以环丙沙星(CIP)为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,三甲基丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯(TRIM)为交联剂,进行热聚合.通过对于功能单体和交联剂的用量对分子印迹聚合物吸附性能的影响的研究,得到最佳的聚合配比为n(CIP):n(MMA):n(TRJM)=1:6:16,并以此配比制得了对环丙沙星具有特异选择性吸附的分子印迹聚合物.通过静态平衡结合法研究了模板聚合物的结合动力学以及该聚合物的结合能力和选择特性,通过Scatchard分析法研究了印迹聚合物对模板分子的结合特性.结果表明,该印迹聚合物具有良好的吸附能力和吸附选择性,静态吸附分配系数KD为41.64,分离因子α为1.62;该印迹聚合物中形成了2类不同的结合位点,经计算它们的离解常数分别为Kd1=5.249×10-5mol·L-1,Kd2=2.237×10-3mol·L-1.  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术合成了以尼卡地平为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体的分子印迹聚合物(MIP).运用平衡结合实验研究了聚合物的吸附特性和选择识别能力.通过Scatchard方程分析,结合位点的离解常数Kd=1.03 mmol·L-1,最大表观结合常数Qmax=18.76 μmol·g-1.结果表明,分子印迹聚合物对尼卡地平呈现出较高的吸附性和选择识别性,对尼卡地平药物的分离富集和检测具有实际临床意义.  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术,以丙溴磷为模板分子,分别以α-甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为功能单体,在乙腈溶液中合成了2种对丙溴磷具有选择性结合能力的分子印迹聚合物.紫外光度法研究表明,模板分子丙溴磷与α-甲基丙烯酸之间的作用强于其与丙烯酰胺之间的作用;扫描电镜的研究则表明以α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体合成的分子印迹聚合物呈微球形,粒径约为0.5 ~2 μm;利用平衡结合实验研究了不同功能单体制备的聚合物对模板分子的结合能力及其对底物的选择性,经Scatchard模型分析,求出了聚合物的最大表观结合量(Qmax)和平衡离解常数(Kd)分别为49.44 μmol/g 和1.05 mmol/L.研究表明以α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体合成的分子印迹聚合物对丙溴磷表现出更强的结合能力和更高的选择性.  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术合成了吡哌酸分子印迹聚合物。运用平衡结合实验研究了聚合物的吸附特性和选择性识别能力。Scatchard分析表明,在本文所研究的浓度范围内,聚合物中形成了两类不同的结合位点。吡哌酸分子印迹聚合物对吡哌酸呈现较高的选择识别特性,可作为固相萃取剂,在人血清吡哌酸的分析中对样品进行了有效的提取和净化。  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术 ,以 α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体 ,二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂 ,合成出以奎宁为模板的分子印迹聚合物。利用荧光法研究了聚合物的吸附性能和选择识别能力。结果表明 ,和化学组成相同的空白聚合物相比 ,印迹聚合物具有高吸附能力和选择识别能力。奎宁分子印迹聚合物与奎宁分子的离解常数达 1 .0 8× 1 0 - 3mol/L,表观最大吸附量为 1 31 .8μmol/g,为理论值的 56.4%。  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术,以对羟基苯乙酮为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,合成了对模板分子对羟基苯乙酮具有良好选择性的印迹聚合物.通过静态平衡结合法以及Scatchard分析法研究了该聚合物的结合能力和选择性能.结果表明,该印迹聚合物平衡离解常数Kd=0.415 mmol/L,最大表观结合量Qmax=144.79 μmol/g.红外光谱研究表明聚合物中存在着与模板分子相互作用的特征基团.  相似文献

以右旋邻氯扁桃酸为模板,丙烯酰胺、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯分别为功能单体和交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备了分子印迹聚合物微球,讨论了反应介质用量、聚合温度、引发剂的种类和用量对印迹微球的影响。实验表明:分子印迹微球与传统本体聚合法制备的聚合物相比具有更高的特异识别能力,通过Scatchard分析研究了聚合物的选择结合性能,结果表明分子印迹聚合物微球在识别右旋邻氯扁桃酸分子的过程中存枉两类结合位点,而空白聚合物微球只存在一类结合位点。  相似文献

