本文通过调控合成构建了两种类型的铜离子掺杂金属有机框架(MOF)材料UiO-66-NH_2:一种是Cu~(2+)离子浸渍在MOF孔隙中所形成的Cu@UiO-66-NH_2,另一种则是Cu~(2+)离子部分取代Zr-O团簇中的Zr~(4+)离子所形成的双金属中心Cu-UiO-66-NH_2.超快光谱与动力学表征表明:与未掺杂的MOF相比,这两个铜离子掺杂的MOF体系均促进了与LCCT态相关的弛豫动力学,其促进程度的顺序为Cu-UiO-66-NH_2Cu@UiO-66-NH_2UiO-66-NH_2;这与它们在可见光光催化析氢活性测试中所观察到的趋势一致.该工作揭示了Zr基MOF体系中的铜离子掺杂位置效应及相关动力学,表明可在类似MOF体系中通过合理设计金属掺杂的具体位置来促进光致电荷分离、抑制有害的电荷复合,有利于提高MOF体系的光催化性能.  相似文献

以双中心模型为基础, 理论研究了LiNbO3:Cu:Ce晶体在稳态情况下的非挥发双光双步全息存储性能. 研究中考虑了在晶体深能级中心Cu+/Cu2+ 与浅能级中心Ce3+/Ce4+ 之间由隧穿效应引起的电荷直接交换过程. 结果表明, 总的空间电荷场大小主要由深能级上的空间电荷场所决定, 并且非挥发全息存储性能主要由隧穿效应引起的深能级中心Cu+/Cu2+ 与浅能级中心Ce3+/Ce4+ 之间的电荷直接交换过程所决定. 与隧穿效应相关的材料参数对于非挥发双光双步全息存储的性能起到了至关重要的作用.  相似文献

采用固相反应烧结法制备了Co掺杂ZnO的粉末和压片样品. XRD衍射表明样品中Co2+离子取代Zn2+离子进入了ZnO晶格中. 在室温下样品均表现为顺磁性, 利用密度泛函理论(DFT+U)方法计算得到的Co2Zn14O16体系反铁磁基态更稳定, 并通过Co, O原子电子迁移变化, 表明了CoZnO体系中磁性机理更倾向于Co2+—O2-—Co2+成键的间接交换作用模型. 改进了安德森模型中的直接交换积分Jpd公式. 提出两个可能的途径来实现具有本征铁磁性氧化物半导体.  相似文献

Er3+单掺及Er3+/Yb3+共掺SiO2-Al2O3-La2O3玻璃光谱性质研究   总被引:10,自引:4,他引:6  
研究了单掺Er3+及Er3+/Yb3+共掺SiO2-Al2O3-La2O3玻璃的光谱性质随稀土离子浓度变化规律,应用McCumber理论计算了玻璃在1.53 μm的发射截面及积分吸收截面.结果表明:在Er3+离子掺杂浓度相同时,玻璃在980 nm吸收截面与Yb3+掺杂浓度成反比;当样品中Yb3+离子掺杂浓度为3.94×1020 cm-3时,玻璃在1.53 μm的吸收截面和发射截面最大,在1.40~1.60 μm积分吸收截面也最大;Er3+/Yb3+共掺SiO2-Al2O3-La2O3玻璃在1.53 μm的荧光半高宽随Er3+掺杂浓度升高而增加,当Er3+离子掺杂浓度为2.41×1020 cm-3时,玻璃的荧光半高宽(FWHM)达到52.5 nm.  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了以SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-Gd2O3为基质系统Ce3+掺杂的玻璃样品, 测试样品的密度、紫外——可见透射光谱、紫外激发光谱和主要的闪烁性能, 并且把一部分闪烁性能和PbWO晶体及BGO晶体做比较. 着重研究了不同Ce3+掺杂浓度与Gd3+ 离子的含量对玻璃样品闪烁性能的影响规律. 结果表明: 玻璃样品具有较大的密度; 样品的X射线激发发射光谱发射峰位置都在390 nm左右, 当Ce3+ 离子的掺杂浓度为1.0 mol%(摩尔分数)、Gd2O3含量为15 mol%时, 玻璃样品的发光峰强度达到BGO晶体发光强度的90%; 同样验证了Ce3+ 离子具有浓度猝灭效应; Gd3+可以敏化Ce3+离子发光, 但是Gd3+离子到达一定浓度时, 反而会产生猝灭效应, 降低了Ce3+ 离子的发光. Ce3+ 离子掺杂SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3-Gd2O3系统的闪烁玻璃有望替代闪烁晶体广泛应用于高能物理中.  相似文献

