3-(2-Quinolyl)- and 3-(5-carbethoxyfuryl-2)coumarins

3-(2-Quinolyl)- and 3-(5-carbethoxyfuryl-2)coumarins were prepared by reaction of substituted salicylaldehydes and hetarylacetonitriles. Reactions of 3-(4-Aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-Benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-Nucleophiles

The reaction of 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)-2-iminocoumarins with N-nucleophiles was studied. This reaction gives 2-N-substituted 3-(4-aryl-2-thiazolyl)- and 3-(2-benzothiazolyl)iminocourmarins. N-Nucleophiles such as arylamines, heterocyclic amines, and hydrazine derivatives undergo this reaction.     

Pd-catalyzed synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles

An efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of 3-(diarylmethylene)-2-oxindoles and 3-(arylmethylene)-2-oxindoles via carbopalladation is described. In this approach, an Ugi-4-component reaction (4-CR) adduct was used as the starting material. A one-pot sequence involving intermolecular carbopalladation C-H activation/C-C bond formation efficiently afforded the oxindole derivatives.     

3-(2-Pyridyl)coumarins

3-(2-Pyridyl)coumarins were prepared by reaction of substituted salicylaldehydes and 2-pyridylacetonitrile. 2-Polyfluoroalkylchromones. 14. Synthesis of 4-chloro-3(5)-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5(3)-polyfluoroalkylpyrazoles

3-Chloro-2-polyfluoroalkyl- and 3-chloro-6-nitro-2-polyfluoroalkylchromones were synthesized. These compounds react with N₂H₄·2HCl on boiling in ethanol to form 4-chloro-3(5)-(2-hydroxyaryl)-5(3)-polyfluoroalkylpyrazoles.     

Synthesis of （S）-2-（3-Arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）ethoxy]phenyl}propanoic Acids

The synthesis of （S）-2-（3-arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）etho- xy]phenyl}propanoic acids is described. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H-NMR.     

Reaction of 2-(2-oxoethylidene)furan-3(2H)-ones with isopropylidenehydrazides of aromatic carboxylic acids: Synthesis of 3-hydroxy-3-(2-oxoethyl)-2,3-dihydropyridazin-4(1H)-ones

3-Hydroxy-3-(2-oxoethyl)-6-phenyl-2,3-dihydropyridazin-4(1H)-ones were obtained by the reaction of methyl 3-oxo-5-phenylfuran-2(3H)-ylideneacetate or 2-[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-oxoethylidene]-5-phenylfuran-3(2H)-one with benzoic or p-nitrobenzoic isopropylidenehydrazides. DIASTEREOSELECTIVE SYNTHESIS AND STEREOCHEMISTRY OF (Z)-1-[3-ARYL-2-(PHENYLSULFANYL)-2-OXIRANYL]-1-ETHANONES

Diastereoselective synthesis of a series of (Z)-1-[3-aryl-2-(phenylsulfanyl)-2-oxiranyl]-1-ethanones was effected from the reaction of (Z)-4-aryl-3-(phenylsulfanyl)-3-buten-2-ones with alkaline hydrogen peroxide in tetrahydrofuran. The stereochemistry of the oxiranes has been deduced from two-dimensional NOESY spectrum.     

Synthesis of 4-Hydroxy- and 4-Amino-2-Methyl-3-(2-Methylindol-3-Yl)methylquinolines and Their 6- and 8-Substituted Derivatives

A method has been developed for the synthesis of substituted 4-hydroxy- and 4-amino-2-methyl-3-(2-methylindol-3-yl)methylquinolines by treating the corresponding 4-hydroxy(chloro)-2-methyl-3-(3-oxobutyl)quinolines with phenylhydrazine hydrochloride. It was found that nucleophilic substitution occurred in the case of the 4-chloroquinolines together with subsequent rearrangement to give the 4-amino derivatives. The thiosemicarbazones of the corresponding 4-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-(3-oxobutyl)quinolines were also obtained.__________Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 554–557, April, 2005.     

Reaction of 2-(2-Azahetaryl)-4-chloro-3-oxobutyronitriles with Substituted Benzaldehyde Hydrazones. Unexpected Formation of 4-Arylideneamino-2-(1-R-benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-oxobutyronitriles

The reaction of 2-(2-azahetaryl)-3-oxo-4-chlorobutyronitriles with substituted benzaldehyde hydrazones gives 4-arylideneamino-2-(1-R-benzimidazol-2-yl)-3-oxobutyronitriles, the structures of which were proved using spectroscopic data, the results of elemental analysis, and through their chemical reactions. It was found that the reaction course depends on the basicity of the heterocyclic fragment in the starting nitrile. A likely mechanism for the process is proposed.     

