The complex, {[La2(β-ala)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·H2O}n, was synthesized in aqueous solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method .The crystal is triclinic with space group of .The cell pa-rameters are a=0.946(1)nm, b=1.2917(1)nm, c=2.1726(3)nm,α=76.79(1)°, β=80.85(1)°,γ=83.35(1)°, V=2.5429(5)nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.958g·cm-3.The complex is an one-dimensional infinite chain. The coordination number of lanthanum ion is nine, forming a distorted tricapped trigonal prism.  相似文献

[Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by mixing the aqueous solution of 1,2,4-triazol-5-one(TO) and Cu(PA)2. The molecular structure and crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group with a=0.7321(1)nm,b=0.7474(2)nm,c=1.3649(3)nm;α=88.65(2)°,β=85.63(1)°,γ=63.35(1)°;V=0.6655(2)nm3,Z=1. The Cu2+ coordinated with two TO molecule through its 2-nitrogen atom and four water molecules and showed an octahedral configuration.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(4,4′-bpy)1.5(H2O)3](ClO4)·(4,4′-bpy)(L)·H2O(1), where L=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 0(1) nm, α=105.300(2)°, β=97.495(2)°, γ=91.118(2)°, V=1.884 0(4) nm3, Z=2, Mr=780.10, Dc=1.375 g·cm-3, μ=0.483 mm-1, F(000)=812, R=0.055 4, wR=0.135 2. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by three N atoms of three 4,4′-bipyridine ligands and three O atoms of water. The complex shows a one-dimensional chain structure bridged by water and 4,4′-bipyridine molecules. CCDC: 615707.  相似文献

The Cu(II) ion in the title complex is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two N-phenylanthranilic acid in monodenate mode, two nitrogen atoms form two imidazole, and one oxygen atom from water, forming a distorted square-pyramid coordination geometry. [Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)] was prepared by reaction of the aqueous solution of lead nitrate and magnesium styphnate. The crystal structure of Pb2(TNR)(NO3)2(H2O)was determined by single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal is triclinic, space group P1 with crystal parameters a=0.7279(2)nm,b=1.0698(2)nm,c=1.0738(2)nm;α=86.82(1)°,β=89.52(2)°,γ=83.50(2)°;V=0.8295(3)nm3,Z=2,Dc=3.201g·cm-3, F(000)=716. The final R value is 0.0358.In the crystal structure, one lead ion was represented by nine coor-dination geometry; the other was showed as ten coordination geometry.  相似文献

A hydrothermal reaction of NaVO3, Ce(NO3)3, H3BO3, 2,2′-bipyridine and water in a molar of 1∶2∶3∶2∶333 gives a yellow crystal [(C10H8N2)2VO2](H2BO3)·3H2O. It crystallizes in a triclinic with space group P1 and unit cell parameters a=0.6643(1)nm, b=1.1794(2)nm, c=1.4822(3)nm, α=101.39(3)°, β=101.59(3)°, γ=97.15(3)°, Z=2, Dc=1.542g·cm-3, μ=0.508mm-1, F(000)=528, R1=0.0736, wR2=0.1998,Goof=1.071. X-ray crystallographic study showed that the VN4O2 octahedron unit is distorted, in which the V1 atom is coordinated by two terminal O1 and O2 atoms, and N1, N2, N3 and N4 atoms from two 2,2′-bipy ligands. The hydrogen bonding are observed between 2,2′-bipy and adjacent terminal oxygen atom. It is noteworthy that π-π stacking interaction between adjacent 2,2′-bipy groups plays an significant role in stabilization of the structure of crystal. CCDC: 194327.  相似文献

The new complex formulated [(DPC)2Co2(H2O)5]·2H2O (HDPC- is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.83850(10) nm, b=2.7386(4) nm, c=0.9610(2) nm, β=98.280 (10) °, V=2.1838(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.746 g·cm-3, μ=1.597 mm-1. In the crystal the two Co2+ are in distorted octahedrons. The part of [Co(DPC)2] possess an approximate D2d symmetry, while the part of [OCo(2)(OH2)5] has an approximate C2 symmetry.  相似文献

The title complex [Sm(o-MOBA)3(phen)·H2O]2·4H2O has been synthesized by the reaction of SmCl3·6H2O with o-methoxybenzoic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline in 1∶3∶1 molar ratio. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.203(10) nm, b=1.293(10) nm, c=1.306(11) nm, α=64.50(10)°, β=81.93(10)°, γ=74.81(10)°. The molecular structure shows that the Sm3+ ion coordinates to nine atoms. The carboxylate groups are bonded to the samarium ion in three modes: monodentate, bidentate chelating, tridentate chelating-bridging. CCDC: 603740.  相似文献

One novel coordination polymer {[Co(4,4′-bipy)(C9H8O3N)2](H2O)4}n with p-acetamidobenzoic acid and 4,4′-bipy has been synthesized. It was characterized as crystallizing in the triclinic space group P1, with: a=1.138 1(2) nm, b=1.165 2(2) nm, c=1.223 3(2) nm, α=88.47(3)°, β=88.00(3)°, γ=65.78(3)°, V=1.478 4(4) nm3, Dc=1.446 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=670. Final GooF=1.106, R1=0.041 5, wR2=0.110 4. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion is lined with one 4,4′-bipy molecule, forming a one-dimension chain with Z-type structure, which coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from two p-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex was stable under 230.0 ℃. CCDC: 741932.  相似文献