以染料木素为模板分子、4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基双丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂、四氢呋喃(THF)为溶剂,采用本体聚合法制备了染料木素的分子印迹聚合物;采用静态平衡结合实验研究了该分子印迹聚合物对染料木素的结合能力和选择性能.结果表明,与化学组成相同的相应非印迹聚合物相比,染料木素分子印迹聚合物对染料木素的吸附性能和选择性更好.利用所合成的分子印迹聚合物作为固相萃取材料填充固相萃取小柱,可以选择性地从豆奶粉中分离、富集染料木素;此外,该分子印迹聚合物还有望用于其他豆制品的分析检验.  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术,以乙酰水杨酸为模板分子,1,4-二乙烯基苯为交联剂,分别以α-甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为功能单体,合成了对乙酰水杨酸具有特异性吸附能力的两种分子印迹聚合物;它们对乙酰水杨酸都存在两类不同亲和性的结合位点,其中用丙烯酰胺合成的分子印迹聚合物对模板分子乙酰水杨酸的氢键作用力和结合能力都比用α-甲基丙烯酸合成的聚合物强。这对分子印迹技术用于环境、血液等复杂样品中乙酰水杨酸的分离和富集具有重要意义。  相似文献

用分子印迹技术合成了对石油有机硫组分二苯并噻吩(Dibenzothiophene,DBT)具有高效选择性的分子模板聚合物(Molecularly Imprinted Polymer,MIP),通过静态吸附的方法研究了不同功能单体和致孔剂及其用量对模板聚合物特异性识别能力的影响.实验表明,以4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为功能单体,在甲苯溶剂中聚合得到的固相萃取剂对DBT具有较大的吸附富集能力和识别特性.其饱和吸附容量达到48.3mg/g.  相似文献

A practical and relatively simple method to identify molecularly imprinted polymers capable of binding proteins via the molecular tagging (epitope‐like) approach has been developed. In our two‐step method, we first challenge a previously obtained anti‐tag molecularly imprinted polymer with a small molecule including the said tag of choice (a biotin derivative as shown here or other) connected to a linker bound to a second biotin moiety. An avidin molecule partially decorated with fluorescent labels is then allowed to bind the available biotin derivative associated with the polymer matrix. At the end of this simple process, and after washing off all the low‐affinity binding molecules from the polymer matrix, only suitable molecularly imprinted polymers binding avidin through its previously acquired small molecule tag (or epitope‐like probe, in a general case) will remain fluorescent. For confirmation, we tested the selective performance of the anti‐biotin molecularly imprinted polymer binding it to biotinylated alkaline phosphatase. Residual chemical activity of the enzyme on the molecularly imprinted polymer solid support was observed. In all cases, the corresponding nonimprinted polymer controls were inactive.  相似文献

Atrazine contamination of water is of considerable concern because of the potential hazard to human health. In this study, a magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer for atrazine was prepared by the surface‐imprinting technique using Fe3O4 as the core, mesoporous silica as the carrier, atrazine as the template, and itaconic acid as the functional monomer. The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer was characterized by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction, and vibration‐sample magnetometry. The binding properties of the magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer toward atrazine were investigated by adsorption isotherms, kinetics, and competitive adsorption. It was found that the adsorption equilibrium was achieved within 2 h, the maximum adsorption capacity of atrazine was 8.8 μmol/g, and the adsorption process could be well described by the Langmuir isotherm model and pseudo‐second‐order kinetic model. The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer exhibited good adsorption selectivity for atrazine with respect to structural analogues, such as cyanazine, simetryne, and prometryn. The reusability of the magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer was demonstrated for at least five repeated cycles without a significant decrease in adsorption capacity. These results suggested that the magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer could be used as an efficient material for the selective adsorption and removal of atrazine from water samples.  相似文献

