Three bismuth(Ⅲ) complexes Bi(1,10-phen)[S2CN(CH3)2]2(NO3) (1), {Bi(S2COCH3)[S2CNC6Hs(CH3)]2}2 (2) and [Bi(S2CNBu2)2(CH3OH)(NO3)]∞ (3) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectra. Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Studies show that complex 1 has a monomeric structure with the central bismuth atom eight-coordinated in a capped distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. The complex 2 takes centrosymmetric dimeric structure and the bismuth atoms are seven-coordinated in distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry. In complex 3, the bismuth atoms are seven-coordinated in distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry by bridging nitrate O atoms and the resulting structure is onedimensional infinite chain polymer.  相似文献

(Z)-1-[2-(Tri-o-tolylstannyl)vinyl]-1-indanol (1) and (Z)-1-[2-(tri-p-tolylstannyl)vinyl]-l-indanol (2) were synthesized by the addition reaction of 1-ethynylindanol with tri-o-tolyltin and tri-p-tolyltin hydride. The aryl groups in compound 1 and 2 were substituted by Br2 or I2 to yield monohalide derivatives (3-6). The compounds 1-6 were characterized by elemental analysis, ^1H NMR and FT-IR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of 1, 2 and 4 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The Sn atom in 1 and 2 exhibits a tetrahedral geometry distorted towards trigonal bipyramid due to a weak intramolecular interaction between Sn and the hydroxyl O atoms [0.2839(4) nm and 0.2744(5) nm], while the Sn atom in 4 adopts a trigonal bipyramidal geometry with a significant O→Sn(1) interaction [0.2552(5) nm].  相似文献

The mixed-valence manganese(Ⅲ/Ⅳ) complex [Mn2(cyclen)2(μ-O)2](ClO4)3-4H2O (1) (cyclen=1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecan) with chemical formula C16H48Cl3Mn2N8O18 has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis, IR and electronic spectra. The results showed that the manganese(Ⅲ/Ⅳ) ions were six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from cyclen and two oxygen atoms from the oxygen bridge, forming a distorted octahedron geometry. There were two very strong peaks in the range of 400-700 nm in electronic spectrum, which was similar to Mn catalase and Mn ribonucleotide reductase extracted from organisms.Electrochemical study indicated that the complex underwent a quasi-reversible one-electron reduction and oxidation at E1/2=0.827 V in acetonitrile.  相似文献

The diorganotin(Ⅳ) complexes of N-(3,5-dibromosalicylidene)-α-amino acid, R2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH= NCHRCOO)(where R=H, Me, i-Pr, Bz; R'=n-Bu, Cy), were synthesized by the reactions of diorganotin dichlorides with in situ formed potassium salt of N-(3,5-dibromosalicylidene)-α-amino acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (^1H, ^13C and ^119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of n-Bu2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH= NCHRCOO)(R=i-Pr, Bz) and Cy2Sn(2-O-3,5-Br2C6H2CH=NCHRCOO)(R=Me, Bz) were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction and showed that the tin atoms are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry to form five- and six-membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. Bioassay results indicated that the compounds possess better in vitro antitumour activity against three human tumour cell lines, HeLa, CoLo205 and MCF-7, than cis-platin and moderate anti-bacterial activity against two bacteria, E. coli and S. aureus.  相似文献

Five new diorganotin N‐[(3‐methoxy‐2‐oxyphenyl)methylene] tyrosinates, R2Sn[2‐O‐3‐MeOC6H3CH=NCH (CH2C6H4OH‐4)COO] (R = Me, 1 ; Et, 2 ; Bu, 3 ; Cy, 4 ; Ph, 5 ), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra, and the X‐ray single crystal diffraction. In non‐coordinated solvent, complexes 1 – 5 have penta‐coordinated tin atom. In the solid state, 1 – 3 are centrosymmetric dimmers in which each tin atom is seven‐coordinated in a distorted pentagonal bipyramid, and 4 displays discrete molecular structure with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, and the tin atom of 5 is hexa‐coordinated and possess the distorted octahedral geometry with a coordinational methanol molecule. The intermolecular O‐H???O hydrogen bonds in 1 – 4 link molecules into the different one‐dimensional supramolecular chain with R22 (30) or R22 (20) macrocycles, and the molecules of 5 are joined into a two‐dimensional supramolecular network containing R44 (24) and R44 (28) two macrocycles. Bioassay results against human tumour cell HeLa indicated that 3 ‐ 5 belonged to the efficient cytostatic agents and the activity decreased in the order 4 > 3 > 5 > 2 > 1. The fluorescence determinations show the complexes may be explored for potential luminescent materials.  相似文献

