研究了磁控溅射制备的Ag5In5Te47Sb33相变薄膜的光谱及短波长静态记录性能。研究结果表明,晶态薄膜反射率较高,并在600~900nm波长范围内,晶态与非晶态的反射率和折射率相差很大。在CD-E系统的工作波长780nm处,晶态反射率高达50%,光学常数为5.34-1.0i;非晶态反射率为23%,光学常数为2.5-1.03i。从这一角度讲,Ag5In5Te47Sb33相变薄膜适于做CD-E系统的记录介质。另外,采用波长为514.4nm的短波长光学静态记录测试仪对Ag5In5Te47Sb33薄膜的记录性能进行了测试,结果表明,这种薄膜短波长记录性能较好,它在较低功率和短脉宽的激光束作用下就可得到较高的反射率对比度。 相似文献

为了进行MCP超薄防离子反馈膜的性能评价研究,并使这种膜层具有良好离子阻挡能力,利用电子束蒸发方法,在微通道板(MCP)输入面上制备一种超薄Al2O3防离子反馈膜,其膜层厚度为2 nm时仍连续致密。通过对Al2O3防离子反馈膜的电子透过特性测试,给出2 nm及4 nm厚防离子反馈膜对应的死区电压分别约为150 V及200 V;利用Monte-Carlo法模拟分析了Al2O3防离子反馈膜的离子阻挡特性,2 nm及4 nm厚Al2O3防离子反馈膜对碳离子等的阻挡率分别高于40%及86%,另外对有无膜的MCP电特性进行测试,可以看出镀2 nm及4 nm厚的膜后,MCP电子增益分别降低了51%及81%。 相似文献

The absorption,transmission and reflection spectra of spin-coated films of Ni(azo)2 (azo nickel chelate) were measured. Because of the intermolecular aggregation,the absorption peak of Ni(azo)2 thin film has a red-shift of about 40 nm with respect to that of it in methanol solution. The fabricated optical disk showed a reflectivity of 48% and its carrier-noise ratio (CNR) was greater than 45 dB when recording with 7.5 mW laser power at the wavelength of 780 nm. 相似文献

研究了有机染料酞菁铜(CuPc)真空蒸镀薄膜在可见及近红外区域的吸收光谱和光学常数,发现酞菁铜薄膜在550-750nm波长范围内具有较强的吸收,在静态测试仪上测试了酞菁铜薄膜的光存储记录特性,发现用低功率氦氖激光照样品时薄膜反射率变化较大,在酞菁记录层上覆盖金属反射层将提高写入激光的阈值能量并且增大反射率的对比度。 相似文献

研究了偶氮基染料掺杂薄膜MO-PVA和EO-PVA的双光子存储特性。在对薄膜用Ar^+激光作预激发下实现了He-Ne激光的红光存储。获得了实时和短时存储照片。光电记录存储曲线,分析了双光四能级系统的存储机制。实现确定了最佳预激发功率约为0.28W/cm^2,最小He-Ne光可存储功率密度低于0.2W/cm^2。 相似文献

We report a rewritable polarization-encoded multilayer data storage method with a polymer film doped with the azo dye DMNPAA (2,5-dimethyl-4-(p-nitrophenylazo)anisole). It is found that under two-photon excitation by a linearly polarized femtosecond laser beam at wavelength 780 nm the optical axis of DMNPAA molecules can be oriented to the perpendicular direction of the beam via a trans-cis-trans isomerization process. As a result, multilayer polarization-encoded optical data storage is demonstrated by recording two letters of a bit spacing of 4 microm in the same region of a given layer. The quest for materials exhibiting high nonlinear refraction and absorption are required for photonic device application. In this paper we report a simplified Z-scan technique, to study the optical nonlinearity of the dye bromocresol purple in methanol and ethanol for different concentration and dye doped polymer film at the wavelength 532 nm of Nd:YAG laser. The experimental results show that the investigated organic dye molecule exhibits saturation absorption and negative nonlinearity. The nonlinear absorption co-efficient and the nonlinear refractive index were measured for the dye doped film, and for dye in methanol and ethanol at the concentration of 0.03 mM and 0.05 mM. The measured third order susceptibility was found to be of the order of 10−6 e.s.u. in both solid and liquid medium. The result shows that the dye has potential applications in nonlinear optics. 相似文献
