设计和制备了ZnS/ZnSe叠层共 2 0个周期的非线性一维光子晶体光开关与光双稳器件 理论模拟了波长 5 14 .5nm的氩离子激光 ,在阈值功率密度 1.0× 10 5W/cm2 下 ,完全移出光子禁带 ,实现了光开关 同一器件也可作为光学双稳器件 ,实验测出其阈值功率密度为 1.38× 10 5W/cm2 ,双稳开关时间为 10 0ps 理论与实验结果基本一致  相似文献

报道在脉宽50fs—22ps,波长800nm脉冲激光作用下的空气电离阈值的研究结果.利用探测等离子体发光信号的方法,实验测量了激发空气电离所需的阈值激光强度.结果表明,当激光脉冲宽度从50fs增加到22ps时,阈值光强Ith从8.7×1014W/cm2下降到2.7×1013W/cm2;Ith经历了由迅速降低逐渐发展为缓慢降低的过程.在50fs—1p 关键词: 飞秒激光 阈值 多光子电离 碰撞电离  相似文献

本文叙述用一维非平衡辐射流体力学激光打靶程序模拟计算高功率密度(~1013W/cm2)激光照射中Z介质薄靶形成的等离子体状态。考虑的物理过程有轫致、光电离、电子碰撞电离及它们的逆过程,Compton散射过程等。Compton散射采用Fokker-Planck近似;电子和离子热传导采用限流扩散近拟;光子方程采用多群限流扩散近似;用平均原子模型计算布居数。激光的吸收主要考虑逆轫致吸收。用功率密度分别为5×1013W/cm2和1×1014W/cm2,波长0.53μm,脉宽450ps的激光从两面和单面打se薄靶,模拟计算结果与国外的实验结果[1]一致。  相似文献

采用大功率高重复频率准分子激光溅射热解石墨靶制备了类金刚石膜,研究了激光功率密度对膜的结构和性能的影响,分析了膜的紫外可见透过谱及膜的带隙结构、Raman谱和电子衍射图,结果表明随着激光功率密度由108W/cm2提高至1010 W/cm2,膜的结构也由无定形非晶结构转变为纳米晶金刚石结构,膜 中的sp3键舍量及各项性能均有提高. 关键词: 激光功率密度 类金刚石膜 性能 结构  相似文献

采用Au箔作为生长衬底,通过化学气相沉积法制备了高质量的单层MoSe2单晶.通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、扫描透射电子显微镜等对其形貌和结构进行了表征,研究了单层MoSe2单晶的光学及电学特性.结果表明:单层MoSe2具有非线性光学特性,并具有直接带隙结构(带隙宽度约为1.56 eV)及较好的光致发光特性.当其作为场效应晶体管器件的半导体沟道材料时,器件的载流子迁移率为1.6 cm2/(V·s),开关比约为104.  相似文献

降低阈值是随机激光实用化的前提, 随机光纤激光器是将随机增益介质填充到空芯光子晶体光纤中利 用其光子禁带来降低阈值的一种随机激光器. 理论分析表明: 在光子晶体光纤光子禁带的约束下, 随机光纤激光器中的大部分能量被集中在芯区传播, 这使局域在芯区的光与随机介质相互作用得到增强, 激发效率得以提高. 然而, 光纤填充介质后, 纤芯等效折射率发生了改变, 光子带隙也会随之移动, 因此当选用带隙光纤来降低阈值时, 只考虑光纤本身的带隙是不够的, 应考虑到介质的增益频率和填充后的光子带隙之间的匹配问题, 合理选择光纤或介质的材料, 如果匹配得当, 光子禁带对激光的调控能力会更强, 激光阈值有望得到更大程度的降低. 关键词: 随机激光 光子晶体光纤 光子禁带 阈值  相似文献

利用微加工技术, 在SOI上制作出了高Q值的光子晶体微腔, Q值可以达7×104以上, 为后续的光与物质相互作用和量子信息方面的实验奠定了基础. 实验结果与理论模拟符合得较好. 通过三维时域有限差分法模拟, 得到光子晶体微腔的Q值为1.2×105左右. 关键词: 光子晶体 微腔 微加工  相似文献

用我们研制的一维半电磁粒子模拟程序数值模拟了神光12#激光器(λL=1.053μm,τ=850ps,IL=3×1014—3×1015W/cm2打靶的受激Raman散射。得到了散射光波、静电(Langmuir)波线性增长和非线性饱和的细致图象、热电子和超热电子分布函数随时间的发展以及超热电子的温度和份额。通过对散射光谱的分析得到晕区电子温度约为1.4—2.5keV,还得到靶等离 关键词:  相似文献

测量了激光产生的等离子体中3/2ω0谐波的发射。结果表明,在靶面功率密度为1014W/cm2量级的情况下,3/2ω0谐波发生蓝移,蓝移量约为70?。谐波本身加宽量为26?,随靶面功率密度增加,加宽量亦略有增大。 关键词:  相似文献

We report the observation of spectral broadening induced by 200 femtosecond laser pulses with the repetition rate of 1 kHz at the wavelength of 532 nm in semi-insulating 4H–SiC single crystals.It is demonstrated that the full width at half maximum of output spectrum increases linearly with the light propagation length and the peak power density,reaching a maximum 870 cm~(-1)on a crystal of 19 mm long under an incident laser with a peak power density of 60.1 GW/cm~2.Such spectral broadening can be well explained by the self-phase modulation model which correlates time-dependent phase change of pulses to intensity-dependent refractive index.The nonlinear refractive index n_2 is estimated to be1.88×10~(-15)cm~2/W.The intensity-dependent refractive index is probably due to both the nonlinear optical polarizability of the bound electrons and the increase of free electrons induced by the two-photon absorption process.Super continuum spectra could arise as crystals are long enough to induce the self-focusing effect.The results show that SiC crystals may find applications in spectral broadening of high power lasers.  相似文献