A novel dinuclear complex of [Ni2(p-PhDTA)(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (p-PhDTA2-=para-phenylenediamine-N,N,N′,N′-tetraacetate)has been synthesized. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, thermo-analysis and X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.976 3(7)nm, b=0.989 41(7) nm, c=1.084 29(8) nm, α=65.661 0(10)°, β=75.234 0(10)°, γ=85.616 0(10)°, Z=2, V=0.925 44(12) nm3, Dc=1.568 g·cm-3, R1=0.031 5, wR2=0.081 4. In the complex, the central Ni(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, defined by two carboxyl O atoms and one N atom from same p-PhDTA2- group, two N atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. The two nickel (Ⅱ) ions are linked by p-PhDTA2- group into a dinuclear structure and extensive hydrogen bonds link the complex into a 2D supramolecular network. CCDC: 294084.  相似文献

A new mixed-valence trinuclear oxo-centered manganese complex Mn3O(O2CCCl3)6(py)2(H2O) was prepared by the reaction of NnBu4MnO4 with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O, trichloroacetic acid and pyridine in absolute EtOH. The crystal structure was determined. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c, unit cell parame-ters, a=14.951(1), b=20.791(2), c=17.882(1)?,α=γ=90°, β=102.67(1)°. 利用微波技术合成了配合物[Gd2(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6(H2O)5, 进行了化学成分分析、红外表征和热重分析. 应用X衍射仪测定其晶体结构, 该晶体为一维链结构, 属三斜晶系, P 空间群, 晶胞参数: a=1.1569(17) nm, b=1.4138(2) nm, c=1.5642(2) nm, α=96.910(2)°, β=102.735(2)°, γ=105.512(2)°, V=2.3606(6) nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.144 g•cm-3. 采用精密溶解-反应量热计, 通过设计热化学循环, 计算出了该配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为 -(7960.73±3.23) kJ•mol-1.  相似文献

The complex [Mn(H2O)(phen)2(PAc)](ClO4) was synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR spectrum and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen=1,10-phenanthroline and PAc=phenylac-etate group. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group,P1 , with a=0.9289(2)nm,b=1.2425(2)nm,c=1.4791(3)nm,α=114.34(3)°,β=91.25(3)°,γ=104.65(1)°,V=1.4893(4)nm3,Z=2,F(000)=686,Dc=1.489g·cm-3,μ=0.589mm-1. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion has a six-coordinate distorted-octahedral geometry with the four nitrogen atoms of two phen ligands,a coordinated-water oxygen atom, and a carboxylate oxygen atom of PAc-. There is π-π stacking interaction between two phen rings from two neighbor molecules.  相似文献

基于构筑单元K2[Fe(1-CH3im)(CN)5] 和[Cu(cyclam)] (ClO4)2, 合成了一个氰根桥联Fe-Cu中性一维化合物{[Fe(1-CH3im)(CN)4(μ-CN)Cu(cyclam)] ·H2O}n(1-CH3im=1-甲基咪唑;cyclam=1, 4, 8, 11-四氮杂环十四烷) (1), 并通过X-射线单晶分析表征其结构 特征。结果表明:化合物(1)是由氰根桥联的杂金属组成的聚合物, 其结构属于三斜晶系, P1空间群, a=0.832 56(17) nm, b= 0.899 38(18) nm, c=0.998 3(2) nm, α=111.94(3)°, β=95.06(3)°, γ=116.90(3)°, V=0.587 7(2) nm3, Z=1, Dc=1.554 g·cm-3, μ=1.558 mm-1, F(000)=286, R1=0.051 9, wR2=0.135 3。磁性研究表明:配合物1中Cu和低自旋的Fe离子之间存在弱的铁磁耦合作用。  相似文献

A novel cobalt(Ⅱ) complex with biphenyl-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid (H4bptc) and 2-phenyl-1,3,7,8-tetraazacyclopenta[l]-phenanthrene (ptcp), {[Co(H2bptc)(ptcp)(H2O)2]·H2O}n(1), has been synthesized by hydro-thermal method and was characterized by elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetry (TG). It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Pn with a=0.719 44(14) nm, b=1.259 4(3) nm, c=1.681 9(3) nm, β=93.30(3)°, V=1.521 5(5) nm3, Z=2, C35H26CoN4O11, Mr=737.53, Dc=1.610 g·cm-3, μ(Mo Kα)=0.639 mm-1, F(000)=758, S=1.024, R1=0.076 7 and wR2=0.120 6. The structural analyses reveal that the title complex is a 1D zigzag chain strcture along the c axis, which is stacked to furnish a three-dimensional supramolecular net structure via hydrogen bonding interactions. The title complex has been synthesized with m-chlorobenzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and cobalt perchlorate anhydrous in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, space group P1, a=0.870 7(3) nm, b=1.284 4(4) nm, c=1.692 9(5) nm; α=75.430(5)°, β=77.562(5)°, γ=86.346(5)°, V=1.789 4(9) nm3, Dc=1.456 g·cm-3, Z=2, F(000)=806. Final GooF=1.065, R1=0.068 4, wR2=0.127 5. The crystal stru-cture shows that the Cobaly ion is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules and two oxygen atoms from one m-chlorobenzoic acid molecule and one water molecule respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The complex [Mn(bipy)3]·(ClO4)2 was synthesied and characterized by X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction result for the single crystal showed that the crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1, a=0.8123(2),b=1.1024(2), c=1.8646(4)nm,α=102.30(3)°,β=91.00(3)°,γ=99.69(3)°,V=1.6056(6)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.494g·cm-3. The thermal decomposition of [Mn(bipy)3](ClO4)2 occurred in a three steps pattern. The reaction mechanism of the first step decomposition was deduced as n(1-α)[-ln(1-α)](n-1)/n with the activation energy of 130kJ·mol-1.  相似文献
