A novel nickel(Ⅱ) complex with 2,4-dihydroxybenzalidene benzoylhydrazone and pyridine ligands, Ni(C14H10N2O3)(C5H5N), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The crystal structure of the title complex has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca. The cell parameters are: a=1.580 20(19) nm, b=1.362 18(16) nm, c=1.616 50(19) nm, and V=3.479 5(7) nm3, Z=8, Dc=1.497 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo)=1.139 mm-1, F(000)=1 616, R=0.032 9 and wR=0.077 0 for 2 772 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)) out of 3810 unique ones. The nickel(Ⅱ) ion lies in a distorted square-planar environment composed of two oxygen atoms, one nitrogen atom of tridentate acyhydrazone schiff base ligand and one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 244668.  相似文献

The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone and pyridine ligands, Cu(C10H8N2O3)·(C5H5N)·(H2O) (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2-oxo-propionicacid benzoyl hydrazone), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The crystal structure of the title complex was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P1 with a = 0.729 08(10) nm, b= 1.020 01(14) nm, c= 1.126 28(15) nm, α = 71.644(2) °, β = 80.437(2) °, γ = 89.160(2)°, V= 0.78328(18) nm3, Z= 2, Dc= 1.547 Mg·m-3, μ(Mo) = 1.417 mm-1, F(000) = 374. The final R1 = 0.030 6, wR2= 0.084 2 for 2 992 observed reflections [I≥2σ(I)] out of 3357 unique reflections. In this complex, copper(Ⅱ) ion is square-pyramidally coordinated by two oxygen atoms and one nitrogen atom of tridentate C10H8N2O32- ligand, one nitrogen atom of the pyridine ligand, and one oxygen atom of water molecule with the oxygen atom of water molecule locating at the apical position. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 222656.  相似文献

The title coordination compound with N-substituted-salicyl Schiff ligand, Cu(C15H12N2O3)(C5H5N), has been synthesized. The coordination compound crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a=2.037 62(7) nm, b=0.698 45(2)nm, c=2.508 76(9)nm, V=3.570 4(2) nm3, Z=8, F(000)=1 688, Dc=1.529 g·cm-3, Mr=410.91, μ=1.250 mm-1, R=0.031 3 and wR=0.077 0. In the coordination compound, one phenolate oxygen, one carbonyl oxygen and one hydrazine nitrogen atom from the dianionic ligand N-salicylaldehyde-N′-(4-methoxybenzoyl) hydrazone and one pyridine nitrogen atom coordinate to Cu(Ⅱ) ion, forming a distorted square plane. A oxovanadium(Ⅴ) complex of [VOL(C9H6NO)]·CH2Cl2[H2L=2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde 4-methoxy-benzoylhydrazone, C9H6NO-=8-hydroxyquinoline anion] has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in triclinic system, the space group is P1, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.087 0(2) nm, b=1.107 1(2) nm, c=1.269 3(3) nm, α=67.84(3)°, β=79.26(3)°, γ=73.85(3)° and V=1.353 1(6) nm3 , Mr=614.34, R=0.0503, wR=0.1409. The V(Ⅴ) atom is six-coordinated by one O atom of oxo group, two O atoms and one N atom of the tridentate hydrazone ligand, as well as one N atom and one O atom of 8-hydroxyquinoline ligand, thus defining a distorted octahedral VO(ONO)(NO) geometry. A two-dimensional supramolecular layer structure is formed through π-π stacking interactions. CCDC: 268672.  相似文献

The complex [Zn(acac)2(C5H4NOH)] was synthesized based on the reaction of zinc(Ⅱ) acetate, acetylaceton and 3-hydroxypyridine(C5H4NOH) in methanol medium. The structure of the complex was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/n, and a=0.743 7(3) nm, b=0.829 5(3) nm, c=2.612 5(9) nm, β=95.026(6)°, V=1.605 4(9) nm3; Dc=1.484 g·cm-3; Z=4; F(000)=744; μ=1.551 mm-1. Zinc(Ⅱ) atom lies at the center of an coordination of the distorted square pyramidal formed by four O atoms which come from two different acetylaceton ions and one N atom from the 3-hydroxypyridine molecule. The complex [Mn(C13H8N2OBr)2(C5H5N)2]·3C5H5N has been synthesized and characterized by X-Ray diffraction, IR and variable temperature (~10 to ~278K) magnetic susceptibility. X-Ray diffraction result for the single crystal shows that the crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, a=1.0969(3)nm, b=2.0903(5)nm, c=2.0481(6)nm, β=97.366(6), V=4.657(2)nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.47g·cm-3。  相似文献

