A series of diorganotin (IV) derivatives of R2SRL2 (R = Me, Et, n-Bu, ph or CI; L = Ll or L2) and their corresponding mixed-ligand complexes RESn (L1)(L2) have been prepared and the structure of trans-MeESn (L2)2 was characterized by FT-IR, ^1H, ^13C and ^ll9Sn NMR spectroscopies,MS, elemental analysis, melting points and X-ray diffIaction. Addition of one equivalent of LiN(i-Pr)2 or LiN(CH2)5 to carbodiimides, RN=C=NR [R=cyclohexyl (Cy), isopropyl (i-Pr)], generated the corresponding lithium of tetrasubstituted guanidinates {Li[RNC(N R^′2)NR](THF)}2 [R=i-Pr, N R^′2=N(i-Pr)2 (1), N(CH2)5 (2); R=Cy, N R^′2=N(i-Pr)2 (3), N(CH2)5 (4)]. Treatment of ZrCl4 with freshly prepared solutions of their lithium guanidinates provided a series of bis(guanidinate) complexes of Zr with the general formula Zr[RNC(N R^′2)NR]2Cl2 [R=i-Pr, N R^′2=N(i-Pr)2 (5), N(CH2)5 (6); R=Cy, N R^′2=N(i-Pr)2 (7), N(CH2)5 (8)]. Complexes 1, 2, 5-8 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1H NMR spectra. The molecular structures of complexes 1, 7 and 8 were further determined by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The reaction of the rifle cyclic complex (1) with sodium amalgam in THF resulted in the expected cleavage of the Fe-Fe bond to afford his-sodium salt ( Me2SiSiMe2 ) [η^5-C5H4Fe(CO)2]2 (4). The latter was not isolated and was used directly to react with MeI, PhCH2Cl, CH3C(O)Cl, PhC(O)Cl,Cy3SnCl (Cy= cyclohexyl) or Ph3SnCl to afford corresponding ring-opened derivatives (Me2SiSiMe2) [η^5-C5H4Fe(CO)2]2 [5, R=Me; 6, R=PhCH2; 7, R=CH3C(O); 8, R=PhC(O); 9, R = Cy3Sn or 10, R = Ph3Sn ]. The crystal and molecular structures of 10 were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The molecule took the desired ant/ conformation around the Si-Si bond. The length of the Si--Si bond is 0.2343(3)nm, which is essentially identical to that in the cyclic structure of 1[0.2346(4) tun]. This result unambiguously demonstrates that the Si--Si bond in the cyclic structure of 1 is not subject to obvious strain.  相似文献

Three new dimethyltin complexes of N-(3-methoxysalicylidene)-α-amino acid,(CH3)2Sn(3-CH3O-2-OC6H3CH=NCHRCOO)(R = H,1;CH3,2;(CH3)2CH,3),have been synthe-sized by treating dimethyltin dichloride with the potassium salt of the ligand and characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR spectra.The crystal structure of [(CH3)2Sn(3-CH3O-2-OC6H3CH=NCH2COO)(CH3OH)]2 H2O(1a),formed from methanol solution of 1,has been deter-mined.The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system,space group C/2c with a = 20.636(3),b = 7.8854(9),c = 20.668(2) ,β= 113.265(2)°,V = 3089.7(6) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.707 g/cm3,= 1.675 mm-1,F(000) = 1592,R = 0.0301 and wR = 0.0841.In complex 1a,the tin atom is six-coordinate and possesses a distorted [SnC2NO3] octahedral geometry with the two methyl groups occupying the trans positions.The weak Sn O interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds connected the molecules into an infinite chain.  相似文献

A 1:1 reaction of triphenyltin chloride with potassium N-[(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxylphenyl)methylene]valinate in benzene led to the formation of a novel mixed organotin dinuclear complex, (HL)SnPh3oPh2SnL [L=2-O-3,5-Br2C6H3CH=NCH(i-Pr)COO], by means of a facile phenyl-tin bond cleavage process. In the complex, there are two distinct types of carboxylate moieties and a trans-O2SnC2N and a trans-O2SnC3 in distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometries were bridged by a carboxylate group. In vitro antitumor activity of the complex against three human tumour cell lines (HeLa, CoLo205 and MCF-7) was found to be much higher than cis-platin used in clinic.  相似文献

