PVA-CMC-KOH-H_2O碱性聚合物电解质研究 总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8
由聚乙烯醇(PVA)与羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)制备PVA-CMC-KOH-H2O碱性聚合物电解质膜,应用交流阻抗、循环伏安、差热分析和红外光谱等实验方法表征、研究其性能.结果表明,该碱性聚合物电解质的室温电导率可达到10-2S.cm-1数量级,在不锈钢惰性电极上的电化学稳定窗口约为1.6 V.另外,还研究了聚合物电解质膜中KOH、H2O和CMC对体系电导率的影响以及PVA-CMC-KOH-H2O碱性聚合物电解质在N i/MH电池中的初步应用.初步结果表明,由PVA-CMC-KOH-H2O聚合物电解质组装的N i/MH电池,其低倍率放电性能较好. 相似文献

分子复合法制备新型聚合物驱油剂CMC/P(AM-DMDAAC) 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
通过具有互补结构的阴离子聚合物羧甲基纤维素(CMC)与阳离子聚合物聚(丙烯酰胺-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)[P(AM-DMDAAC)]间的聚电解质分子复合作用,制备了分子复合型CMC/P(AM-DMDAAC)新型驱油剂.电导率测定及紫外光谱分析结果表明,CMC与P(AM-DMDAAC)可以在水相通过库仑力形成均相聚电解质复合溶液.由于分子复合形成的独特超分子结构,复合溶液粘度显著增加,分别为组分聚合物溶液的5.2倍和9.0倍,在高温和高剪切环境中的粘度保持能力也明显优于其组分聚合物. 相似文献

制备了壳聚糖(CS)─羧甲基纤维素(CMC)共混物膜(I-2),对其成膜反应、溶胀度、交联度及拉伸强度进行了研究,结果表明,壳聚糖与羧甲基纤维素共混物在成膜的同时还发生交联反应;当CS/CMC=1时,交联度最大,此时共混物膜不溶于稀醋酸水溶液。首次将此共混物膜用于乙醇/水混合液的分离,该膜具有优良的醇水分离性能,当CS/CMC=1时,渗透通量和分离因子皆达到最大值[J=0.9kg/(m2·h),a=800,90wt%乙醇,45℃],且该膜的分离因子基本上不随温度变化,醇水透过I-2膜的表现活化能△E为32.6kJ/mol.对CS/CMC2+2+2+2+次序递增,分离因子变化次序则刚好相反。 相似文献

用电纺的方法制备了聚偏氟乙烯纳米纤维膜,它们具有多微孔结构,能够作为锂电池聚合物电解质.电纺中聚合物溶液的浓度对制备的电纺膜的结构形态有很大的影响,低浓度(10 wt%)时得到珠丝结构的膜,浓度15 wt%时则为纤维结构,而高浓度(18 wt%)时,电纺膜为交联的网状结构.用电纺法制备的聚偏氟乙烯纳米纤维微孔膜具有较高的孔隙率,而且它们与锂金属电极具有良好的界面稳定性;在25℃时吸液率最高可达340%,以这种膜制备的聚合物电解质室温电导率可达到1.57×10-3S.cm-1;由该电解质组装的扣式电池以0.5 mA.cm-2恒流充放电,25℃时50次循环后几乎无容量损失,具有良好的循环性能;即使60℃时,电池仍能保持良好的工作稳定性. 相似文献

以五氧化二磷,磷酸三乙酯和磷酸为反应剂,制备了磷酸化羧甲基纤维素(CMC),经Fe3+改性后用作为阳膜;以壳聚糖(CS)和聚乙烯醇共混物用戊二醛改性后用作为阴膜溶胶,将阴膜溶胶流延于阳膜上,制备了P-mCMC/mCS双极膜。测定了CS、CMC胶体的电荷密度,离子透过率,P-mCMC/mCS双极膜的红外光谱与离子交换能力。IR与接触角测定的结果表明,CMC经改性后其亲水性能得到了显著提高。膜交流阻抗、I-V工作曲线的测定结果表明该双极膜阻抗及工作电压均较小。 相似文献

固态聚合物电解质是发展柔性全固态锂离子电池的核心,但是目前室温离子电导率低限制了其应用.本研究以热聚合方法制备石墨相氮化碳(g-C_3N_4),并将其与聚氧化乙烯/高氯酸锂(PEO/LiClO_4)共混制备复合聚合物固态电解质.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和电化学工作站对复合聚合物电解质膜进行表征.结果表明,通过120℃退火-淬冷热处理及复合聚合物电解质内部的相互作用,可以较大程度抑制PEO的结晶,从而使该复合聚合物固态电解质膜的离子电导率在25℃时达到2.4×10~(-5)S cm~(-1),提高了3个数量级. 相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations.