The separation of a molecularly imprinted polymer for cordycepin was investigated. The synthesis employed cordycepin as the molecular template, alpha-methylacrylic acid as the functional monomer, glycol dimethyl acrylate as the cross-linking agent, azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator, and tetrahydrofuran as the solvent and pore-foaming agent. The interaction between cordycepin and the functional monomer was investigated by ultraviolet-visible and infrared spectroscopy. The properties of the molecularly imprinted polymer were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, equilibrium adsorption experiments, and the Scatchard equation. Static adsorption, solid phase extraction, and high-performance liquid chromatography experiments were employed to evaluate the adsorption properties and selective recognition characteristics. The results showed that the molecularly imprinted polymer had specific adsorption with cordycepin, and the maximum absorption capacity was 1920 µg/g. Scatchard analysis suggested that high affinity and low affinity binding sites were present. For the high affinity case, the dissociation constant and apparent maximum numbers of the binding sites were 0.0089 mmol/L and 4.78 µmol/g, respectively. The dissociation constant and apparent numbers of binding sites were 0.035 mmol/L and 6.047 µmol/g for the low affinity sites. Compared with the corresponding nonimprinted polymer, the cordycepin molecularly imprinted polymer exhibited higher adsorption and selectivity for cordycepin than structural analogs.  相似文献

以安定为模板分子,通过本体聚合和沉淀聚合的方法合成了分子印迹聚合物材料,考察了交联剂、致孔剂及温度等条件对聚合物材料性能的影响。电镜扫描图片显示本体聚合得到的聚合物呈不规则形状,而沉淀聚合得到的则是微球颗粒,形状规则。吸附实验表明,聚合物微球对安定的最大吸附量约为130μg/g,对奥沙西泮和硝西泮的吸附量约为110μg/g,对安定类化合物具有较高的吸附性能和选择性。通过对比合成现象和聚合物性能,最终选用以DVB为交联剂、乙腈为致孔剂合成的聚合物微球为固相萃取材料填充固相萃取小柱,从饲料及猪尿样品中选择性地分离、富集痕量安定类药物。结合高效液相色谱法检测,奥沙西泮、硝西泮和安定3种药物在0.1~20 mg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999 6~0.999 9,检出限(S/N=3)为0.03~0.08 mg/L,加标回收率为66%~79%。该方法为安定类药物的检测提供了一种新途径。  相似文献

采用分子印迹技术紫外光引发原位聚合的方法制备了带支撑膜的钴离子配位分子印迹聚合物膜. 用扫描电镜测定了膜的表面形貌. 通过膜渗透实验表明, 在一定浓度钴离子存在下, 印迹膜对模板分子表现出良好的渗透选择性. 分别考察了阳离子和阴离子对印迹膜渗透模板分子的影响. 本工作有助于分子印迹技术应用于传感器技术和连续分离技术的研究.  相似文献

Therapeutic drug monitoring of captopril, which is a commonly used antihypertensive agent in clinical practice, is necessary. However, matrix effect-induced pretreatment is the bottleneck for determination. Metal-mediated molecularly imprinted polymers, an essential branch of molecularly imprinted polymers with better specificity and selectivity, have been used to separate/enrich analytes from complex matrices. In this work, Cu2+ was introduced to dynamically establish the binding sites of metal-mediated molecularly imprinted polymer towards captopril. All evidence demonstrated that the metal-mediated molecularly imprinted polymer based on Cu2+ coordination obtained a higher adsorption capacity (81.23 mg/g), faster adsorption rate (adsorption equilibrium within 50 min), and better selectivity (with the unrecognized analog). Subsequently, the Cu2+-mediated molecularly imprinted polymer was used as dispersive molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction to successfully establish an analytical platform for the determination of trace captopril in rat plasma. The enrichment factor was up to 20, the detection limit was as low as 0.16 μg/ml, and the average recovery was in the range of 87.51%–98.28% with a relative standard deviation of less than 3.29%. This study provides a promising reference for the preparation of selective adsorbents to improve pretreatment.  相似文献
