Modulated UV light is used to increase the sensitivity of the two-centre holographic recording. Inherent mechanisms of nonvolatile holographic recording in oxidized and reduced crystals are numerically analysed based on solving the two-centre material equations modified for UV-light recording. Experiments verification is performed with an oxidized crystal and a reduced crystal, and the role of UV intensity on the sensitivity is presented.  相似文献

We perform a comprehensive experimental study on holographic and thermal-fixing characteristics of Zn:Fe:LiNbO3 The measured hologram decay time constants, respectively caused by optical readout and under dark condition, with thermal fixing are 15 times and 75 times longer than that obtained without thermal fixing. This suggests that Zn:Fe:LiNbO3 crystals are suitable for thermal fixing. Multiplexed recordings of 300 holograms using different thermal fixing schemes verify that a proper multiplexing scheme such as track-division thermal-fixing scheme for disc-type holographic storage can effectively compensate for the negative effect of zinc-doping on the dynamic range, thus the storage density is enhanced.  相似文献

By coupling the phase field model with the continuity equation of incompressible fluid, Navier–Stokes equation,electric field equation, and other governing equations, a multi-field coupling model for multi-bubble coalescence in a viscous fluids is established. The phase field method is used to capture the two-phase interface. The motion and coalescence of a pair of coaxial bubbles under an external uniform electric field and the effects of different electric field strengths on the interaction and coalescence of rising bubbles are studied. The results show that the uniform electric field accelerates the collision and coalescence process of double bubbles in the fluid, and increases the rising velocity of the coalesced bubble.The electric field with an intensity of E = 2 kV/mm is reduced about 2 times compared with that without electric field in coalescence time. When the electric field strength is strong(E ≥ 1 kV/mm), the coalesced bubble will rupture before it rises to the top of the calculation area, and the time of the bubble rupturing also decreases with the increase of the electric field strength. The phase field method is compared with the simulation results of Lattice Boltzmann Method(LBM), and the shape of bubble obtained by the two methods is in good agreement, which verifies the correctness of the calculation model.  相似文献

Thin ferromagnetic films with in-plane magnetic anisotropy are promising materials for obtaining high microwave permeability.The paper reports a Mo¨ssbauer study of the field induced in-plane uniaxial anisotropy in electro-deposited FeCo alloy films.The FeCo alloy films were prepared by the electro-deposition method with and without an external magnetic field applied parallel to the film plane during deposition.Vibrating sample magnetometry and Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy measurements at room temperature indicate that the film deposited in external field shows an in-plane uniaxial anisotropy with an easy direction coinciding with the external field direction and a hard direction perpendicular to the field direction,whereas the film deposited without external field does not show any in-plane anisotropy.Mo¨ssbauer spectra taken in three geometric arrangements show that the magnetic moments are almost constrained in the film plane for the film deposited with applied magnetic field.Also,the magnetic moments tend to align in the direction of the applied external magnetic field during deposition,indicating that the observed anisotropy should be attributed to directional ordering of atomic pairs.  相似文献

In this paper, the enhancement of light-induced scattering in congruent SBN:Cr (Sr_{0.61}Ba_{0.39}Nb_2O_6:Cr) crystals in the presence of an externally applied electric field and its suppression are studied. If a coherent image is focalized in SBN:Cr crystal without applying external electric field, the output image will remain clear, because of the weak photorefractive effect in the crystal. When a field is applied properly along the crystal axis, markedly enhanced scattering from the signal beam and the output image dispersion can be observed due to the increase of the photorefractive two-beam coupling gain and the light-induced index change in SBN:Cr crystals. By introducing a coherent or incoherent beam with higher intensity the light-induced scattering can be suppressed through the erasure of scattering gratings. The difference between coherent and incoherent beam is that the former can also amplify the signal beam as the scattered light is removed, whereas the latter can only make the signal beam revert to its initial state. The results obtained under different experimental conditions are consistent with theoretical analysis.  相似文献

The electric field distribution in Li Nb O3 crystal under different electrode shape is presented by using the digital holographic interferometry. Three configurations of phase modulator including the rectangular electrode type,single-triangle electrode type, and dual-triangle electrode type are performed in this experiment. The nonuniform electric field distribution in these phase modulators are observed and the electric field increases with voltage increasing. The digital holographic interferometry with high electro-optic effect improves the measurement precision. The digital holographic interferometry provides an effective way for studying the electric field distribution. Such in situ quantitative analysis of electric field distribution is a key to optimizing electrode shape.  相似文献

We propose a novel approach to visualize the light-induced refractive index changes in photorefractive crystals employing digital holography. The holograms formed in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer are recorded by a two-dimensional CCD camera. From these holograms, the phase differences, which contain the information of the index changes in photorefractive crystals, are determined by utilizing digital holographic interferometry. Then the two-dimensional visualizations of index changes in the crystals can be obtained. This method is successfully demonstrated in LiNbO3:Fe, KNSBN:Ce and SBN:Cr crystals.  相似文献

