） electron transport inhibitors with the D 1 protein of PSII was built. The high herbicidal activity of this kind of inhibitors was explained by docking studies： in addition to usual factors, the N atom on the pyridine ring could form an H-bond with the backbone amide of Phe265 on the D1 protein. 3D-QSAR analysis on sixteen 3-（2-chloropyrid-5-yl- methylamino）-2-cyanoacrylate compounds was performed using CoMFA method to explain the nature of interactions between the compounds and D1 protein. These studies may provide useful insights for designing new PSII electron transport inhibitors.     

4- (4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)-3-硫代脲酸甲酯的合成晶体结构及量子化学研究

4-（4,6-Dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl）-3-thio-allophanic acid methyl ester was synthesized with mixing 2-amino-4,6- dimethylpyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction measurement were obtained by recrystallization from dimethylformamide at room temperature. The crystal belongs to monoclinic symmetry with space group C2/m, and crystal parameters of a= 1.7537（5） nm, b= 0.6759（2） nm, c=1.1148（3） nm, β=118.557（4）°, V=1.1605（6） nm^3, Z=4, De= 1.375 g/cm^3,μ=0.271 mm^-1, F（000）=504, and 1519 [1〉2σ（I）] observable independent reflections were used for the determination and refmement of the crystal structures with final R1 of 0.0372 and wR2 of 0.0992. The theoretical investigation of the title compound was carried out with DRT-B3LYP/6-311G, HF/6-311G and MP2/6-311G methods, and the atomic net charges and the population were discussed.     

3-三氟-2-羟基/氨基-1-氟代丙基膦酸酯的合成

Reaction of diethyl 2,2-difluoro-3-（a-methylbenzyl）imino-4,4,4-trifluoropropanephosphonate （3） with triethylamine afforded a mixture of normal [1,3]-proton shift reaction product 5 and its HF-eliminated compound 6Z in 1 ： 1 ratio. Upon hydrolysis, this reaction mixture gave solely 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-2-dioxypropanephosphonate （9）. Reaction of 3 with DBU provided only 6, in which the ratio of E/Z forms was dependent on the reaction conditions. Aqueous hydrolysis of 6 led to 9. Catalytic hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis of 6 gave geometric isomers of 11 as expected. The reaction mechanism involved was discussed.     

Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Ionic Liquid Polymer： Poly（1-（3-aminobenzyl）-3-methylimidazolium chloride）

A new type of polymerizable ionic liquid （IL） 1-（3-aminobenzyl）-3-methylimidazolium chloride （AMIC） was synthesized to obtain a novel polymer salt poly（1-（3-aminobenzyl）-3-methylimidazolium chloride） （PAMIC）. The AMIC was structurally characterized by mass spectrometry and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry （FTIR）. The structure, morphology and properties of PAMIC were investigated by FTIR, ultraviolet visible absorption spectra （UV-Vis）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy （EDX）, conductivity measurement and thermo- gravimetric analysis （TGA）. The PAMIC was spherulitic with an average diameter of about 50 nm and showed high conductivity and excellent thermal stability.     

Synthesis of 4-(4-Methylsulfonylphenyl)-3-phenyl-2(3H)-thiazole Thione Derivatives as New Potential COX-2 Inhibitors

Synthesis of novel 4-（4-methylsulfonylphenyl）-3-phenyl-2（3H）-thiazole thione derivatives with functionalized diarylheterocycle pharmacophore as potential COX-2 inhibitors was described. The title compounds were synthesized by cyclocondensation of corresponding dithiocarbamate and 2-bromo-1-（4-methylsulfonylphenyl）ethanone, followed by dehydration with H2SO4. All of the target compounds were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and mass spectral data.     

用非等温DSC估算3,4-双(4’-硝基呋咱-3’-基)-2-氧化呋咱(BNFOF)放热自催化分解反应的热爆炸临界温升速率和动力学参数

A method of estimating the kinetic parameters and the critical rate of temperature rise in the thermal explosion for the autocatalytic decomposition of 3,4-bis（4＇-nitrofurazan-3＇-yl）-2-oxofurazan （BNFOF） with non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） was presented. The rate equation for the decomposition of BNFOF was cstablished, and information was obtained on the rate of temperature increase in BNFOF when the empiric-order autocatalytic decomposition was converted into thermal explosion.     

2-氰基-3-甲硫基-3-取代甲氨基丙烯酸酯类化合物的合成及其除草活性

A series of 2-cyano-3-methylthio-3-substituted methylaminoacrylates were synthesized as herbicidal inhibitors of photosystem Ⅱ （PSⅡ） electron transport, in order to estimate the effect of fluorine atom, pyridyl group, chirality and ester chain on activity. The important intermediate 2-fluoro-5-aminomethylpyridine was synthesized with high yield. The bioassay results showed that most of rifle compounds had high herbicidal activity in postemergence treatment. The introduction of an a-methyl into the 3-substituted methylamino could improve the activity notably. The replacement of hydrogen by chlorine or fluorine group and phenyl by pyridyl group showed different effects, and at the same time, the ester chain affected the activity too.     

A Convenient Synthesis of 6,8-Dimethoxy-3-[（2-（4-methoxyphenyl）ethyl）isocoumarin

6,8-Dimethoxy-3-[2-（4-methoxyphenyl）ethyl]isocoumarin was synthesized by condensation of 5,7-dimethoxyhompophthalic acid with 3-（4-methoxyphenyl）propanoyl chloride. The structure of the synthesized compound was confirmed by its mass spectrometric studies. The synthesized compound serves as a model for synthesis of DL-agrimonolide.     