利用高温固相反应法分别合成了不同物相形成机理的Sr2CeO4,Sr 2CeO4∶Ca 2+和Sr2CeO4∶Ba2+样品,并对其光谱特性进行 了研究.结果发现,对于由SrO和CeO2直接反应生成的Sr2CeO4(Ⅰ),激发主峰位于256nm 左右;而对于SrCeO3和SrO反应生成的Sr2CeO4(Ⅱ),激发主峰位于279nm左右.在Sr2CeO4(Ⅰ)中掺入Ca2+,其激发光谱随着Ca2+离子浓度的增加逐渐接近于Sr2CeO4(Ⅱ)的激发光谱.激发主峰带应属于CeO6八面体终端Ce4+—O2-键的电荷迁移 带.对于激发光谱中340nm左右的弱激发峰,其峰值波长不受形成机理及Ca2+掺杂的影响,只是其强度 随着 激发主峰的红移而增加,它可能属于CeO6八面体平面上Ce4+—O2-键的电荷 迁移带.形成机理及Ca2+掺杂对发射光谱没有影响.Ca2+在Sr 2CeO 4(Ⅱ)与Ba2+在Sr2CeO4(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)中均难 于替代Sr2+的位置.  相似文献

本文采用超快瞬态吸收光谱技术研究了“半导体/金属-有机骨架(MOF)”复合体系中的位置效应. 半导体TiO2纳米颗粒被嵌入或担载于一种典型的MOF材料Cu3(BTC)2. 通过实时跟踪这两个复合体系中的电子动力学行为,发现半导体与MOF之间形成的界面态可作为高效的电子转移纽带,其效率与二组份的相对位置密切相关,从而导致这两个复合体系光催化CO2还原的性能差异. 本文对“半导体/MOF”复合体系中界面电子转移行为和效应的机理进行了解读,为基于MOF材料的光电化学应用提供了有益的设计思路.  相似文献

采用微乳液法合成掺杂浓度不同和烧结温度不同的CaWO4:Eu3+系列荧光体, 这些荧光体都具有Eu3+离子的特征荧光发射. 在不同温度烧结后, 高浓度掺杂的样品(Eu3+掺杂30或50 mol%)可获得最大的发光强度, 低浓度掺杂的样品(掺杂0.5—2 mol%)在800 ℃烧结时也可获得优异的发光强度. 实验结果表明, Eu3+离子高浓度掺杂的CaWO4:Eu3+在紫外光激发下可成为高效发光的荧光粉.  相似文献

采用新型超声喷雾共沉淀法技术,以Lu2O3、Eu2O3、Al(NO3)3·9H2O为原料,制备了不同浓度Eu3+离子掺杂的Lu3Al5O12纳米粉体.用X射线粉末衍射表征了获得纳米粉体的相,用扫描电镜观察了纳米粒子的形貌.测定了粉体的激发光谱、7F0-5D2声子边带谱与发射光谱.研究了不同高温烧结温度与Eu3+掺杂浓度对纳米粒子的发光强度与粒子形貌的影响规律.研究表明,当烧结温度高于900 ℃时,粉体发光强度明显增强,并且随着煅烧温度的增加,发光强度有所增强.Eu3+离子的最佳掺杂浓度为5~7 mol%.根据稀土离子Eu3+光学跃起矩阵元的特点,从发射光谱获得Eu3+光学跃起的J-O参量Ω2与Ω4.在Eu3+掺杂浓度均为5 mol%时,其强度参量达最小,电-声子耦合最强.然后随着掺杂浓度的进一步提高,强度参量略有增加,电-声子耦合减弱.说明Eu-O键强增加,共价性增强,Eu3+的局域环境对称性降低.Ω2值低于Eu3+在玻璃与晶体基质中的情况,这是由于纳米粒子中存在着大量的缺陷以及晶体的结构畸变导致纳米粒子的对称性下降所致.  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
