固相法合成系列名义组成为Bi2-xNbxSr2Ca2Cu3Oy(x=0—1.0)的样品,电学和磁学测量表明,当掺入x=0.2—0.3的Nb有明显加强2223相生成的作用,配比为Bi1.7Nb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy时最佳;当掺Ba以部分取代Sr后有明显协同Nb促进2223相生成的作用,比单掺Nb效果更为显著,其中以Bi1.7Nb0.3Sr1.8Ba0.2Ca2Cu3Oy为最优组成。热重分析(TGA)实验显示,掺Nb(Ba)后样品在~600°C出现吸氧增重;XPS中的O1s峰显示掺Nb(Ba)后除~531eV的主峰外,在~529eV的肩峰更加明显;讨论了Nb(Ba)对晶体结构的可能影响。 关键词:  相似文献

Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O系中掺入适量的Sb,其高温相(110K相)含量明显多于不掺Sb样品。Sb具有加速高温相形成的作用。对于各义组分为Bi2-xSbxSr2Ca2.5Cu3.7Oy的样品,x=0.1最有利于高温相的形成。用液氮中淬火后低温回火的方法,发现在865℃烧结时样品中首先形成的是低温相(80K相),然后再逐渐转变为高温相。Tc值随烧结时间的延 关键词:  相似文献

本文采用119Sn作为探针原子,对Bi1.68Pb0.32Sr1.75Ca1.75Cu2.65-xSnxOy(0.2≤x≤0.8)样品进行室温下穆斯堡尔谱测量,结合X射线衍射与电性能测量结果,分析Sn在样品中的占位情况与电性能之间的关系,并得出四配位Cu位对高Tc相的超导电性起着较关键作用的结论。 关键词:  相似文献

采用普通固态反应法制备了名义组分为Bi2.0-xPbxSr1.9Ca2.2Cu3.3Oy超导体,并系统研究了样品的X射线衍射谱。结果表明:富Ca富Cu加速了2223相形成,拓宽了Bi系的单相化烧结温区,并获得了品质优良的110K单相多晶样品;低温退火有助于提高样品的单相化程度。 关键词:  相似文献

本文研究了两组单相样品Bi,PbCa3Sr3Cu4Oy和Bi4Ca3sr3Cu4Oy的物相与超导电性之间的关系.发现两组样品同属4334相材料,但它们的超导电性存在很大差异.引起这种差别的原因可能来自于晶胞内部的原子排列,氧缺位的数目及其分布,以及电子结构等精细结构的不同. 关键词:  相似文献

研究了掺Ba对Bi2Sr2-xBaxCaCu2Oy(0≤x≤0.15,0.3)单晶和多晶样品超导电性的影响,结果表明,有少量Ba2+离子进入了超导相,且有固溶度极限.对于2212相单晶,c轴参数和Tc均随Ba含量增加而增加;对于慢冷多晶样品,掺Ba可明显提高Tc;然而对于淬大多晶样品,Tc没有明显变化,用掺Ba 关键词:  相似文献

采用固相反应法合成了名义组份为Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu3Oy (x=0.30;0.35;0.40;0.45)的样品。对样品进行了物相和结构分析,同时测量了电阻-温度关系和直流磁化率。结果表明:x=0.35的样品为单相材料,X射线相分析和电子衍射表明其相结构类似2223相,为四方结构,其晶格常数为a=b=5.414?,c=37.106?,且沿a,b两个方向都观察到调制结构。电阻和直流磁化率测量结果显示:在温度高于50K以上,仅存在一个107K超导相。此外,单相材料的制备条件(组分、烧结温度、室温下淬火及淬火速率)非常苛刻。如同1-2-3相材料一样,氧含量不仅影响样品的成相规律、零电阻温度,而且还严重影响其正常态的输运性质。 关键词:  相似文献

制备了银包套的Bi1.8Pb0.4Sr2Ca2.2Cu3Oy带材。微结构观察证明样品是高度织构化的Bi2223单相。输运测量发现Jc(T,B,θ,φ)和R(T,B,θ,φ)均与θ有关,与φ无关(T=77K,B<1T),式中的θ和φ分别表示磁场与ab面和电流的夹角。求得了磁通运动的激活能。提出了热激活磁通弯结的形成与运动模型,并用London理论计算了弯结 关键词:  相似文献

We have investigated the effect of Hg addition on the superconducting properties of BiSrCaCuO system. Polycrystalline samples with nominal composition Bi2Sr2−xHgxCa1Cu2Oy and Bi2Sr2−xHgxCa2Cu3Oy (x=0.3) were synthesized and used to investigate the phase evolution by XRD, superconducting behaviour by RT measurement and the structural grain boundary effects by SEM. From these measurements, it has been noticed that the phases obtained with both types of compositions are the same as Bi2212 but the Tc values are different. With additional annealing, Tc zero values were raised from 60 to 72 K in Bi2Sr2−xHgxCa1Cu2Oy and 64 to 92 K in Bi2Sr2−xHgxCa2Cu3Oy. Also, an improved grain boundary linkage has been observed by SEM for the 92 K sample.  相似文献