We have systematically studied the behaviors of the resistivity and magnetization of CeSb_2 single crystals as a function of temperature and external field. Four anomalies in the resistivity/magnetization-versus-temperature curves are observed at low magnetic field. They are located at 15.5 K, 11.5 K, 9.5 K, and 6.5 K, corresponding to the paramagnetic–magnetically ordered state(MO), MO-antiferromagnetic(AFM), AFM–AFM, and AFM–ferromagnetic(FM) transitions, respectively.The anomaly at 9.5 K is only visible with H‖[010] by magnetic susceptibility measurements, indicating that the AFM–AFM transition only happens along [010] direction in ab-plane. The four magnetic transitions are strongly suppressed by high external field. Finally, the field-temperature phase diagrams of CeSb_2 with different orientations of the applied field in ab-plane are constructed and indicate the highly anisotropic nature of the magnetization of CeSb_2.  相似文献

Using a one-dimensional slab model, we study the influence of the external static magnetic field on the anomalous skin effects in the inductively coupled plasma. The rf electromagnetic field in the plasma is determined by solving the linearized Boltzmann equation incorporating with the Maxwell equations. The numerical results show that,due to the existence of the external magnetic field, the anomalous skin effects are greatly enhanced and the number of regions with negative absorption is decreased.  相似文献

Composition dependence of electrocaloric effect is investigated in(1- x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3- xP b Ti O3 single crystals by using an eighth-order Landau–Devonshire theory. The applied electric field along [001] direction reduces the ferroelectric-ferroelectric phase transition temperatures, but increases the Curie temperatures. The electrocaloric coefficients of tetragonal phase are much larger than that of rhombohedral and monoclinic phase. A negative electrocaloric effect is observed near the MC-T phase transition in 0.69Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.31 Pb Ti O3 single crystal. The application of a strong enough electric field results in a high adiabatic temperature change over a broad range of temperature.Therefore, it would be useful to construct a solid state cooling cycle over a broad temperature range for practical applications.  相似文献

<正>T’-phase electron-doped superconductor Pr1-xLaCexCuO4-δ(PLCCO) thin films are successfully prepared on SrTiO3(100) substrates by using the dc magnetron sputtering method.It is found that the films each have a highly oriented structure along the c-axis.For optimally doped films with x≈0.10,the superconducting transition temperature Tc is 23.5 K,which is similar to that of a single crystal.The quadratic temperature dependence of the resistivity is observed when T > Tc,which can be attributed to the two-dimensional Fermi liquid behaviour.Besides,the optimal conditions for preparing the T’-phase PLCCO thin films are also discussed in detail.  相似文献

High-quality superconducting Ca$_{1-x}$Na$_x$Fe$_2$As$_2$ single crystals have been successfully grown by the NaAs-flux method, with sodium doping level $x = 0.4$-0.64. The typical sizes of these crystals are more than 10 mm in $ab$-plane and $\sim 0.1$ mm along $c$-axis in thickness. X-ray diffraction, resistance and magnetization measurements are carried out to characterize the quality of these crystals. While no signature of magnetic phase transitions is detected in the normal state, bulk superconductivity is found for these samples, with a sharp transition at $T_{\rm c}$ ranging from 19.8 K ($x = 0.4$) to 34.8 K ($x = 0.64$). The doping dependences of the $c$-axis parameter and $T_{\rm c}$ are consistent with previous reports, suggesting a possible connection between the lattice parameters and superconductivity.  相似文献

Recently, α-Al2O3:C crystal with highly sensitive thermoluminescence (TL) and optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) has been successfully grown by the temperature gradient technique. This paper investigates the heating rate dependence of TL sensitivity, light-induced fading of TL signals and thermal stability of OSL of α-Al2O3:C crystals. As the heating rate increases, the integral TL response decreases and the dosimetric glow peak shifts to higher temperatures in α-Al2O3:C crystals. Light-induced fading of TL increases with the irradiation dose, and TL response decreases as the exposure time increases, especially in the first 15 minutes. With the increasing intensity of the exposure light, the TL fading of α-Al2O3:C crystal increases sharply. The OSL response of as-grown α-Al2O3:C crystal is quite stable below 373 K and decreases sharply for higher temperatures.  相似文献

对描述双掺杂晶体非挥发性全息记录动力学过程的Kukhtarev方程进行了矢量分析,分析中考虑了体光生伏特效应和外加电场的作用。在小信号近似的基础上给出了双中心全息记录中记录与固定阶段空间电荷场的矢量解析解。在综合考虑空间电荷场的各向异性以及晶体有效电光系数的各向异性后,给出了双中心全息记录的优化记录方向。结果表明,对(Fe,Mn)∶LiNbO3晶体633nm寻常光记录,优化记录方向主要由有效电光系数决定,光栅波矢与光轴夹角为22°,方位角为30°;对(Fe,Mn)∶LiNbO3晶体633nm非寻常光记录,优化记录方向主要由固定空间电荷场决定,光栅波矢与光轴夹角为44°,方位角为90°。  相似文献