Four new diethyltin N‐[(2‐oxyphenyl)methylene]phenylalaninates, (CH3CH2)2Sn[2‐O‐3‐X‐5‐YC6H2CH?NCH(CH2Ph)COO] (X, Y = H, H, 1 ; H, Br, 2 ; H, OCH3, 3 ; Br, Br, 4 ), have been synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 have been determined. Compounds 1 and 2 have a 12‐membered macrocyclic structure with a trimeric [Sn3O6C3] core. Each tin atom is six‐coordinated in distorted [SnC2NO3] octahedral geometry. Compound 3 is a centrosymmetric weak dimer in which the two tin centers are linked by two asymmetric Sn? O???Sn bridges involving the phenolic oxygen of the ligand and two Sn???O interactions from ether oxygen of the adjacent ligand. The coordination geometry of the tin atom can be described as a distorted pentagonal bipyramid with two ethyl groups in axial positions. Compound 4 is a novel binuclear tin complex, formed by the carboxylate of a ligand asymmetrically bridging two tin atoms, which contains a five‐coordinated tin and a six‐coordinated tin. Bioassay results have shown that the compounds have weak in vitro activity against two human tumor cell lines, A549 and CoLo205. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Six new triorganotin complexes ( 1a – 1c and 2a – 2c ) of 5‐(salicylideneamino)salicylic acid, [5‐(3‐X‐2‐HOC6H3CH═N)‐2‐HOC6H3COO]SnR3 (X = H, 1 ; CH3O, 2 ; R = Ph, a ; Cy, b ; CH2C(CH3)2Ph, c ), have been synthesized by one‐pot reaction of 5‐aminosalicylic acid, salicylaldehyde and triorganotin hydroxide and characterized using elemental analysis and infrared and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of 1a , 1b , 2a ·CH3OH, 2b ·CH3OH and 2c ·CHCl3 have been determined using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In non‐coordinated solvent CDCl3, the tin atoms in the complexes are all four‐coordinated. In the crystalline state, these compounds adopt a four‐ or five‐coordination mode. Complex 1a exhibits a 44‐membered macrocyclic tetrameric structure with trigonal bipyramidal geometry around the tin atoms in which the axial positions are occupied by the oxygen atom of carboxylate group of the ligand and the phenolic oxygen atom from the adjacent ligand. The coordination geometry of tin atom in 1b and 2c ·CHCl3 is a distorted tetrahedron shaped by three carbon atoms of alkyl groups and a carboxylate oxygen atom of the ligand. In 2a ·CH3OH and 2b ·CH3OH, the tin atom has a distorted trans‐C3SnO2 trigonal bipyramidal geometry formed by three alkyl groups, a monodentate carboxylate group and a coordinated methanol molecule. The molecules of 2a ·CH3OH and 2b ·CH3OH are linked via O─H···O hydrogen bonds into a one‐dimensional supramolecular chain and a centrosymmetric R44(22) macrocycle, respectively. Bioassay results against two human tumor cell types (A549 and HeLa) show the complexes are efficient cytostatic agents and may be explored as potential antitumor drugs.  相似文献

Ten new dimeric organotin compounds {[(ArCH2)2 Sn(2‐quin)]2O}2 (Ar = Ph 1 , 2‐ClC6H4 2 , 3‐ClC6H4 3 , 4‐ClC6H4 4 , 2‐FC6H4 5 , 3‐FC6H4 6 , 4‐FC6H4 7 , 4‐BrC6H4 8 , 4‐CNC6H4 9 , 2,4‐Cl2C6H3 10 ) have been synthesized by dealkylation reactions of 2‐quinH with [(ArCH2)3Sn]2O, and their structures have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1}H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopies. The structures of {[(2‐ClC6H4CH2)2Sn(2‐quin)]2O}2 2 have been determined by X‐ray diffraction. Studies show that compound 2 has a tetranuclear, centrosymmetric dimeric structure, with the endo‐cyclic tin atom five‐coordinated and the exo‐cyclic tin atom six coordinated. Studies also show that the nitrogen atoms of the 2‐quin ligand are coordinating to the tin atom for all the ten compounds. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Ten organotin derivatives with dithiocarbamates of the formulae (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(S2CNEt2)2 (1), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(S2CNBz2)2 (2), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn[S2CN(CH2CH2)2NCH3]2 (3), (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2 Sn(S2CNEt2)2 (4), (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2Sn(S2CNBz2)2 (5), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CNEt2 (6), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CNBz2 (7), (4‐NCC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CN(CH2CH2)2NCH3 (8), (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2 Sn(Cl)S2CNEt2 (9) and (2‐ClC6H4CH2)2Sn(Cl)S2CNBz2 (10) have been prepared. All complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR and NMR. The crystal structures of complexes 1 and 10 were determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction. For complex 1, the central tin atom exists in a skew‐trapezoidal planar geometry defined by two asymmetrically coordinated dithiocarbamate ligands and two 4‐cyanobenzyl groups. In addition, because of the presence of close intermolecular non‐bonded contacts, complex 1 is a weakly‐bridged dimer. In complex 10, the central tin atom is rendered pentacoordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration by coordinating with S atoms derived from the dithiocarbamate ligand. In vitro assays for cytotoxicity against five human tumor cell lines (MCF‐7, EVSA‐T, WiDr, IGROV and M226) furnished the significant toxicities of the title complexes.