The novel seven-coordinate complex [(n-Bu)2Sn(C10H8N2O3)(C2H5OH)]2 (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone) was synthesized by the reaction of (n-Bu)2SnO with 2-oxo-propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone in 1∶1 molar ratio in benzene-ethanol (V/V, 3/1), and its structure was characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to a tetragonal system with space group I41/a, a=2.4890(2)nm, b=2.4890(2)nm, c=1.5170(3)nm, V=9.398(2)nm3, Z=8, F(000)=3968, Dc=1.366g·cm-3, and the structure was refined to final R1=0.0530, wR2=0.0971. The structure of the title complex is described as a dimer through weak interactions of Sn…O bonding and hydrogen bond. The tin atoms rendered sev-en-coordination in a distorted pentagonal bipyramid geometry structure, four oxygen atoms [O1, O2, O2#1 and O4] and one nitrogen atom N2 formed the equatorial plane and C11-Sn1-C15 is the axis. The novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (H2PHAc) and pyridine (py) ligands, [Cu(HPHAc)2(py)2], has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. The crystal belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c. The cell parameters are: a=1.712 5(3) nm, b=1.533 2(2) nm, c=0.963 42(14) nm, β=111.866(2)°, V=2.347 6(6) nm3, and Dc=1.483 Mg·m-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 084. The structure was refined to final R1=0.071 4, wR2=0.166 1. The complex has a six-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry, in which copper(Ⅱ) ion coordinates with two carboxylic oxygen atoms and two hydroxyl oxygen atoms from the two α-hydroxyphenylacetic acid ligands, two nitrogen atoms from the two pyridine ligands. The analysis of the crystal structure indicates that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure, which is formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 255346.  相似文献

A mixed complex [Zn(CF3COO)2(C7H6NS)2] was synthesized based on the reaction of Zn(CF3COO)2 and 2-aminobenzothiazol (C7H6NS) in methanol. The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and thermal analysis. The crystal structure of the complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a=3.174 3(9) nm, b=1.010 0(3) nm, c=1.723 1(5) nm, β=118.841(4)°, V=4.839(2) nm3; Dc=1.625 g·cm-3; Z=8; F(000)=2 368; μ=1.266 mm-1. The complex, Ni[(C13H7Br2NOS)2(DMF)]·(C3H7O) (DMF=N,N′-dimethylformamide), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure determination. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a=8.297 6(15) nm, b=12.866(2) nm, c=31.889(3) nm, β=95.024(2)°, and V=3 391.3(9) nm3, Z=4, R=0.075 2, wR=0.176 8. The nickel iron is six-coordinated by three O atoms, two N atoms, one S from the Schiff base and one O atom from DMF ligand, forming a octahedron coordination geometry. Schiff bases are bridged by the two S atoms. The molecules in the crystal are linked through intermolecular Br…Br, C-H…O, S…Br interactions. Its electrochemical property is reported. The high-pressure limiting rate constants of the reactions between H or D atoms and three isotopic ethylenes have been measured in the temperature range 206–461 K. Practically no isotope effects due to the differences between the ethylenes could be observed. This result does not agree with the prediction recently made by the activated complex theory.  相似文献

LnCl3 (Ln=Nd, Gd) reacts with C5H9C5H4Na (or K2C8H8) in THF (C5H9C5H4 = cyclopentylcyclopentadienyl) in the ratio of 1 : to give (C5H9C5H4)LnCl2(THF)n (orC8H8)LnCl2(THF)n], which further reacts with K2C8H8 (or C5H9C5H4Na) in THF to form the litle complexes. If Ln=Nd the complex (C8H8)Nd(C5H9C5H4)(THF)2 (a) was obtained: when Ln=Gd the 1 : 1 complex [(C8H8)Gd(C%H9)(THF)][(C8H8)Gd(C5H9H4)(THF)2] (b) was obtained in crystalline form.