Chemistry of 3-hetarylcoumarins. 2. 3-(2-thiazolyl)coumarins

3-(2-Thiazolyl)coumarins were obtained by the reaction of substituted salicylaldehydes with 2-thiazolylacetonitriles. (E)-N-芳基-3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]咔唑的合成、抗氧化活性及促进鼠骨髓间质干细胞增殖的研究

设计合成了3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲苯基咔唑(8)和3-[2-(8-羟基喹啉基)-乙烯基]-N-对甲氧苯基咔唑(9)两个新的化合物, 用IR, MS, 1H NMR和元素分析确认其结构. 并利用DPPH•方法, 超氧阴离子自由基( )法, 羟基自由基HO•法和噻唑蓝比色法(MTT法)分别测定了目标产物的抗氧化活性和调控鼠骨髓间质干细胞(MSCs)的作用. 结果表明, 这两种化合物对DPPH•自由基、超氧阴离子自由基和羟基自由基具有较强的抗氧化活性, 化合物9在低浓度时对鼠骨髓间质干细胞增殖有很好的促进作用.     

2-R-7-Hydroxy-8-methyl-3-(2-quinolyl)chromones

Novel (E)- and (Z)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-styrylpyrazoles from (E)- and (Z)-3-styrylchromones: the unexpected case of (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-(4-nitrostyryl)pyrazoles

An efficient synthetic method for the preparation of (E)- and (Z)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-styrylpyrazoles has been developed. The reaction of (E)- and (Z)-3-styrylchromones with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding (E)- and (Z)-4-styrylpyrazoles, respectively, saved 4′-nitro-derivatives where both (E)- and (Z)-4′-nitro-3-styrylchromones afforded (E)-3(5)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-4-(4-nitrostyryl)pyrazoles. The reaction mechanism for these transformations was discussed and the stereochemistry of all products was assigned by NMR experiments.     

3-Cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones and 3-cyano-2-(methylthio)pyridines in the synthesis of substituted 3-(aminomethyl)pyridines

The reactions of substituted 3-cyanopyridine-2(1H)-thiones and 3-cyano-2-(methylthio)pyridines with lithium aluminum hydride in anhydrous diethyl ether afforded the corresponding 3-aminomethyl derivatives, which were used in the synthesis of the corresponding amides.     

有机相中利用脂肪酶催化的醇解反应拆分炔丙醇酮乙酸酯

 研究了有机相中脂肪酶催化的炔丙醇酮乙酸酯的立体选择性醇解反应, 考察了碱的种类、酰基受体和溶剂等对反应的影响. 结果表明, 以四氢呋喃为溶剂, CH3OH 为酰基受体, Lipase PLG 脂肪酶为催化剂, Na2CO3 为碱性添加剂, 高底物浓度下 40 oC 反应 96 h 后, 底物转化率和产物 ee 值分别达到 49.5% 和 99.5%. 碱的添加极大地提高了反应速度.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of（E）-Ethyl 2-（4-（2,4-dimethoxybenzylideneamino）-5-（3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl）-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio）acetate

The crystal structure of the title compound(E)-ethyl 2-(4-(2,4-dimethoxy benzylide-neamino)-5-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetate(4,C24H28N4O7S,Mr = 516.17) was synthesized and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 13.162(2),b = 8.4506(13),c = 22.602(4) ,β = 99.888(3)°,μ = 0.183 mm-1,V = 2476.5(7)3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.385 g/cm3,F(000) =1088,T = 110(2) K,R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1216 for 3859 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).     

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。     

Spectral-luminescent and solvatochromic properties of 2-(3-coumarinyl)-5-(2′-(R-amino)-phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles

Spectral-luminescent properties of the newly synthesized 2-(3^′-coumarinyl)-5-(2′-(R-amino)-phenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles has been investigated in solvents of various polarity and hydrogen-bonding ability. It has been found that for all the studied compounds no excited state intramolecular proton transfer occurs despite the presence of coumarinyl fragment - electron acceptor effect of the coumarinyl fragment is not sufficient to increase the excited state acidity of the amino group. It has been found that the absorption spectra of the studied compounds shift to higher energy with increase in solvent polarity, whereas corresponding fluorescence spectra shift to lower energy with solvent polarity increase. It has been suggested that long-wavelength shifts of the fluorescence spectra of the studied compounds with increase in solvent polarity is caused by the solvent relaxation. The observed solvent relaxation effect allow us to propose some of the studied compounds as potential probes to monitor changes in solvent relaxation in low-polar media and as potential probes for rigidochromic effect.
