为了探讨低氟前驱液对应的低温热解过程的升温速率对超导膜YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)表面形貌和超导性能的影响,我们在不同的低温热解速率下(1,3,5,10,15,20℃/min)制备了一系列的超导膜.低氟前驱液中的氟含量比全氟前驱液中减少了大约50%.X光衍射(XRD)分析表明:采用低氟前驱液,在很大的升温速率窗口,都能容易地获得良好外延生长的YBCO超导薄膜.但是,过快的热解速率(如15、20℃/min),会导致超导膜表面的恶化,出现皱褶或裂纹.升温速率在1℃/min和10℃/min之间,自场下的临界电流密度(JC)能保持比较高的值.在当前实验条件下,考虑YBCO超导膜的综合性能,5℃/min是最合适的低温热解速率.采用低氟前驱液,在5℃/min,600nm的YBCO膜的低温热解时间可以缩短到50分钟,其样品织构良好、表面平整;在LaAlO3单晶上制备的200nm的YBCO膜可以获得JC为3.0MA/cm2左右(77K,自场).  相似文献

本文采用三氟乙酸盐-金属有机沉积(TFA-MOD)技术在LaAlO3(00l)单晶基片上、在不同的低温热处理条件下制备出不同形貌的前驱膜.从金相显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察可以看出,低温预分解时造成前驱膜的形貌不完整性在高温处理后并没有消除.对高温热处理后的YBCO成相膜用X射线衍射进行了物相定性分析,用Jc-Scan Leipzig系统对超导薄膜进行了超导性能分析.结果表明,前驱膜的形貌不完整性造成高温成相阶段样品杂相出现和超导性能降低.经过对低温热处理条件的优化,得到表面形貌完整的前驱膜,避免了高温成相阶段杂相出现,提高了涂层导体的超导性能,Jc可以超过1.5MA/cm2.  相似文献

本文通过在前驱液中添加过量钇盐和铈的有机盐,采用三氟乙酸盐-金属有机沉积法(TFA-MOD) 在铝酸镧单晶基体上制备了含有纳米氧化钇和纳米铈酸钡的YBCO薄膜. 与纯YBCO薄膜相比,掺杂Y2O3/BaCeO3的YBCO膜的临界转变温度几乎保持不变,为91 K左右. 而掺杂Y2O3/BaCeO3的YBCO膜的临界电流密度达到5.0 MA/cm2 (77 K, 0T), 是纯YBCO膜临界电流密度的1.5倍.薄膜中的Y2O3和BaCeO3可能在YBCO内部起到了 有效的钉扎磁通作用. 关键词: 钇钡铜氧薄膜 2O3和纳米BaCeO3')" href="#">纳米Y2O3和纳米BaCeO3 磁通钉扎 三氟乙酸盐-金属有机沉积  相似文献

采用无氟金属有机物沉积方法(MOD)在单品基底SiTrO3(100)上制备GdBa2Cu3O7-x(GdBCO)薄膜.所用的无氟MOD方法制备GdBCO薄膜具有前驱溶液稳定、薄膜致密性好以及相比于TFA-MOD方法在热处理过程中无HF气体的产生等优点.经过一系列热处理工艺后,对薄膜进行X射线衍射(XRD)分析、扫描电镜(SEM)分析以及超导性能的测试.通过熔融外延生长,得到c轴织构良好、表面平整致密、临界超导转变温度为90 K的GdBCO薄膜,77K自场下的临界电流密度约为0.6 MA/cm2.  相似文献

报道了利用电子束蒸发的Mg/B多层膜作为前驱体,然后退火制备MgB2薄膜的工作.实验中发现,采用翻转膜面的退火处理方式可以有效地避免降温过程中Mg蒸气在薄膜表面形成的颗粒凝结,由此稳定地实现了面积为10 mm×10mm,均匀、平整的超导薄膜的制备,Tc达35 K,转变宽度为0.8 K,在5 μm×5 μm的区域内薄膜的平均粗糙度小于10 nm.为了便于后续器件制作过程中的微加工工艺,研究了膜厚小于1000 (A)时薄膜的成相规律,发现当样品厚度减薄后,Te会有明显降低.通过调整前驱薄膜中的不同分层厚度,仍可实现转变温度达30 K以上、厚度约600 (A)的MgB2薄膜,在20 K时的临界电流密度为2.4×106 A/cm2.  相似文献