The polyoxoanion incorporated {Mn(CO)3^+} complex, (n-Bu4N)2[Mo6O16(OCH3)2{HOCH2C(CH2O)3}2·{Mn(CO)3}2](1), has been synthesized by the reaction of (n-Bu4N)4[Mo8O26] with Mn(CO)5Br in methanol, in the presence of C(CH2OH)4. The complex 1 has been characterized by IR, UV-Vis, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and TG. Crystal data for the complex 1:C25H48MnMo3NO16 (1), Triclinic Pi, a=0.9405(3) nm, b=1.3351(4) nm, c=1.5455(4) nm, α=103.206(5)°, β=102.165(5)°, γ=100.784(5)°, V=1.7896(9) nm^3, Z=2, R1=0.0703, wR2= 0.1495. The structure analysis of complex 1 shows that the complex consists of two tetrabutylammonium cations and a polyoxomolybdate anion that incorporates two fac-Mn(CO)3^+ units. The anion of complex 1 can be considered as the dimer of two rhomb-like anions by sharing of two comers.  相似文献

The tetranuclear alkyltin(Ⅳ) compounds {[R2Sn(C9H8N3O3)O]SnR3}2 [R=n-Bu (1), 4-CNC6H4CH2 (2),C6H5CH2 (3), 4-ClC6H4CH2 (4)] were prepared by the reaction of Schiff base ligand pyruvic acid isonicotinyl hydrazone with (R3Sn)2O in the corresponding molar ratio of 1:1. All compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of compound 1 was determined by X-ray single crystal diffractional analysis. This compound exhibits a dimeric structure containing distannoxane units with two types of the tin atoms. For the first tin atom, it appears to be seven-coordinated with a distorted pentagonal bipyramid geometry, and the other is five-coordinated with a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. The molecules are packed in the unit cell in two-dimensional network structure through an interaction between the N atoms of the pyridine and the tin atoms of an adjacent molecule.  相似文献

The synthesis,the crystal structure and the reaction of the hetero-binuclear complex[MnRe(CO)6(μ-SH)(μ-SC(H)PPr^i3)(PPh3)] are reported.The results of single crystal X-ray structure analysis showed that the fragments Mn(CO)3 and Re(CO)3 were bridged by SH and SC(H)PPr^i3.The title complexes can react with Bu^nLi and RX forming complexes MnRe(CO)6(μ-SR)(μ-SC(H)PPr^i3)(PPh3)](R=Me,CH2CH=CH2,SnBu3^n).  相似文献

An organotin(Ⅳ) complex [(CH3)2Sn(4-FC6H4CONHO)2] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction techni- ques. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 9.7565(13), b = 17.664(2), c = 20.784(3)A, Z = 8, V = 3581.9(8)A^3 Dc = 1.695 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 1.469 mm^-1, F(000) = 1808, R = 0.0321 and wR = 0.0838. In the molecular structure of the title complex, the tin atoms are five-coordinated in a trigonal bipyramidal geometry, and the special coordination properties of dimethyltin(Ⅳ) with hydroxamate-type ligands are also discussed.  相似文献

Organophosphorus-heteropolytungstic acids of 1 : 12 of P/W ratio, with N-substituted 2-amminoethylphosphonic acids R2R'N+CH2CH2PO3H- (R = R' = H; R = Me, R' = H; R = R' = Me; R = H, R' = Me2CH; R = H , R' = CH3(CH2)2CH2) as coordinate centers were prepared, and characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR, UV spectroscopy, TG and DSC thermal analysis. The results indicate that these organophosphorous-HPAs possess Keggin type structure, and their stoichiometric formulation is R2R'N+CH2CH2PO3H - ·W12O36 ·nH2O. The organic side chain with the ammino-group R2R'N+CH2CH2- and the phosphono-group-PO3H- participate altogether in the formation of the primary structure of the heteropoly anion. In other words, the entirety of each compound R2R'N+CH2CH2PO3H- is as the core or coordinate center of the heteropoly anions. The number of crystal water in the HPA was affected obviously by the N-substituents of the organo-phosphonic acids.  相似文献