Synthesis,Bioactivity and Crystal Structure Analysis of 2-（Benzo [d]isothiazol-3-yloxy）-N-（3-cyano-l-（4- fluorophenyl）-lH-pyrazol-5-yl） Acetamide

A novel benzisothiazolin-3-one derivative, 2-（benzo[d]isothiazol-3-yloxy）-N-（3- cyano-l-（4-fluorophenyl）-lH-pyrazol-5-yl） acetamide （8）, was synthesized from the initial compound benzo[d]isothiazol-3（2H）-one （BIT） 1 and 4-fluoroaniline 3. The structure of the target compound 8 was determined by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR. The single crystals of intermediate compound 6 and the target compound 8 were obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The preliminary biological activity was also evaluated and the results showed tile target compound exhibited a good anti-microbial activity.     

Reactions of 3-(4-Aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-Benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-Nucleophiles

The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. N-Nucleophiles such as arylamines, heterocyclic amines, and hydrazine derivatives undergo this reaction.     

Pd-catalyzed synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles

An efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles via carbopalladation is described. In this approach, an Ugi-4-component reaction (4-CR) adduct was used as the starting material. A one-pot sequence involving intermolecular carbopalladation C-H activation/C-C bond formation efficiently afforded the oxindole derivatives.     

采用通透性处理的安大略假丝酵母全细胞高效合成(R)-2-氯-1-(3-氯苯基)乙醇(英文)

考察了利用安大略假丝酵母(Candida ontarioensis)静息细胞不对称催化2-氯-1-(3-氯苯基)乙酮合成(R)-2-氯-1-(3-氯苯基)乙醇的转化反应条件.结果表明,当底物浓度为10g/L时,在最适转化条件下反应72h,产物的ee值和产率分别达到99.9%和99.0%.采用4g/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对Candida ontarioensis细胞于4℃通透性处理20min后,全细胞的酶活提高2倍以上.当底物浓度提高为30g/L,转化24h后,产物的ee和产率分别达到99.9%和97.5%.该研究为高效制备(R)-2-氯-1-(3-氯苯基)乙醇提供了可行途径,并为生物催化合成芳基手性醇类手性中间体提供了理论指导。     

DIASTEREOSELECTIVE SYNTHESIS AND STEREOCHEMISTRY OF (Z)-1-[3-ARYL-2-(PHENYLSULFANYL)-2-OXIRANYL]-1-ETHANONES

Diastereoselective synthesis of a series of (Z)-1-[3-aryl-2-(phenylsulfanyl)-2-oxiranyl]-1-ethanones was effected from the reaction of (Z)-4-aryl-3-(phenylsulfanyl)-3-buten-2-ones with alkaline hydrogen peroxide in tetrahydrofuran. The stereochemistry of the oxiranes has been deduced from two-dimensional NOESY spectrum.     

3-(2-Quinolyl)- and 3-(5-carbethoxyfuryl-2)coumarins

3-(2-Quinolyl)- and 3-(5-carbethoxyfuryl-2)coumarins were prepared by reaction of substituted salicylaldehydes and hetarylacetonitriles. 3-取代酚酮5位偶联产物的溴氧化成环反应

报道了采用溴氧化3-异丙烯基(艹卓)酚酮和3-肉桂酰基(艹卓)酚酮合成杂环并(艹卓)酮化合物的新方法。3-异丙烯基(艹卓)酚酮5位偶联产物1a～1f和3-肉桂酰基(艹卓)酚酮5位偶联产物3a～3d分别在吡啶介质中与过量溴作用生成5-取代苯偶氮基-7-溴-3-甲基-8-氢环庚并呋喃-8-酮2a～2f和6-取代苯偶氮基-2-苯基-8-溴-4,9-二氢环庚并吡喃-4,9-二酮4a～4d。     

Synthesis of Conjugated Systems Based on 3-(5-Methylfur-2-yl)-2-(3-oxobutyl)benzofurans

Methods were developed for the synthesis of 3-butyl-2-(3-oxobutenyl)benzofurans and 3-(3-furylbenzofuran-2-yl)acrylic acids on the basis of 3-furyl-2-(3-oxobutyl)benzofurans.     

Dialkylative Cyclization Reactions of 3-(Phenylthio)-3-Sulfolenes

3-(Phenylthio)-3-sulfolene (4) underwent bridged dialkylative cyclization with 2-methylene-1,3-diiodopropane to give the bridged bicyclic 3-sulfolene 23, and spirodialkylation with 1,4-diiodobutane and 1,5-diiodopentane to give the spiro bicyclic 3-sulfolenes 15 as the major product. The reaction of 4 with 1,3-diiodopropane led to the fused bicyclic 2-sulfolene 12. 3-(Phenylthio)-3-sulfolenes bearing an ω-iodoalkyl group at the C-2 position gave the fused bicyclic 2-sulfolenes 28 and/or the spiro bicyclic 3-sulfolene 29 depending on the chain length.     

Synthesis of Gingerenone C and 5-Hydroxy-1-(4'-hydroxy- 3'-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4"-hydroxyphenyl)-3-heptanone

The two diarylheptanoids (E)-1-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4"-hydroxyphenyl) hept-4-en-3-one 1 (Gingerenone C) and (±)-5-hydroxy-1-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4"-hydroxyphenyl)-3-heptanone 2 were synthesized from vanillin 3 and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde 9.