SnO2具有光稳定性优异、可低温溶液制备等优点被视为电子传输层的优异材料之一,广泛应用于高效稳定的平面异质结钙钛矿太阳能电池.本文在低温(150℃)下采用旋涂工艺制备SnO2电子传输层,探究了SnO2前驱体溶液不同浓度(SnO2质量分数为2.5%—10.0%)下制备的SnO2电子传输层对钙钛矿太阳能电池性能的影响.通过对SnO2薄膜进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见光(UV-Vis)吸收光谱和透射光谱分析,发现基底的覆盖率、透光率和SnO2薄膜的带隙随SnO2前驱液浓度的增加而增大;通过对SnO2/钙钛矿(MAPbI3)薄膜进行SEM、UV-Vis、X-射线衍射(XRD)、稳态光致发光(PL)光谱分析,发现SnO2胶体分散液浓度为7.5%制备的SnO2层上沉积的MAPbI3的粒径最大,结晶度最好,具...  相似文献

The YBCO precursor solution was prepared using yttrium acetate, barium acetate and copper acetate as starting material, diethylenetriamine, trifluoroacetate, acrylic acid (AA) as chemical additives, methanol as solvent. The precursor solution was modified by AA, in which the Cu2+ of Cu(OAc)2 and AA were reacted to form the photosensitive copper complex. The coated gel film using this precursor solution exhibited the photosensitivity to UV light at around 245 nm. Utilizing the photosensitivity, the patterned YBCO film with a high critical transition temperature (Tc) of 91.5 K was fabricated.  相似文献

本文详细报道了用折射率调制型光纤传感器测量溶液浓度的原理及实验装置。为了消除光源光强的不稳定性对测量精度提高的影响,我们提出用光学双稳态装置稳定光源的输出功率并将它用于实际测量中,实验结果表明:本方法用于测量溶液的浓度在灵敏度、精度和稳定度方面都有较大的提高,并且可用于在线监测。  相似文献

Cobalt oxide (Co3O4) modified anatase titanium dioxide nanotubes (ATNTs) have been investigated for the electrochemical sensing of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). ATNTs have been synthesized by a two-step anodization process. ATNTs were then modified with Co3O4 employing chemical bath deposition method. The structure and morphology of ATNTs and their modification with Co3O4 has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction by scanning electron microscopy. H2O2 sensing has been studied in 0.1 M PBS solution, by cyclic voltammetry and amperometry. Variation in the peak positions and current densities was observed with addition of H2O2 for Co3O4 modified ATNTs. Sensitivity and limit of detection improved with modification of ATNTs with Co3O4 with precursor concentration up to 0.8 M. However, at higher precursor concentrations sensitivity and limit of detection toward H2O2 deteriorated. Co3O4 Modified ATNTS using 0.8 M precursor concentration are comparatively more suitable for H2O2 sensing applications due to the optimum formation of Co3O4/ATNTs heterojunctions.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline Yb3+, Er3+-codoped fluoride (YF3), oxyfluoride (YOF), and oxide (Y2O3) phosphors have been synthesized by a facile pyrolysis of a yttrium trifluoroacetate precursor. YF3, YOF and Y2O3 nanoparticles were demonstrated to be good host materials for lanthanides. Varied hosts led to different optical properties. Red, green, and blue up-conversion (UC) was observed upon excitation in the NIR spectral range in all synthesized compounds. The UC mechanisms were also analyzed.  相似文献

Tin oxide nanostructures with well defined morphologies have been obtained through an evaporation induced self assembly process. The technique has been employed using an ultrasonic nebulizer for production of aersol and its subsequent deposition onto a heated glass substrate. The precursor used for aersol production was modified by introducing cationic and anionic surfactants namely cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and sodium dodecyl sulphate respectively. The effect of surfactants on the structural, electrical and optical properties of self assembled tin oxide nanostructures were investigated by using X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electroscope microscopy, two probe technique and photoluminiscence studies. The results reveal that high concentration of surfactants in the precursor solution leads to reduction in crystallite size with significant changes in the morphology of tin oxide nanostructures. Photoluminiscence studies of the nanostructures show emissions in the visible region which exhibit marked changes in the intensities upon variation of surfactants in the precursor solutions.  相似文献