Magnetic susceptibility, X-ray diffraction and resistivity measurements of the system Bi1.4Pb0.6Sr2Ca2−xGaxCu3Oy are reported for 0 x 2. The high-Tc 2223 phase with a Tc of 107 K for x = 0 exists for x 0.3. The low-Tc 2212 phase with a Tc of 75 K for x = 0 exists for the full range of x. The highest values of the critical temperature and the largest volume fraction of the low-Tc phase in compounds with Ga occur for x = 0.5 ± 0.1. The identification of CaO by X-ray diffraction for x 0.6 indicates that Ga replaces Ca in the compound.  相似文献

We have measured the resistivities of Al2O3-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy and MgO-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy composites with the nominal Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy volume fraction, 2212, ranging from 0.15 to 1.00. For the Al2O3-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu 2Oy composites, we find for the samples with 2212≥0.6 that the superconducting transition temperature, Tc, is not disturbed by the addition of Al2O3. For 2212<0.3, no zero-resistivity state is observed. For the MgO-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy composites, Tc is barely disturbed for the samples with ρ2212≥0.7. No superconducting state is observed for the samples with ρ2212<0.35. The variation of (300 K) with ρ2212 indicates a three-dimensional percolating Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O matrix occurring at ρ2212≈0.19 and ≈0.15 in Al2O3-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2 Cu2Oy and MgO-Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy, respectively. Both resistivity and magnetization measurements suggest that the reactions of Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy with MgO are weaker than with Al2O3.  相似文献

The X-ray diffraction patterns for Bi2Sr2Ca1−xYxCu2O8+y sintered in air or Ar indicated that the reduction in the number of excess oxygen ions induced a structural change from orthorhombic to pseudotetragonal. When the oxygen contents decreased with the reducing treatment, the period of modulation in Bi2Sr2Ca1−xYxCu2O8+y increased. This result supported the model of excess oxygen ions in the Bi---O sheet. However, it was difficult to understand the change of modulation period with increasing Y contents using the model of excess oxygen ions in the Bi---O layers. Also, it is included that the Y substitution for Ca and La substitution for Sr in the Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+y system result in parallel effects for the modulation structure.  相似文献

We have systematically investigated the doping effect on the Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy superconductive material. After entering into the crystal lattice, Pb and/or Sb atoms cause not only variations of the temperature condition during the sample preparation process, but also variations of structures and superconductivity. By analyzing the experimental results, we have come to the conclusion that the Pb and/or Sb atoms enter into the Bi-O planes, preferably occupy the sites of Bi ions, regulate the crystal structures and the distribution of oxygen ions in Bi-O planes and nearby lattice sites, thus benefiting the formation of the high-Tc phase and improving the superconductivity.  相似文献

Single crystals and polycrystalline pellets of the high-temperature cuprate superconductor Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8 were doped at room temperature by electrochemical reduction at > 95% Coulombic efficiency using lithium dopant ions in propylene carbonate electrolyte. Cyclic voltammetry and potential step measurements on single crystals suggest an unusual reduction mechanism, with a diffusion coefficient for Li+ in the c-axis direction of bulk superconductor of ca. 3 × 10−11 cm2s−1. Sintered pellets of polycrystalline powder could be doped more rapidly, with an apparent diffusion coefficient of 7 × 10−8 cm2s−1. X-ray susceptibility analysis show extensive disordering occurs on heavy Li doping, with a first-order transition from a crystalline/superconducting to an amorphous/non-superconducting phase. Single, crystals of Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8 exhibited a color change on reduction from metallic gray to golden bronze. The reduced material was highly air-sensitive, forming a hydroxide surface film on exposure to ambient atmosphere.  相似文献

Thin films of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 and (Bi, Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10 have been prepared on monocrystalline (100) MgO substrates, using a laser ablation method with post annealing treatment. The influence of substrate temperature and oxygen pressure during deposition were investigated. SEM observations, EDS analysis, electric and magnetic measurements have been used to characterize the films. Superconducting “2212” films, with Tc(R = 0) at 80–83 K and Jc (50 K) up to 5 × 105 A/cm2, have been currently achieved, while Pb-doped “2223” films exhibit Tc as high as 110 K with Jc = 5 × 104 A/cm2 at 77 K. The effect of annealing at low temperature (350°C) in an argon flow has been studied for the 2212 phase, it shows the influence of the oxygen non-stoichiometry, i.e. of the hole carrier density upon Tc's which can be measured up to 89 K (zero resistance).  相似文献

Bi-2222 phases were prepared by solid state reactions and were studied using X-ray diffraction, chemical and EDS-analysis. Compounds with composition Bi2Sr2R1.33Ce0.67Cu2O10+δ were obtained for R=Pr, Nd, Sm-Er. The phases Bi2Sr2Cu2O10+δ with similar structure but without Ce were prepared for R = Pr, Sm-Dy. For Bi2Sr2Eu2−xCexCu2O10+δ the solubility limit was determined and the effect of treatment under different oxygen pressures was investigated. Weak diamagnetic signals (<3%) were detected for some of these samples.  相似文献

There was giant flux jumps in high Tc Bi1.7Pb0.3Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy bulk superconductor. The relaxation time, τ, decreased with both the increase of magnetic field and the rise of temperature. The maximum τ was about 40 min.. The average-dM/dt increased with both the increase of magnetic field and the rise of temperature. The minimum average-dM/dt was about 4.1×10−2G/min.. The flux jump weakened with time. It was dependent on the decrease of gradient of magnetic flux density dn/dx in the sample.  相似文献