Diphenyltin(IV) complexes of N‐(3,5‐dibromosalicylidene)‐α‐amino acid, Ph2Sn[3,5‐Br2‐2‐OC6H2 CH?NCH(R)COO] (where R = H, Me, i‐Pr, Bz), and their 1:1 adducts with diphenyltin dichloride, Ph2Sn[3,5‐Br2‐2‐OC6H2CH?NCH(R)COO]·Ph2SnCl2, have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structure of Ph2Sn[3,5‐Br2‐2‐OC6H2CH?NCH(i‐Pr)COO] shows a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry with the axial locations occupied by a carboxylate–oxygen and a phenolic–oxygen atom of the ligand, and that of Ph2Sn[3,5‐Br2‐2‐OC6H2CH?NCH(i‐Pr)COO]·Ph2SnCl2 reveals that the two tin atoms are joined via the carbonyl atom of the ligand to form a mixed organotin binuclear complex. Bioassay indicates that the compounds possess better cytotoxic activity against three human tumor cell lines (HeLa, CoLo205 and MCF‐7) than cis‐platin and moderate antibacterial activity against two bacteria (E. coli and S. aureus). Fourteen new diorganotin(IV) complexes of N‐(5‐halosalicylidene)‐α‐amino acid, R′2Sn(5‐X‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCHRCOO) (where X = Cl, Br; R = H, Me, i‐Pr; R′ = n‐Bu, Ph, Cy), were synthesized by the reactions of diorganotin halides with potassium salt of N‐(5‐halosalicylidene)‐α‐amino acid and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectra. The crystal structures of Bu2Sn(5‐Cl‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCH(i‐Pr)COO) and Ph2Sn(5‐Br‐2‐OC6H3CH?NCH(i‐Pr)COO) were determined by X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction and showed that the tin atoms are in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry and form five‐ and six‐membered chelate rings with the tridentate ligand. Bioassay results of a few compounds indicated that the compounds have strong cytotoxic activity against three human tumour cell lines, i.e. HeLa, CoLo205 and MCF‐7, and the activity decreased in the order Cy>n‐Bu>Ph for the R′ group bound to tin. Treatment of pyridine‐stabilized silylene complexes [(η5‐C5Me4R)(CO)2(H)W?SiH(py)(Tsi)] (R=Me, Et; py=pyridine; Tsi=C(SiMe3)3) with an N‐heterocyclic carbene MeIiPr (1,3‐diisopropyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazol‐2‐ylidene) caused deprotonation to afford anionic silylene complexes [(η5‐C5Me4R)(CO)2W?SiH(Tsi)][HMeIiPr] (R=Me ( 1‐Me ); R=Et ( 1‐Et )). Subsequent oxidation of 1‐Me and 1‐Et with pyridine‐N‐oxide (1 equiv) gave anionic η2‐silaaldehydetungsten complexes [(η5‐C5Me4R)(CO)2W{η2‐O?SiH(Tsi)}][HMeIiPr] (R=Me ( 2‐Me ); R=Et ( 2‐Et )). The formation of an unprecedented W‐Si‐O three‐membered ring was confirmed by X‐ray crystal structure analysis.  相似文献