The epitaxial (single crystal-like) Pr0.4La0.1Sr0.5MnO3 (PLSMO) and Nd0.35La0.15Sr0.5MnO3 (NLSMO) thin films are prepared and characterized, and the electric and magnetic properties are examined. We find that both PLSMO and NLSMO have their own optimum deposition temperature (To) in their growing into epitaxial thin films. When the deposition temperature is higher than To, a c-axis oriented but polycrystalline thin film grows; when the deposition temperature is lower than To, the thin film tends to be a-axis oriented and also polycrystalline. The most important point is that for the epitaxial PLSMO and NLSMO thin films the electronic phase transitions are closely consistent with the magnetic phase transitions, i.e. an antiferromagnetic phase corresponds to an insulating state, a ferromagnetic phase corresponds to a metallic state and a paramagnetic phase corresponds to a semiconducting state, while for the polycrystalline thin films the electronic phase transitions are always not consistent with the magnetic transitions.  相似文献

在室温条件下的激光晶体MgF2单晶中,实验发现含有130多条峰的电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱。两个样品分别取自MgF2单晶生长放肩的尖锥部位和MgF2:Co晶体.两个样品都没有经过任何辐照处理。两个样品具有相同的各向异性谱,说明掺入的Co2+离子引发了与MgF2单晶放肩部位相同的位错缺陷,产生了相同的多核固体自由基。这些顺磁固体自由基稳定且寿命长,产生的ESR信号是各向异性的。经初步计算拟合,谱线是由三种不同的多核自由基产生的。当磁场方向与晶体的[100]或[010]方向平行时,样品的ESR信号出现在磁场从0.2292特斯拉(T)到0.4654T的0.2362T范围内(相当于能带宽度为0.233eV)。最窄的线宽DH约为0.00128特斯拉,DH相当于相邻的能级差,是非常小的,仅有1.85×10-7eV 或1.46×10-3cm-1。这一事实表明其基态简并度是相当高的,在不太高的直流磁场下几乎是一个由准连续的能级组成的能带。这有可能成为可调谐的固体激光介质的新基点。  相似文献

In this paper the growth mechanism of a Te/Bi$_{2}$Te$_{3}$ novel structure is studied by \textit{ab-initio} calculations. The results show that the growth of Te nanorods is determined by the adsorption energy of Te atoms on different crystalline Te surfaces. The adsorption energy of Te on the Te (001) surface is 3.29 eV, which is about 0.25 eV higher than that of Te on the Te (110). This energy difference makes the preferential growth direction along the $<001>$ direction. In addition, the higher surface energy of Bi$_{2}$Te$_{3}$ (110) and the lattice misfit between crystalline Bi$_{2}$Te$_{3}$ and Te along $<001>$ direction are considered to explain the growth of the Bi$_{2}$Te$_{3}$ nanoplatelets, in which Volmer--Weber model is used. The theoretical results are in agreement with experimental observation.  相似文献

Metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors with atomic-layer-deposited Al2O3 dielectric and reactively sputtered TaN electrodes in application to radio frequency integrated circuits have been characterized electrically. The capacitors exhibit a high density of about 6.05 fF/μm^2, a small leakage current of 4.8 × 10^-8 A/cm^2 at 3 V, a high breakdown electric field of 8.61 MV/cm as well as acceptable voltage coefficients of capacitance (VCCs) of 795 ppm/V2 and 268ppm/V at 1 MHz. The observed properties should be attributed to high-quality Al2O3 film and chemically stable TaN electrodes. Further, a logarithmically linear relationship between quadratic VCC and frequency is observed due to the change of relaxation time with carrier mobility in the dielectric. The conduction mechanism in the high field ranges is dominated by the Poole-Frenkel emission, and the leakage current in the low field ranges is likely to be associated with trap-assisted tunnelling. Meanwhile, the Al2O3 dielectric presents charge trapping under low voltage stresses, and defect generation under high voltage stresses, and it has a hard-breakdown performance.  相似文献

Strontium and oxygen co-doped La1.937Sr0.063CuO4+δ superconductor with Tc≈ 40K, which is obtained by oxidizing strontium-doped starting ceramic sample La1.937Sr0.063CuO4 in NaC10 solution, is annealed under different conditions to allow interstitial oxygen to redistribute. The evolution of the intrinsic superconducting property with the oxygen redistribution is studied in detail by magnetic measurements in various fields. It is found that there occurs the electronic phase separation from the single superconducting phase with Tc ≈ 40 K into two coexisting superconducting states with values of Tc: 15 and 40K or of 15 and 35 K in this system, depending on annealing condition. Our results indicate that the 15, 35 and 40 K superconducting phases associated with the excess oxygen redistribution are all thermodynamically meta-stable intrinsic states in this Sr/O co-doped cuprate.  相似文献