We report the optical bistability in CdSxSe1-x-doped glass channel waveguide with rise and fall times of about 24 and 30ps, respectively, in bistable switching by means of fiber coupling input with a power of about 3mW. The third-order nonlinear susceptibility (x(3)) of CdSxSe1-x-doped glass is estimated experimentally to be 1.8×10-9 esu. The high speed switching and the value of x(1) show that the optical bistability is caused by an optical nonlinearity which can be attributed to the band-filling effect.  相似文献

设计了一种缺陷模迁移光子晶体微腔全光开关. 两条二维三角晶格空气孔光子晶体波导由一个光子晶体微腔连接, 在微腔的点缺陷中填充掺有少量偶氮聚合物的苯乙炔类液晶. 通过调节控制光的偏振态, 使偶氮聚合物发生顺-反异构化反应, 带动液晶分子重新取向, 从而改变光子晶体微腔的谐振波长, 进而实现光的通过与截止. 运用时域有限差分法和平面波展开法分析 了二维光控液晶光子晶体微腔全光开关的光学特性. 数值计算结果表明: 对于1.55 μ通信波段通过外界偏振光控制所填充的向列相液晶 的折射率可以实现对光波的导通与截止. 分析结果显示, 此开关具有阈值低, 消光比较大, 体积小等优点. 关键词: 二维光子晶体微腔 波导 时域有限差分(FDTD) 液晶  相似文献

Transmission properties of one-dimensional photonic crystal with two nonlinear defects were investigated based on the nonlinear transfer matrix method. From the inspection of the optical bistabilities around different defect modes, it was found that the threshold of bistability for the bonding mode is always lower than that for the anti-bonding mode. When intensity of the incident wave increases bistability could happen at any wavelength larger than the resonance wavelength of the linear anti-bonding mode in the gap. The threshold of bistability increases initially with the wavelength, then decreases sharply in reaching the resonance wavelength of the linear bonding mode. The coupling behavior of the two defects was also discussed, and it was found that the threshold of bistability increases with the distance between the two defects. A flat spectrum similar to that formed in the photonic crystal molecules was obtained under certain incident intensity.  相似文献

The structure and optical diffraction properties of monolayers of monodisperse spheres crystallized on transparent dielectric substrates are studied. Two types of diffraction phenomena are considered: surface light diffraction on the lattice of spheres and waveguide resonances in the monolayer plane. For experimental study of these phenomena, optical retroreflection and transmission spectra are measured as functions of the light incidence angle and azimuthal orientation of the incidence plane. The monolayer structures determined by scanning electron microscopy and light diffraction methods are in quantitative agreement. It is concluded that one-dimensional Fraunhofer diffraction is applicable to describe surface diffraction in the hexagonal lattice of spheres. In the case of oblique light incidence, anisotropy of diffraction and transmission spectra depending on the light incidence plane orientation with respect to the sphere lattice and linear polarization of incident light is detected. Waveguide resonances of the planar two-dimensional photonic crystal are approximated within the light diffraction model in the “empty” hexagonal lattice. The best approximation of the waveguide resonance dispersion is achieved using the effective refractive index, depending on the wavelength. Surface diffraction suppression by waveguide resonances of the photonic crystal is demonstrated. Surface diffraction orders are identified as diffraction at singular points of the Brillouin zone of the planar twodimensional photonic crystal.  相似文献

We have investigated the nonlinear propagation of light in photonic crystal fibers filled with nematic liquid crystals. We analyzed a configuration with a periodic modulation of the refractive index corresponding to a matrix of waveguides. Matrices of coupled waveguides allow observing a variety of new phenomena both for low power light beam propagation and with an existence of nonlinear effects. The opportunity for the creation of solitary waves caused by the interplay between diffraction and nonlinear effects in these kinds of fibers is investigated. At low power the propagating light beam spreads as it couples to more and more waveguides. When the intensity is increased the light modifies the refractive index distribution, inducing a defect in the periodic structure. The creation of such a defect can lead to a situation in which the light becomes self-localized and its diffractive broadening is eliminated. Eventually, in the case of positive Kerr-type nonlinearity, a discrete soliton can be created. In the case of negative nonlinearity the refractive index decreases with the optical power and can lead to bandgap shifting. The incident beam, with a frequency initially within the bandgap, is then turned outside the bandgap resulting in the changing of the propagation effect for the discrete diffraction effect. 高性能的太赫兹器件在控制太赫兹波方面起到重要的作用,因此寻求一种简单有效的太赫兹器件加工方案非常必要。本文以太赫兹波导和太赫兹滤波器为例,分别选用Kagome型光子晶体结构的波导和一维光子晶体结构的滤波器,运用商用的3D打印机加工样品,并采用透射式太赫兹时域光谱系统对样品的参数进行测量。实验结果表明:加工的波导在0.2~1.0 THz范围内传输损耗平均值约为0.02 cm~(-1),最小值可达到0.002 cm~(-1),且可运用机械拼接的方式将多个波导进行简单的连接从而获得更长的波导而不引起严重的损耗;滤波器的透射谱在0.1~0.5 THz之间有两个明显高损耗带;这两组实验结果均与理论预计非常接近。本文运用太赫兹波导和滤波器的实例证实了3D打印技术加工太赫兹器件的可行性,将会成为获取性能可控、价格低廉的太赫兹器件的有效途径。  相似文献