Diorganotin(IV) dipyrazolinates of the type R2Sn(C15H12N2OX)2 [where C15H12N2OX = 3(2′‐Hydroxyphenyl)‐5(4‐X‐phenyl)pyrazoline {where X = H ( a ); CH3 ( b ); OCH3 ( c ); Cl ( d ) and R = Me, Prn and Ph}] have been synthesized by the reaction of R2SnCl2 with sodium salt of pyrazolines in 1:2 molar ratio, in anhydrous benzene. These newly synthesized derivatives have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N, Cl and Sn), molecular weight measurement as well as spectral [IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn)] studies. The bidentate behaviour of the pyrazoline ligands was confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. A distorted trans‐octahedral structure around tin(IV) atom for R2Sn(C15H12N2OX)2 has been suggested. The free pyrazoline and diorganotin(IV) dipyrazolinates have also been screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. Some diorganotin(IV) dipyrazolinates exhibit higher antibacterial and antifungal effect than free ligand and some of the antibiotics. Copyright © 2006 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The 1‐azonia‐2‐boratanaphthalenes (NH)(BX)C8H6 can be synthesized from 2‐aminostyrene and the dihaloboranes XBHal2 ( 1 ‐ 4 : X = Cl, Br, iPr, tBu). Further derivatives (NH)(BX)C8H6 are obtained from 1 by replacing Cl by alkoxy or alkyl groups [ 5 ‐ 8 : X = OMe, OtBu, Me, (CH2)3NMe2]. The hydrolysis of 1 gives a mixture of the bis(azoniaboratanaphthyl) oxide [(NH)BC8H6]2O ( 9 ) and the hydroxy derivative (NH)[B(OH)]C8H6 ( 10 ). The diboryl oxide 9 crystallizes in the space group C2/c. The lithiation of 4 at the nitrogen atom gives [NLi(tmen)](BtBu)C8H6 ( 11 ), which upon reaction with the diborane(4) B2Cl2(NMe2)2 yields the 1, 2‐bis(azoniaboratanaphthyl)diborane B2[N(BtBu)C8H6]2(NMe2)2 ( 12 ). The 2‐chloro‐1‐methyl‐4‐phenyl derivative (NMe)(BCl)C8H5Ph ( 13 ) of the parent (NH)(BH)C8H6 can be synthesized from the aminoborane BCl2(NMePh) and phenylethyne. Substitution of Cl in 13 gives the derivatives (NMe)(BX)C8H5Ph [ 14 ‐ 20 : X = N(SiMe3)2, Me, Et, iBu, tBu, CH2SiMe3, Ph] and the reaction of 13 with Li2O affords the bis(azoniaboratanaphthyl) oxide [(NMe)BC8H5Ph]2O ( 21 ). The reaction of 16 or 19 with [(MeCN)3Cr(CO)3] yields the complexes [{(NMe)(BX)C8H5Ph}Cr(CO)3] ( 22 , 23 : X = Et, CH2SiMe3), in which the chromium atom is hexahapto bound to the homoarene part of 16 or 19 , respectively. The complex 23 crystallizes in the space group P21/c. Upon reaction of the phenols para‐C6H4R(OH) with the aryldichloroboranes ArBCl2 and subsequent condensation of the products with phenylethyne, the 1‐oxonia‐2‐boratanaphthalenes O(BAr)C8H4RPh with R in position 6 and Ph in position 4 are formed ( 24 ‐ 26 : Ar = Ph, R = H, Me, OMe; 27 ‐ 29 : Ar = C6F5, R = H, Me, OMe). The azoniaboratanaphthalenes 1 ‐ 23 were characterized by NMR methods.  相似文献

Palladacyclic compounds [Pd(C6H4(C6H5C?O)C?N? R)(N? N)] [X] (R = Et, iPr, 2,6‐iPr2C6H3; N? N = bpy = 2,2′‐bipyridine, or 1,4‐(o,o′‐dialkylaryl)‐1,4‐diazabuta‐1,3‐dienes; [X]? = [BF4]? or [PF6]?) were synthesized from the dimers [{Pd(C6H4(C6H5C?O)C?N? R)(μ‐Cl)}2] and N? N ligands. Their interionic structure in CD2Cl2 was determined by means of 19F,1H‐HOESY experiments and compared with that in the solid state derived from X‐ray single‐crystal studies. [Pd(C6H4(C6H5C?O)C?N? R)(N? N)] [X] complexes were found to copolymerize CO and p‐methylstyrene affording syndiotactic or isotactic copolymers when bpy or 1,4‐(o,o′‐dimethylaryl)‐1,4‐diazabuta‐1,3‐dienes were used, respectively. The reactions with CO and p‐methylstyrene of the bpy derivatives were investigated. Two intermediates derived from a single and a double insertion of CO into the Pd? C bonds were isolated and completely characterized in solution.  相似文献