The crystal structure analysis shows that in (C8H8)Ln(C5H9C5H4)(THF)2 (Ln=Nd or Gd), the Cyclopentylcyclopentadieny (η5), cyclooctatetraenyl (η8) and two oxygen atoms from THF are coordinated to Nd3+ (or Gd3+) with coordination number 10.

The centroid of the cyclopentadienyl ring (Cp′) in C5H9C5H4 group, cyclooctatetraenyl centroid (COTL) and two oxygens (THF) form a twisted tetrahedron around Nd3+ (or Gd3+). In (C8H8)Gd(C5H9C5H4)(THF), the cyclopentyl-cyclopentadienyl (η5), cyclooctatetraenyl (η8) and one oxygen atom are coordinated to Gd3+ with the coordination number of 9 and Cp′, COT and oxygen atom form a triangular plane around Gd3+, which is almost in the plane (dev. -0.0144 Å).  相似文献

We report the surface-enhanced Raman spectra of ethylene and acetylene adsorbed on colloidal silver particles formed by gas aggregation and isolated at low temperatures in solid adsorbate/argon matrices. The spectra of both molecules exhibit modes which are normally Raman-forbidden. Excitation with several visible laser frequencies indicated that the degree of enhancement increased towards the blue.  相似文献

We report a new synthesis and characterization of Ir(C2H4)2(C5H7O2) [(acetylacetonato)-bis(η2-ethene)iridium(I)], prepared from (NH4)3IrCl6 · H2O in a yield of about 45%. The compound has been characterized by X-ray diffraction crystallography, infrared, Raman, and NMR spectroscopies and calculations at the level of density functional theory. Ir(C2H4)2(C5H7O2) is isostructural with Rh(C2H4)2(C5H7O2), but there is a substantial difference in the ethylene binding energies, with Ir-ethylene having a stronger interaction than Rh-ethylene; two ethylenes are bound to Ir with a binding energy of 94 kcal/mol and to Rh with a binding energy of 70 kcal/mol.  相似文献

The electronic and thermal energy differences, ΔE(t-s); enthalpy differences, ΔH(t-s); and free energy differences between the singlet and triplet states, ΔG(t-s), were calculated for C6H6C, C6H6Si, C6H6Ge, C6H6Sn, and C6H6Pb at the B3LYP/6-311++G (3df, 2p) level. The singlet-triplet splitting, G s-t, of C6H6C, C6H6Si, C6H6Ge, C6H6Sn, and C6H6Pb generally increased from C6H6C toward C6H6Pb. The most stable tautomers and conformers were suggested for the singlet and triplet states of C6H6M (M = C, Si, Ge, Sn and Pb). The geometrical parameters were calculated and discussed. η5-C5H5(CO)2FeNa reacts with the benzimide chlorides C6H5(Cl)CNR (R  CH(CH3)2, C6H5) in boiling THF to give the η1-iminoacyl complexes η5-C5H5 (CO)2Fe[η1-C(C6H5)NR]. Alternatively, the new Fe complexes [η5-C5H5(CO)FeC(C6H5)N(CH3)C(C6H5)NCH3PF6 (IV) and [η5-C5H5(CO)2FeC(C6H5)N(CH3)C(C6H5)NCH3]PF6 (V) are formed under the same conditions, if R  CH3. Hudrolysis of the CN single bond of the ligand in V, not stabilized by a chelate effects as in IV, results in the formation of [η5-C5H5(CO)2FeC(C6H5)NHCH3]PF6 (VII). Reaction of η5-C5H5(CO)2 with N-benyzylbenzimido chloride yields η5-C5H5(CO)2FeCH2C6H5 as the only isolated product.  相似文献

The 1H NMR spectra of C2H5InBr2 · tmen (1) C2H5InI2 · tmen (2) (tmen = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethanediamme) and [(C6H5)4P][C2H5InI3] (3) show only a broad singlet for the ethyl protons at 60 MHz. Spectra run at 400 MHz resolve these into a triplet + quartet for 1 and 3. The structure of each compound has been determined by X-ray crystallography; 1 and 2 are five-coordinate species, with InC2N2X (X = Br, I) nuclei, while 3 consists of [(C6H5)4P]+ cations and anions whose InCI3 nucleus has C3v, symmetry.  相似文献