A series of four C,N‐chelated diorganotin(IV) compounds, namely (LCN)2Sn(OCH2CH2O) ( 1 ), [LCNBuSn(OCH2CH2O)]2 ( 2 ), (LCN)2Sn(1,2‐(O)2‐3,5‐tBu2C6H2) ( 3 ) and [LCNBuSn(1,2‐(O)2‐3,5‐tBu2C6H2)]2 ( 4 ) (LCN = 2‐(Me2NCH2)C6H4), one zinc species, namely LNOZnEt ( 5 ) (LNO = [2‐(MeO)C6H4]NC(Me)?C(H)C(Me)?O), and one magnesium complex, namely [LNNMg]6 ( 6 ), (LNN = [2‐(Me2NCH2)C6H4]N), were used as catalysts for the synthesis of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) from dimethyl terephthalate and ethylene glycol. Prepared PET samples were primarily characterized using the size exclusion chromatography technique. The highest number‐average molar mass of prepared PET samples reached 10.7 kg mol?1. Novel dimeric compound 2 was structurally characterized using both multinuclear NMR spectroscopy and X‐ray diffraction analysis. In addition, an alternative synthesis of 1 is described. Two new diorganotin(IV) derivatives of 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid, {[Ph2Sn(2,6‐C5H3N)(COO)2][Na(2,6‐C5H3N)(COOH) (COO)(CH3OH)2]} ( 1 ) and [Me2Sn(2,6‐C5H3N)(COO)2(H2O)]H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized by the reaction of Ph3SnCl and PhMe2SnI with 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid, respectively in the presence of sodium methoxide or potassium iso‐propoxide. The prepared compounds were characterized by mass spectrometry, IR, 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopies. The molecular structures of both complexes were determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The X‐ray structure revealed pentagonal bipyramidal geometry around the tin atom for compound 1, which is incorporated with a hexacoordinated monosodium derivative of 2,6‐pyridinedicarboxylic acid. Complex 2 adopts a monomeric structure with two carboxylate oxygen atoms coordinated to tin in monodenate form from equatorial positions, and the coordination number is raised to six as the oxygen of water and pyridine nitrogen occupies the other equatorial positions of octahedron. The bis(silyl)triazene compound 2,6‐(Me3Si)2‐4‐Me‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 ( 4 ) was synthesized by double lithiation/silylation of 2,6‐Br2‐4‐Me‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 ( 1 ). Furthermore, 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2‐C6H3]‐4‐Me‐C6H2‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 derivative 6 can be easily synthesized by a C,C‐bond formation reaction of 1 with the corresponding aryl‐Grignard reagent, i.e., 3,5‐bis[(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]magnesium bromide. Reactions of compound 4 with KI and 6 with I2 afforded in good yields novel phenyl derivatives, 2,6‐(Me3Si)2‐4‐MeC6H2? I and 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2? C6H3]‐4‐MeC6H2? I ( 5 and 7 , resp.). On the other hand, the analogous m‐terphenyl 1,3‐diphenylbenzene compound 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2? C6H3]C6H3? I ( 8 ) could be obtained in moderate yield from the reaction of (2,6‐dichlorophenyl)lithium and 2 equiv. of aryl‐Grignard reagent, followed by the reaction with I2. Different attempts to introduce the tBu (Me3C) or neophyl (PhC(Me)2CH2) substituents in the central ring were unsuccessful. All the compounds were fully characterized by elemental analysis, melting point, IR and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of compound 6 was corroborated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction measurements.  相似文献
